Shoe was true to size. This is my all time favorite shoe (sneaker) of all times! Bought a pair on a different site before finding out about Zappos. Then purchased a second pair just to wear when going out. Wish I could still find this exact Model of shoe, but as with most very good shoes-the comany always decide to"switch it up", and make it into something different. But-- Im Very Satisfied with Zappos Customer Service and Return Policy!

Its been a while since I owned these shoes, but want to leave the review so its known just how wonderful these shoes were. I wish they still made it. I tend to have issues with shoes not fitting correctly, even after having a proffessional fit me. But these were a pair that never gave me ANY issues, even after wearing them 16+ hours. Please bring this shoe back.

Absolutely one of my most favorite shoes. Fit is true to size. I ordered Wide,and it fits perfectly. Being 5'11,it's hard to find Womens sneakers that are stylish and come in Size 11 and 12. Live the Customer Service of Zappos.This is my 3rd pair of shoes I have ordered. Will be back.

Beautiful, but... I love the look and feel of these shoes. However, they run quite short… at least a half size. Too bad.

Finally - I LOVE this shoe. I always have issues finding a shoe that I don’t have to break in. Finally I found it. I just wish more colors were available in my size.

Love, love, LOVE this shoe! I have 2 pairs of the 8505's and love both of them. I have a red pair in a D width and a blue pair in the B width. The D width was very comfortable right off the bat! The B width took a couple wearings before they stretched out and felt nice and comfy. I don't run in these, but I do stay on my feet for over 13hrs a day, constantly walking, and these shoes have really helped me! If you have a high arch, like I do, then I highly recommend the D width.

Great running shoe- sharp styling - I have two pairs of these 8505's- never cared for New Balance in the past (those clunky grey ones) but these are modern, light and comfortable running shoes. Love the look too. I'll probably order a few more pairs before NB changes them- what is it with running shoes changing??

Good workout shoe - Like some of the other reviewers said, these shoes are stiff and loud at first, but after breaking them in, they are very comfortable. I wouldn't go for a run in them until you take several good walks in them. They have very good arch support. I also like the look of them. The reflective material is also great for running in the dark which I do a lot!

Best I've found - My needs are unique. Massive injuries to one foot and four surgeries thus far, have caused chronic, debilitating pain and loss of mobility. Hence, finding shoes that work for me (without causing even more pain) is almost impossible. Zappos' free shipping and returns policy has been a huge asset in my search, BTW. As for the shoes: they work! They accommodate the orthotics I must wear, they're comfortable, and, with the shaped outer sole and cushioned heel, I actually have a more normal stride than with any other footwear. I now own three pairs, and am SO grateful!

Great quality - I love this shoe for running and walking and just knocking around. It is very comfortable yet supportive.

Supinators rejoice!! The perfect shoe for distance and high arches. Provides support and just enough cushion for this hard to find runner's shoe. Runs true to size while wearing cushioned socks.

Running on air! I've had these shoes for two weeks. I ran, did Pilates and a sculpting class... all in the same day! It was like running on air!! Best workout shoes EVER! :)

Love this shoe! First time buyer of shoes on line...I am extremely pleased with everything. My feet are a tough fit, and I put these on and right away noticed a difference. I work as a physical therapist, and I squat and kneel all day, not to mention walk for 8 hours a day, and I love these shoes. Thanks Zappos for a great experience! I will order again!

Very comfortable shoe! I've been trying to find a comfortable walking shoe for so long - I'd almost given up. I have a wide foot, so finding shoes that don't make my feet feel like stuffed sausages is very tough. I ordered this shoe on Saturday and received it on Monday. It fits perfectly, and feels very supportive and cushioned. I am not a runner, so I can't say how they would work in that regard. For walking, however, they have been great.

Great fit and very comfortable. It's extremely hard to find 14W and these are terrific! I can't say enough about Zappos' outstanding service. I ordered on the 'net at 5 pm and received them at 11:30 am the following day. Truly the only place to shop for shoes on the web!

Comfort from the first use - I am an RN and these shoes were the most comfortable tennis shoes I ever wore for work. No foot pain, no back pain and people commented on how nice they looked! =o) I would recommend these shoes.

New Balance Wonder Shoe #W8505 - I am thoroughly pleased with the purchase of this sneaker. I need a shoe that gave comfort and support and I definitely found it. I feel as though I am walking on cotton. It feels great!

These shoes ROCK! I can't say enough good about these shoes! I am an under-pronator and they made my feet feel SO much better! I work in a job where I walk 10-13 miles a day and these are great, especially in the heat, they breathe and are comfy plus they have held up to a good deal of abuse. They look cool too! I just wish Zappos would get my size/color in again so that I can order another pair to keep on hand!

Love my New Balance shoes - I love the new shoes I ordered from Zappos.com. I needed something to walk in on my vacation in Tahoe. I had to wear them for walking and hiking right away… and no breaking in at all... They were great right from the start.

Awesome - I love these shoes! I got the turquoise color and I love it… These are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever had and I no longer get shin splints!!

Pretty cool shoes - I ordered several pairs of athletic shoes knowing I would, if lucky, only find one that fit my weird feet well. This shoe was pretty good, but the Adidas MegaBounce won in the comfort department.

Love these! I had been searching for new sneakers for a long time and had hear New Balance are good for people who pronate. I ordered a few and returned, but these are great, comfortable, and stylish. I love a black sneaker! I use them for walking in the mornings and to go to the gym to lift weights. Definitely recommend them.

Love my shoes! The first few days I wore my New Balance W8505 half a day and my older shoes the other half until my feet were used to them. Now they are so comfortable! And I have gotten so many compliments on my shoes! Thanks.

Luv this shoe - I am on my feet all day at my job and I have been searching for a shoe that is comfortable, cute and affordable, this shoe is all that and more. I'm a plus size woman and this shoe offers great support which I am hard pressed to find. I plan on purchasing more of these!!!!
