The boots came in excellent condition. The packing was great. They were the right color, style and size. I got upgraded shipping for free and they came very fast. My grandchild was happy with her new Uggs!

I purchased 2 pairs for my 7 and 10 year old. They both love their boots. Nice and warm. I will purchase more in the future as their feet grow. True to size.

Bought these for my 10 year old daughter. She loves them. They do stain easily so make sure to take precautions. Either wear them on dry weather days or "weather-proof" them.

My daughter just loves these. It is recommended that you spray with a water/stain repellent before use. My daughter normally wears a 4 shoe, so I had to go one size smaller.

I bought these for my teenage niece for her 14th birthday. She loves them. Perfect fit. Stylish yes, but she says that the super soft liner keeps her feet warm and dry in the cold chicago weather and snow.

My daughter loves these! The second day she had them she spilled ice cream all over them. I thought they would be ruined, but it cleaned up wonderfully with suede cleaner. Then I water proofed them (with 2 coats to be safe). I hope they stand up to the abuse of a 9 year old!

Santa brought these shoes for Christmas. They are the only thing she really wanted and she has not taken them off. I swear, every waking minute she has them on! They are well worth the price and the happiness. I have to say is that I really thought they were a bit overpriced for a pair of kid's boots. They are definitely quality and extremely warm for my daughter. I bought them a size up figure she'll get at least a years' use out of them!

What can you say? They're Uggs! I got these for my daughter who usually wears a size 8 in women's. After reading the reviews, I saw that with Uggs you should buy them smaller than your regular size so I went with a size 6 in youth, which is nice because they are cheaper. My daughter loves them, but she did say I could have probably gone down another half size because they still seem a little big (mostly in the width). Overall, these are great and Zappos is the best place to get shoes! Always the right price and always the fastest shipping. I've bought many shoes from this company and have had great luck. I've also had to return a few for different sizes and the process was quick and smooth! This is the first place I look when I want to order shoes!

What an easy way to shop, at Zappos. It is easy, quick and the Uggs I ordered for my granddaughter appeared at my door almost overnight. Zappos is an easy site to maneuver, even amateurs will have no trouble.

Over three years of placing orders, never ever had a problem. I use Zappos throughout the year because delivery is fast and returns are easy. This year, however, on an $80.00 shoe return, I forgot to include the packing slip. I knew my money was gone forever. In a panic, I telephoned the customer service line. The very kind person on the other end assured me that my return would be processed successfully and to not worry. Zappos sent an email 10 days later to let me know the package arrived and my account had been credited. No more mall for me; Zappos is my favorite place to shop all year long!

I am in love with Zappos, because Ugg were not in stock in Albany, New York. Also in love with the Chestnut Ugg. Zappos overnighted the Ugg. I checked outside for the UPS man almost every hour until he got here. The Ugg is so comfortable and warm. I usually wear a 5 1/2 in kids, but I tried them in the store, but they were too big so I ordered a 4 through Zappos and they fit great. So if you're a 7 or a 7 1/2 in women, you can buy kids Uggs.

My daughter wears these shoes constantly. They are comfortable and warm. She would sleep in them if I let her. I am also so impressed with how fast they were shipped!

I love these Uggs. Great gift for my daughters who take a womens 7, but fit great in a childrens 5. Love the savings!
