I said I would never wear Uggs. That was 5 - 6 years ago, about the time when almost every little girl to old lady had a pair on everywhere I went. So when the unbelievable snowstorms hit NYC this winter, I decided to just go for it. My feet were constantly freezing, no matter what I wore. I will tell you right now, once I unboxed it and put them on, I didn't take them off until I had to go to bed. Zappos express-shipped my order; I got mine in two days! This chocolate brown color really goes with anything and hasn't stained/fade from the snow or rain yet. I'm a 7 1/2 in womens and this kid's 5 fits perfect. Thanks Zappos!

We absolutely love Ugg boots and slippers. That being said, I have to point out for the sake of anyone's consideration that these are not great boots for wet snow use. My daughter nearly destroyed hers in about two brief outings in wet snow. Plus, the moisture seeped through to the inside after drying out, they are usable, but they'll never be the same.

I love the UGG boots I just purchased. I already have a tan pair and wanted the black to wear to work. I always try Zappos.com first when I plan online shopping The customer service is the best and free shipping both ways! I love Zappos and recommend to all!

These boots are so cute on my daughter and the chestnut color goes with anything. I bought them a size bigger so she will be able to wear them next winter as well. They are still comfortable on her and don't look enormous.

My daughter was the one who wanted these boots. I was not going to pay so much money for a pair of shoes meant for hard winters while living in Mississippi! She saved for most of their price, and I caved on the other portion. She is one highly satisfied customer!

Well this is the 3rd or 4th time I've purchased from Zappos for all my ladies/girls in the house and I won't shop anywhere else for the Uggs and other expensive boots etc. You buy and it's here like the store is only miles away - perfect!

Another pair of great Uggs! Soft, warm & all the way comfy! I wear a women's size 8. Someone suggested that I purchase a youth size 6 to save on a few dollars & they fit just the same as another pair of women's size 8 Uggs I've purchased in the past. Great in cold weather for adults or kids!

I love my Uggs. They are so comfortable. I normally wear a size 6 in ladies, but thought I would save some money if I bought them in kid sizes which worked out for me.

I bought these boots for my daughter and she loves loves them. My daughters and I have mo complaints about any of the Ugg boots that we have bought from Zappos. I love that we are all able to wear youth sizes so it saves us money. Zappos is so great with the free shipping both ways. I will continue to tell everyone I know how awesome Zappos is to order from! My daughters and I are looking forward to Zappos notifying us when the other Ugg boots are in stock in the sizes that we need so we can order them too! Yes, we are now Ugg addicted. They are so worth the money and last a long time as long as you take care of them as you need to!

I bought these for my 12 year old daughter. Her feet have remained toasty warm despite very cold winter conditions. She has high arches and sensitive heels and has made no complaints with the fit. They are comfortable and very stylish.

I love these. The grey have gotten stained pretty easily, but I do abuse them, so no surprise there. I wear an adult woman's size 8, and the 6s a little loose for me. A youth 6 in other Ugg styles fits better; I don't know if a 5 would be too small.

They are very comfortable and durable! I love wearing them. Just be wary that they do run a little small but other than that I love my new Uggs!

Great boots! I normally wear a women's size 6 1/2 - 7 in this boot. I decided to try the kid's boot to save a little money. I ordered a kids size 5, and they are perfect! I had also tried a women's 7 at the same time, and put them on side by side, and honestly I could not tell the difference.

Love these boots! I bought size 5 for my daughter, currently a size 3. I am hoping to get two years out of them. Waterproofed them, and they are holding up well to constant wear. I had noticed one reviewer mentioned she orders kid size 5 for herself, an adult size 8. I tried on these boots and they did fit without socks. I would probably go for a kid size 6 if I was going to get myself a pair, as I hear they do stretch. Highly recommend Zappos and Uggs.

The girls love these boots and are happy that they finally got a pair like Mom's many pairs. The shipping is as always with Zappos perfect and so is the customer service.

Fits BIG! I'm a ladies size 7 and ordered a size down, but it's still too big. I'll order a 5 kids next time. Super comfy and warm!!

I got these for my 11 year old daughter. She wears them every day. I would also recommend the Ugg water/stain repellent to prolong the life of the boots!

At first I thought these seemed more cheaply made than previous Ugg boots, but then I realized they are meant to be able to fold down. They are great, and love that option...as opposed to the ones meant to fold down always. Great boots.
