I ordered the Ugg boots shown above the Classic Short Black for my granddaughter and she loved them! They arrived in a very short time after I had placed my order. Actually, I had one of the Zappos team place the order for me as I wanted the boots shipped directly to my granddaughter's address and then billed to me in Canada. The gal was very gracious and extremely helpful. I will definitely order from Zappos again. If I could mention that the on-line order form should be set up so as to take a different billing address from the delivery address for out of the U.S. At this time it is not; therefore, I had to place my order over the phone after several unsuccessful tries on-line.

I am not a regular for buying off the internet, but the process with Zappos went off without a flaw. I got exactly what I wanted (Ugg Boots) at a price that was very competitive and delivery was better than I had expected. Boots were for granddaughter. Good job Zappos.

I bought these boots for my son's girlfriend for Christmas. She absolutely loved them! I priced them everywhere. You were the best bet and I didn't have to leave the house to get them. Also, they were delivered fast! I was new to Zappos.com, but I am now a true fan! My sister uses you all the time and she told me about you. Also, another clue in Ugg boots: A woman's size 8 is the same as a big girl's 6. The big girl's are cheaper!

I bought these for my girlfriend who actually wears a size 4 in womens, but I bought her a size 6 in kids and it worked out great. Fast delivery and the option to return it free make this the best deal on the planet.

This is not the first time I used Zappos. This Christmas I ordered Ugg boots for my grand-daughter and the service was great. They arrived on time and were exactly as pictured.

My 9 year old daughter loves these boots. They are wearable nearly all year round in Texas. She even used them as snow boots in Michigan and they were warm and were not harmed by the snow at all.

What can I say about Uggs? They are fabulous. The are hot. They are in demand. Better yet, your kid will love you for spending the money on Uggs instead of the knock-off brand.

I found the service to be great. My product arrived the next day. The price was excellent. Later I saw the same product in a retail store for more than the online price. My granddaughter was thrilled with her gift.

I love Zappos. It was recommended to me about 4 years ago by a friend. I have basically used it to order the Uggs Classic boots for my daughters. It was easy ordering and I receive my items in a timely manner. Especially when many times you can't find the Uggs you need at a mall. My last purchase for this past Christmas was sent out right away and I received it no longer than 2 days later since they sent it on a special shipping just for me for being a loyal customer. You are not left to wonder if your purchase will arrive to you and on time. You will not be disappointed!

Shoes were what I expected. Quality and fit were what I expected. Chose Zappos over other stores/sites due to their return policy and quickness of shipment. Were a gift and I wanted to be reassured that if they did not fit, I was able to return/exchange (free) without a problem.

I've been buying Uggs for my girls for about five years. The first pair still looks great and they wear them all the time. Very comfortable, look cute with everything and hold up very well! I will continue to buy Uggs. My daughter is womens size 7, but wears youth size 6 in Uggs. My other daughter is womans 8 and wears youth 6 in Uggs.

First off, love using Zappos as they are wonderful. The customer service is above all others out there. I ordered via web and thought I would have a few days to wait, but no. On my doorstep the next day were my boots! Awesome service. I ordered two pairs of Black classic short youth Uggs not knowing exactly what size I needed. I was not going to take any chances of not being able to have Uggs under the tree as a gift because of not having the right size. I ordered a size youth 4 and youth 5. My daughter wears a size 5.5 womens and the 4 fit perfectly. I know the classics run bigger (almost a full size and half). I was about to send the other pair back, but I tried on the size 5 and lo and behold I now have the warmest toes ever. I wear a womens size 7.5/8. This makes my 5th pair of Uggs and 3rd for my daughter. They hold up and feel so nice and are stylish with jeans. I have ordered many times from Zappos and will return to Zappos in the future. I have ordered at least 7 pairs of UGG boots from Zappos and just love all of them. The sizing is great and shipping is just amazing. If they don't have your size they send you an email letting you know they are available. I cannot say enough great things about UGG boots and Zappos.

My 11 year old daughter was late with her Christmas list; she wanted the grey Uggs size 3. I went right to Zappos because they typically have a decent inventory. I was in luck, the shoes were available, one size left. I was actually upgraded to a next day no cost shipment which was a nice surprise. The boots were a hit Christmas morning.

These are amazing boots! I wear them with everything. Usually I wear a size 8 in woman's so I ordered a kids size 6 and there is still plenty of room to wear thick socks. This is the best purchase I've ever made!

I love these boots! Zappos is great fast shipping and great products. I am hooked to the Ugg boots because they are so warm and comfy. They are worth every penny. The kids size 6 equal woman's size 7 to 8. They are cheaper than womans Ugg boots. I love them!

The Ugg kids classic boot is fabulous! I have 2 teenager daughters and between the two girls they have several pairs of Ugg boots. They are super comfortable and hold up for years. They are also very stylish and can be worn with sweat pants, jeans and skirts. Great buy!
