A great athletic shoe - I wanted to try a different brand, so I tried Ryka. They didn't feel right-went back to New Balance. I think NB has a lot more selection for different foot sizes/styles. NB is the only athletic shoe my family wears. This style has a different/nice look and is comfortable for standing 7 hours, 5 days/week. A great shoe.

Loving my New Balance W8505 - These are awesome shoes...love them...bought them for work but can't help to wear them as leisure...they look great on...and are sooo comfortable.

New Balance W8505 - I love my new NB W8505 shoes. They are very comfortable and I love the way they look. I am very picky about my shoes so if I love them, I know anyone would. I bought the white with pale blue ones and I also thought about another color. I also love Zappos. I ordered my shoes the Sunday before Memorial Day and I got them the Tuesday after!

Sight Unseen! I had no idea - well I shouldn't say that- I have worn New Balance for years. My foot doctor told me the higher the number on the shoe the better it was. These shoes are 8505. After I have walked in them for a month I find them to be an excellent and comfortable shoe. Very conducive to walking on the street and the treadmill. I got the 9 wide and they fit like a glove from the moment I put them on. I am very pleased. Also - I received them the very next day I ordered them! That is real service.

The Best Sneaker!!! I have always been a New Balance sneaker fan. These are the best so far. Fit is perfect, arch support is perfect, no pain in my shins, heels or sides of feet. I work out everyday for three hours and these never hurt my feet. I love them!

Comfy!! Just love these shoes. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in both feet and New Balance works well for me. I have been wanting black sneakers and these are actually cute!!! Also very comfy!!!

Feel like running - These are the most amazing pair of running shoes. Very comfortable and fashionable, I bought the black ones and I am looking forward to buy them in another color. As always Zappos service was excellent. I ordered half a size larger and fit just right but I always do so in tennis shoes.

Comfy shoe! I was delighted with the NB 8505. I've been wearing Nike Shox for the past couple of years and had grown very accustomed to that shoe. I'd decided to try these because they were so cute. I'm happy that they're comfy as well. Not as lightweight as the Nike but they have better ankle support---no roll-over. And they're wide enough to wear absorbent/cushioned socks. Very nice shoe!!

New Balance shoes - I love them. They are comfortable. I have problems with my feet, and my feet do not hurt with these shoes.

Great shoe - This shoe feels really good and has good stability. I'm not a super-serious runner (approx. 15 miles/week) but I'm happy with the shoe and I love the look -- very cool.

NB = New Balance = Never Better - I went to Foot Action to purchase a pair of Nike Shox. I have worn Nike almost exclusively for several years. However, I saw the 8505s and I liked their style. I put the 8505s on one foot and the Shox on the other foot and the NB were much more comfortable. Needless to say, they were also less expensive, but they also looked better. I purchased two pair of the men's 8505 in size 11.5 (brown and black). I also purchased a pair of women's 8505s in size 13 (women's shoes are 1.5 sizes smaller than mens) because I liked one of the women's color offerings. I am very happy with all of them and look forward to not purchasing shoes again for a long time. These shoes are sporty but also casual-looking. Just like the tag says, they really do feel broken in right out of the box.

Just right for me - I especially love these shoes because I can be comfortable at all times while at the gym. They are just the right width, have a good arch and I feel I could wear them all day without any problems. I want another pair in a different color. Really love them!

Great Value for the Price - I purchase New Balance running shoes regularly and have always bought them a full size larger. These could probably have been only a half size larger. Otherwise they're very lightweight (as advertised) and comfortable--perfect for the hot Maryland summers.

LOVE THESE SHOES! These shoes are so comfortable! I can't say enough about them. If you're usually between 2 sizes, order up.

I love these runners! There's not much about these running shoes other than they're really comfortable and breathable too, and they have a great look. I got a lot more than I was expecting!

Great shoes! I love these shoes. Actually I love New Balance shoes. Although not as expensive as my other New Balance cross trainers, these are much better. The support & cushioning is great. I'm going to order another pair.

My second pair - I love these shoes so much I got a second pair! I have used them for cross training and just about everything else. Love the look.

Zappos can't be beat! I ordered these shoes on a Wednesday. Being that I didn't place my order until after 8pm I wasn't expecting them to arrive until Friday. I was SHOCKED when I came home on Thursday afternoon to find them at my doorstep. I should also mention that your phone reps are always very pleasant. With that being said, I love the shoes! Very comfortable and stylish. I ordered a pair of the orange/white as well as the black. I have received many compliments on the orange ones in particular. Keep up the great job, Zappos!

I love these shoes! First I have to say New Balance is the only brand sneaker I even look at when purchasing athletic shoes. I am absolutely in love with my W8505. The shock absorbency in the heel has really made a difference in my ability to run. The shoes are very comfortable and I love the style and the reflectors in the shoes are great. These shoes will be very easy to keep clean, not a lot of leather to worry about ruining. I think they're sized a little smaller than regular New Balance athletic shoes, but that's okay, I love them anyway. Did I say I love these shoes???

Finally found the treasure - These New Balance Zips are the most comfortable I've ever worn. I think I've been searching for them all my life. They feel so good; I could even wear them to bed at night. They are wonderfully supportive (even of my plantar fasciitis-wracked foot), they give back a bit of bounce when walking and are cute and kicky-looking. I have them in two colorways and will probably go for a third or even fourth. Did I say I love them?
