5 star shoe - Love the shoe, but disappointed in the fact that I cannot seem to get my order filled when I order navy blue. I would think a shoe distributor as large as you would have every color available most of the time.

I started with ONE pair - I first purchased the pewter---great go-with-anything color---and just ordered the black and red ones. These fit so well, you don't notice you're wearing shoes at all!! Perfect for business casual and jeans, too. Zappos, you ROCK!

GREAT SHOE! Because I have a narrow foot (2AA's), I have difficulty getting shoes in my community. I have worn Trotters in the past and find them very comfortable. I am glad to have found Zappos!!

My Liz Trotters - I am very pleased with my new shoes but they seem a little big. I always wear size 8 1/2 N but my heel slips in these. So, I ordered little pads to stick in the backs and I hope this corrects the problem.

Wonderful shoe - I have owned this shoe style before but could not buy it in the town I live in - in the colors I wanted. These are extremely comfortable shoes but because these shoes are braided they may feel snug the first few times you wear them but then they sort of mold to your foot. I own four pairs in different colors and wear them with everything from jeans to long skirts. Thank goodness for Zappos, now I can get shoes like I want - anytime I want and many times for less than I'd pay in-town.

I love these shoes! I am extremely hard to fit; 11.5WW usually is good, but very very hard to find something comfortable as I am flat-footed also. These shoes are stylish and comfortable, although a bit larger than 11.5. I will purchase them in other colors too. I am very satisfied. I sing Zappos.com's praises all the time. It has saved me from lots and lots of frustration shopping mall stores to go home empty handed. Free shipping is like a great bonus too!

Great little shoe - The Trotters Liz is a comfortable shoe, easy to wear and I received two compliments on them the first time I wore them. They are perfect with pant suits and make a statement without being too outlandish. I would recommend them to any busy career woman who is on her feet as much as I am!

Not a "keeper" I'm rather spoiled to European comfort shoes. These are very nice-looking but they fit like an old pair of Selby shoes I have --- my toes were jammed into the pointy toebox. I'll be returning these. At my age I'm into comfort instead of pain.

Classic woven pump - I love the classic look of these casual shoes. The soft shade of brown goes with everything I wear. The shoe fits comfortably and is great to wear all day.

The shoes came very quickly and I love them. I wore them right away and they were so comfortable. After wearing awhile a half size longer would have been great.

Fun little shoe - Theses cute little skimmers are fantastic with pants at the office as well as with jeans. I took them out of the box, wore them all day at work and then out to dinner and they were totally comfortable.

Shoes for most Occasions - I have great difficulty in getting shoes as I take a large size. Thank goodness for Zappos.

Buy one in each COLOR!!! When I first tried this shoe on I was so impressed with how well it fit and how nice it looks. The Quality is in every inch of this shoe and each color is as pretty as the next. Great looking shoe!

Great shoes! The shoes are great and the price was very reasonable! My only complaint is that the outside and inside boxes were crushed and torn upon receipt, however the shoes came undamaged!

Excellent - Actually, I've owned a pair of these shoes in black for several years, so it was easy to order these from Zappos in other colors. They wear well and keep their shape and are true to size. Finding narrow sized shoes has always been a struggle for me, but with Zappos free shipping both ways what's there to lose? And on top of it all, they provide these reviews so you can learn from others. Excellent marketing!

I love the shoes in every way. They are very comfortable. I do wish they were a little bit more plain navy than dark navy.

First Time Buyer- I received my order of two pairs of Trotter shoes in a very timely manor. I started wearing the blue pair the next with great comfort as well as the brown colored ones. Liz by Trotters- I liked this shoe so much; I ordered it in two other colors. It's comfortable and looks great. I particularly like that it has no seams, and is easy to slip into. The high instep (is that the correct word) is what I need- lower ones cut into my foot. I also appreciate that there is no charge on returning shoes that don't fit, etc. I would not have purchased any shoes if I had to pay for the return postage. Although the ordered size is correct, shoes fit differently and the "no charge return policy" allows me to order with ease. Thanks for that.

Comfortable casual shoe - As someone with large wide feet, I have found these are my favorite casual shoes. When my size is available I usually buy more than one pair. They go great with slacks and I'm also able to put a custom orthotic device into them. I didn't think it would work but was pleasantly surprised.

Comfort and compliments - The Trotter's Liz are the first shoes that I've purchased that are as comfortable as slippers and get immediate compliments (even from strangers in on the street in San Francisco!). Excellent shoes, especially in brown.

Great for wide feet - These shoes are great. They are true to size and are pretty comfortable for dress shoes. They look good and go with everything. I have a high instep as well as a high arch and wide feet and since these don't have gores to stretch so the top of the shoe doesn't cut into your instep, I was worried about the fit but they seem to stretch fairly quickly and are pretty comfortable.
