Well, Uggs speak for themselves, but Zappos.com - The Best. Purchased a pair for my daughter 2 years ago. She wore them 4 months, the front split, Zappos said no problem. Sent me return box and new pair. All my Uggs will be purchased through Zappos.com. Thank you again.

You have got to love Zappos! Shoes were ordered the Wednesday before Christmas, arrived on Thursday! What a relief! Plus you have 365 days to return, which reduces stress when you are a single mom to young children.

These arrived almost instantly--OK, the next day--and they were perfect. The fit was great and the service was top notch. Zappos does it again. Quality and service is unbeatable.

These boots are amazing! These were my second pair of UGG boots, and I got them in the chocolate. I have a medical condition that makes my feet always cold, but these boots are the only thing that gave me warm feet! Definitely warmer without socks, which I would think the opposite. After getting my first pair, gray Bailey Button Triplets, I splurged on the ugg cozy knit slipper, and these chocolate classic short boots, so my feet are always toasty warm and oh so comfortable. I go from my house slipper UGGs inside, to my boots outside, and my feet are totally pampered! Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants cozy warm feet. p.s if you're worried about wearing them in the snow, I just used waterproofing spray for suede, and any snow I get on them just slide right off and if they get wet, they dry and look brand new.

Love these boots, ordered a pair for a Christmas present took 1 day got the wrong size so I kept it for myself and ordered another in the correct size..gonna get another pair for my Mom.

Zappos is the best and get the UGGs for my kids every year for Christmas. Always a big hit. As soon as I order them. I joke with my wife to go to the door because Zappos have already delivered them. Love my Uggs - I am a womens size 7 and ordered the kids size 5. They fit great and are so warm and comfy. I wear them almost every day. I was skeptical about the "no socks" idea, but it is fantastic!

I LoVE mY Uggs - I ordered pink Uggs from Zappos they were great until I tried to clean them with the Ugg cleaner and they discolored. So I called the Zappos telephone number and the sales lady was so sweet she ordered me a new pair and sent over night delivery for free and I got my new Uggs and sent the old ones back…it was so easy…and now I have my gorgeous pink Uggs that I wear with everything. One of the best purchases I ever made!

Emma's Birthday Gift - These are the cutest boots EVER! I have a pair that I love, so my husband & I decided to get Emma a pair (in pink) for her 6th birthday. They are adorable, and I won't be worried about my daughter's toes this winter!

My granddaughter won't take these off!!! I bought the lavender Ugg classic for my 5 year old granddaughter who is in kindergarten. She now plans her daily school wardrobe around these boots-she LOVES them! It's hard to get her to wear a regular shoe now.

Ugg boots - As Ugg boos are sold out in UK my husband(on a trip to new york)telephoned Zappos to see if they had the size and colours we wanted.The staff were fab and the boots were deliverd next day to his hotel--my daughter Georgie loves them. Thank you for great service!
