I have recently purchased three pairs of shoes from Zappos and I am very happy with them. I cannot get fitted in a shoe store because have very narrow feet. so I can sit at my computer and order the shoes I want, thanks to Zappos.

My shopping on Zappos was a very good one and I will shop with them again. The Trotters are great shoes and they fit great. Love the style and all the help from Zappos to find the right size.

I love my Trotters as a brand. They always fit perfectly as I have no arches and have trouble keeping shoes on my feet. Love my Trotters!

Wonderful shoe. I took another review's advice to choose a wider size, and it was a great suggestion. Wore this shoe all day the first day, and it felt comfy and supportive all day long. Have given up heels, and this makes a nice dressy shoe for me.

Order was shipped promptly, and the shoes were perfect for the occasion. More arch support would be helpful. Many thanks for your help.

Although I thought these were pricey, they have been worth every cent that I paid. I love them!

I purchased these shoes for my 87 year old mother. It is difficult to find mom's size so I love that I can purchase shoes and return so easily. Mom is hard to fit, and I can often find extra wide for her at Zappos. These were purchased for her to wear to her granddaughter's wedding. They slipped on easily and stayed on. Mom said they felt great, and she even danced at the reception. Mom is unable to wear heels so the metallic design allowed her to feel dressy!

Love this shoe--wear with everything, have bought various colors. Great fit, looks professional, very comfortable. WIll buy again. Would also love this style with a small heel for dressier occasions.

I looked for 6 months at department stores to replace my trotters that I love. Department stores didn't carry them. Zappos did!

I have a narrow foot, and this shoe fits beautifully, even in the heel. It is classy-looking with slacks for work and feels good all day.

They are great. I live in Canada and recently spent 2 weeks in Florida and lived in these shoes. Fit perfect (I have a narrow foot), comfy and they look great! They even went to the beach a couple of times! I ordered the pewter and the colour went with everything!

I love these shoes and wouldn't mind having them in other colors. They fit my need for what I bought them for (work) perfectly! They are super comfortable, look great, and I get complements on them all the time.

This Trotter is a causal classic style, which has good support and comfort, while still looking flattering on the foot.

Great shoe. A sophisticated look for a flat, yet very comfortable. Good fit. A little snug at first but did give to fit my foot better.

These shoes are as comfortable as slippers. I have them in two colors and wear them practically every day.

These shoes are very pretty and comfortable but beware-the pewter color is not pewter at all, but more of a light gold, so if you are looking for a silver/pewter shoe, look elsewhere. Otherwise it's a nice shoe.

I love my Trotters, but I really love Zappos! I wear AAA and AAAA shoes, so I'm not picking up shoes at Walmart. But Zappos carries lots of narrow shoes. And how can I go wrong? They pay shipping for me to try them on, and if they're not right, they pay shipping for me to return them -- and the folks are so nice! I'm not usually this enthusiastic, but these folks really provide service with a smile.

A stylish, comfortable, true to size fit with these beautiful pair of Trotters. Always a great pair of shoes for rounding off any accessories. Dress up those jeans with these Trotters or add them to complete that little black dress ensemble.

Perfect, every time. I've bought a pair of black 8.5 N Liz Trotters every year for the last 4 or 5. I wear them just about every day. They go with everything from casual to business casual, and even a black skirt with black tights. They fit perfectly, last forever and are always my first choice in the morning. Having narrow feet is tough these days, but Trotters' Liz is perfect!

Great shoe I've worn for years - I have a lot of physical problems. These shoes are very comfortable and fit just right. Also, they look nice. I'd highly recommend them to anyone with wide feet.

Trotter's Liz - I love these shoes...in fact, I have had at least seven pairs of these same shoes...when one wears out I have another ready to step into. They are very comfortable, classy looking and can be worn casually or with dress slacks, etc. I have several colors also...
