I never write reviews about anything, but my experience with Zappos was the best shopping experience of the season. What I wanted was in stock and came the next day. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I will absolutely shop with them again.

The boots are absolutely adorable. Size runs slightly big but with room to grow for a young one! Best part of order was the surprise delivery in one day. Ordered it on Sunday evening and it arrived on Tuesday. Will definitely continue to use Zappos. Great service!

An adult wearing kids' Uggs, and loving them! Ladies, buy the kids' size for yourself if you can! I am thrilled that I saved money on these kid's Uggs! I am typically a women's size 7 and originally purchased a kids size 5. They arrived within one day (Thanks, Zappos!) and were comfortable, but felt pretty roomy. Knowing they should be snug, I returned the 5 (I'd say it was closer to a womens' 7.5 at the least) and got a 4 in the dark brown. They are fabulous! Really you can't go wrong with buying them snug; they stretch and conform to your feet so well. By the way, Zappos' customer service is fabulous. I ordered the original pair on a Friday and got them Monday. I returned them Tuesday and got my new pair Wednesday! If you wear a womens' size 8 or smaller, I highly recommend saving some bucks and getting the kids' style!

I would like to say that Zappos.com is the best website ever. It is so easy to use and always has what I'm looking for at the best prices. I also want to say that your customer service is amazing! Every time I call they put a smile on my face and are so willing to help me with any questions I have. We ordered boots that we needed to exchange; I had the new pair the next day. I just love everything about Zappos.com and I do refer you to all of my friends. Thanks again for being so great!

Fast shipping as always. Packaged well. I am normally a 6.5 (sometimes 7) and these boots are exactly my size in youth 4 (although at first it felt a bit snug). I think it runs a tad bit smaller than an adult 6. Definitely glad that I saved by ordering the youth size. They are just as great as the adult ones.

These boots were a gift for my 10 year old daughter's birthday and boy what a smile they brought to her face! They are just perfect. I found the sizing help on the website very useful especially ordering online. The only thing I would say is that the description of the color as chocolate brown is a little inaccurate. The color is more like a mix between brown and grey but they are beautiful. In fact the color is nicer than what I expected!

I bought these in gray and love them! Couldn't find this color/size combination anywhere locally and ordered these from Zappos at night and of course, had them the very next day when I came home from work. I love these boots and I love Zappos. Both get 5 stars from me.

I bought these for my 9 year old daughter and she has been wearing them every day since we received them. They are warm, comfortable and easy to slip on. Great service from Zappos; received them the next day. My daughter was thrilled!

The Ugg boots came exactly as they were shown on the website. The ervice was fast and friendly. I would definitely order from Zappos again. The only downfall is that I live in Toronto and had to have them shipped to a US address and then up here. Other than that, I was very happy with the purchase.

I wear a size 7.5 in woman shoes and I ordered size 5 youth. It fits perfectly! I love the style and it's comfortable. I think it feels more comfortable with socks instead of bare feet in these shoes. I recommend buying the stain repellent. You don't want to spend this much money and get them ruined! I ordered this item Friday night and it came Monday morning! What great shipping!

Zappos! You are fantastic! I bought the Ugg classic size 5 as a gift. However, it was way too big. I exchanged it for Youth size 2 and fits perfectly. I called Zappos and spoke with Delores. She exchanged the shoes for me without waiting for the other pair to be returned. She upgraded the shipment to next day at no charge. I spoke with her at 1:00 P.M. PST and received the shoes the next day at 11:00 A.M. PST. Delores, you rock! I don't know how Zappos does it because Next Day Air is so expensive! I love the services provided by Zappos. Enough said about that, the boots are extremely comfy! My niece loves it! I also bought the stain and water repellent for her. Thank you so much! I'm a believer, and I will spread the words to my friends, relatives, and clients!

My daughter loves her candy apple UGG shoes! We got them just in time for Christmas parties and school activities! They look so stylish with her leggings and mini skirts! They are perfect for the season and can be worn later as well!

Our 10 year old son loves these. He says "they're like flip flops for winter." They are warm and easy to wear. And the Black holds up to whatever he trudges through. Who doesn't love Uggs.

This is my favorite winter item! It's very warm, comfortable, and so cute! The kid style UGG shoe is better than UGG shoes for women. I'm happy with this UGG shoe.

I purchased these for myself, an adult woman. I wear a 6.5 normally and these child size 4 fit me a little loose. The 3 youth were too tight though. I just love the grey color and the price for youth instead of paying adult was awesome.
