Shoe is fairly true to size. Feels a tad tight when you first wear them, but the leather stretches enough to become comfortable. The next 1/2 size larger would have become too big. Wear them with suits and jeans. Like Trotters because of the construction -- good padding and arch support.

My shoe size, 10N is almost impossible to find in stores. As soon as I heard about zappos.com I logged on and found just what I was looking for. It's great not having to leave the house to search for shoes and they arrived within 2 days! I'm looking forward to buying my next pair from zappos.com!

Have wanted a pair of these for several years. Zappos' price sold me. They are beautiful and very comfortable.

I have ordered twice from Zappos and have been very pleased. They have the only shoes that are comfortable for my feet. I have the Liz shoe in 4 different colors.

These are great shoes! No 'breaking in' period; they are comfortable immediately and go from casual with jeans to any professional outfit. I am a very active music teacher and stay on my feet all day. And of course, Zappos service is unmatched by any business I have ever dealt with. I ordered these shoes about 8:45 p.m. one Sunday night and they were on my doorstep the next day. I don't know how they do it, I just want them to keep doing it forever!

I needed a blue pair of comfortable shoes to the office with nice slacks/skirt. These fit the bill; trotters are extremely comfortable and attractive shoes. I have wide feet so I ordered a wide in 7.5, my usual size, and they fit perfect.

These shoes are fabulous! A mixture of class and casual, they are great in my office at work or out on the town at night. They seem to be well made and are very comfortable (considering I am a wide-width girl).

I do not shop a lot on line, but my experience with Zappos has been a pleasure. I ordered a pair of shoes that weren't quite as comfortable as I expected, & I was able to return them at no cost to me. The next pair I picked arrived promptly. Their communications with me have always been polite & helpful. I could not be more pleased with Zappos. They are great!

These shoes are beautiful, they fit great and are very comfortable. This is the second pair that I\'ve purchased, I liked the first pair so much I ordered a second pair in another color.

Loved Zappos service; so convenient and prompt! This Trotters Liz shoe is exceptionally comfortable and works with slacks or skirts. I particulary like the support and the flexible sole, which combine to make it a great walking shoe. They are the first shoes I grab from the closet, and I did buy several basic colors for Summer as well as Fall.

Shopping Zappos has been the best experience. It's the website I go to first for shoes now. You cannot beat the selection and it's all quality. I ordered the Trotters in white thinking I would wear them once in a while. They are comfortable enough to wear every day. I love 'em!

Great shoe for work. True to size and width. Have these shoes in navy, red, white. Comfortable all day.

These are the most comfortable shoes I own! The leather is so soft and pliable. I would highly recommend these to anyone. The color is perfect for many of my summer outfits.

These are wonderful shoes that fit extremely well, have good arch support, and are quite versatile.

This is a comfortable and stylish shoe. I like it because it is "rich" looking, something you see wealthy 'middle aged' ladies wearing. It is a great all around shoe. There isn't anything clothing that this wouldn't work with.

The shoes run a bit small. I have another pair of the same shoe from a few years ago, and the sole length of the 11 is exactly the same as the 11 1/2 that I just bought. This is a very comfortable shoe that you can dress up or down a bit in. A bit on the stiff side when new, but it breaks in very well.

I have worn this shoe for over 10 years. I use to buy it at a local retailer and they discontinued carrying this style...Liz. They actually referred me to Zappos.com I have been maintaining my supply from Zappos for the last few years. I have every color they come in, even white for uniform purposes, because I do not like white shoes. I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone. It softens as you wear it and it is a great looking shoe to wear with anything especial on those days when you want to look descent but your feet are tired and you don't want to wear heels.
