This shoe fits like a dream and is so comfortable! I have a very wide foot and a somewhat narrow heel. Not always easy to find shoes - this is a keeper!

These shoes are absolutely wonderful. Very comfortable and the fit is true to size. I wear a slim width and they are hard to come by...these were perfect.

I have owned this shoe by a different shoemaker for years and worn it out. I always wished it had a leather sole. I was so was excited to see this had a leather sole and bought it. The shoe's fit was way too small, narrow, and very stiff. Maybe a half size up would help the fit and comfort.

Really comfortable. From all the reviews I read I ordered an 8 with a wide width because there was no M width. I wouldn’t consider my foot wide but my feet fit comfortably with room for no show socks. I believe it was true to size. There’s a tiny bit of room in the sides of the shoe so they’re not snug on me but I enjoy how they fit. I also read how people wear complaining about the toe area but my was not hard. I think it’s just because I got a different material/ style. The whole shoe was a nice plushy leather. If you want more of a snug fit maybe just go up one width size but I went up two width sizes so I have room for no show socks.

This is my 2nd pair! These fit my short wide feet beautifully, and they're a dressier alternative to ballet flats. I wear them with capris, and they look great with skirts and black tights too. Love 'em.

This is a remarkably comfortable shoe. No break-in period - they felt fine from day one. In person they look more shiny than they look online; I was hoping for something a little more matte, but they feel so comfortable I don't care.

Seriously? I've worn a size 6M forever. These are so short that my toes slam up against the tip of the toe box, and I can't even believe how narrow they are! Who are they making these shoes for?

Fit well. I wear an 11 and they fit just fine (no socks). These shoes are super cute! Love them!

I love these shoes, they are very comfortable and I get compliments whenever I wear them. I bought them because I wanted a comfortable loafer for work, but they ended up being one of my favorite shoes for work and play! They look more stylish in person than they do online and the brown calf color pairs beautifully with black, and other neutrals.

I love my Trotters. They are very comfortable and look dressy. I can't find narrow shoes in stores anymore, not even in stores in NYC. So I was glad to find them at Zappos.

I love this shoe! It is prettier on than in the picture. I have narrow feet and have a hard time finding cute shoes to wear with casual dresses or with jeans; these fit with both. I did go up 1/2 a size and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I love Zappos fast shipping and free returns.

I have always been more than happy with a Zappos order. The shoes always fit, and the service is always 100 percent. If there is a problem Zappos is always on the side of the customer.

First let me say that I love Zappos and buy a majority of my shoes here. Wonderful customer service. These shoes fit great and have wonderful support. They take my feet a lot of places with no problems, it's good looking too.

I have worn this same style shoe for several years. It is comfortable, long wearing, and always looks great. I am now on my seventh pair, in several colors and all are wonderful. Thanks for all your help at Zappos. You are also the best.

Cut a little high across the instep. Makes them a little uncomfortable to walk in.

These trendy slipper style flats were comfy from the moment I put them on! flexible, not stiff. Love the color for transition to spring summer.

I love these shoes. They are the 4th pair (have other colors) that I have owned. They are comfortable from the first wear. I highly recommend them.

These work very well for casual office wear and for walking around. I'm planning on taking them on a trip to Europe soon and after breaking them in, think they will work well. The medium width does feel a bit wide, but since I will be needing to wear socks where I am going in Europe, the problem is solved. I hope they don't stretch too much. But they work well now.

These are really comfortable shoes from the first wearing. Very quiet to walk in. Versatile in what they can be worn with, too.

I ordered both the black calf and the brown calf in the same size, but the black calf is looser and longer than the brown I love and which fits perfectly. I'm returning the black pair.

I love Zappos because they carry the brands that have my hard-to-fit size. These Trotters fit perfectly and are very nice looking as well. I really needed a navy flat and these are just right!

This was my first purchase ever with Zappos or any on-line shoe store. I was very impressed! I have struggled to find nice W-width shoes. When I tried these on the felt like slippers...no breaking these in. They go great with dress pants to wearing with jeggings.
