size was ok, quality not so much, they felt really hard to walk in them

These look like they have been worn and returned. The right shoe is stretched out more than the left shoe. Just looked used.

The outside appearance and feel was wonderful BUT I could not fit my orthotics in them for nothing. The toe was a little narrower then a normal wide shoe but the back half of the shoe was much narrower. I don't think any ones orthotic would fit in the shoe. If you don't wear orthotics and you have a narrow heel they may be great shoe. They also seemed to be a little shorter but not much. A gave it 2 stars for overall because they were so far from fitting and 3 stars for comfort because the back half was so much narrower then normal shoe.

There is less room in the toe and bunion area than with the same size in New Balance. I have tried my orthotic, 2 different gel work insoles along with the removable insoles that came with the shoe, nothing helped, it is very painful to walk in these shoes, I am returning them. I liked that this shoe came with a template so I can easily can an insoles to fit.

I ordered my normal size shoe. This style was too small and too narrow. I am exchanging for next half-size larger and wider shoe.

The leather is stiff, inflexible. The top of the shoe pressed hard into my ankle. Shape seems to be straight in the front, no space or flexibility for bunion or hammertoes.

wife wears addiction walkers,6 yrs. now. Saw these propet tour walkers and thought i.d buy a pair for her. I ordered wide(D). they are way to narrow for her feet. We'll give them to a family member.

Shoe was well constructed, but narrower than the Wide width that I had expected. Advice to select one half size longer resulted in a too long shoe.

I love the shoe, its just a little on the narrow side for me. I will be returning it to get the next size up. Very comfortable.

These were good shoes to start with. However, they already have a hole in the sole and they are only 6 months old. I would not buy them again.

Ordered wide, and it was so narrow. Ugly looking shoe. Returned immediately. Great return policy. Will order more shoes.

Something is wrong with these shoes. I have a white pair that are fine, but this black pair and another I bought are so uncomfortable I can't wear them. Straps are too short, tongue and sides of shoes cut into my leg and foot. The white shoes must've been made previous to the others because they don't hurt, and the straps are longer. I would not recommended these shoes.

The left shoe was narrower than right. I have bought this same shoe in white and put it on and it was perfect. Would like to order the black but will send this pair back first.

Too narrow not soft.

I have a chronic back issue and lacing up shoes is very difficult, so I broke down and went for these Velcro shoes. At first they felt comfortable but after wearing the top sides of the shoes dig into my ankle. Also because there is no laces the tongue moves and slips down to one side making it easier for the top of the shoe to dig into the ankle even more. Don't feel much in the way of support and even with one 1/2 size up my big toe is rubbing. I bought this so I could start walking more but my feet are hurting. I really wanted these to work but a walking shoe they are not. They are going back.

I have fairly wide feet with high insteps. My usual struggle is that I cannot get my feet into shoes. However, these shoes felt uncomfortably loose. They felt much longer than the size they were supposed to be and there seemed to be too much room in the top of the shoe even when pulling the Velcro closure as tight as I could. The arch support was moderate. The style was okay. I returned them. I did not try going down a half or full size because I did not like them enough to keep trying.

These shoes have outstanding reviews. I don't know why. I ordered an 8.5 (my regular size) in a 4E. They aren't even close to being wide enough--that's not to say that my foot doesn't fit in the shoes, but rather than the ball of my foot overhangs the outside of the sole significantly. Amazingly, my heel manages to lift out of the shoes in spite of the fact that they rise so high that they irritated the front of my ankle. And they're really ugly and clunky-looking. I'm returning them. There's another Propet shoe--Blazer Mary Jane--that is lighter, decent-looking, and fit perfectly in a 9 2E.

Nice looking shoe, but very disappointed when trying to put them on. The tongue of the shoe is so short that it gets caught when putting foot into shoe. To make matters worse, then cannot grasp it. I finally gave up. There were other problems as well, but how negative can I be? Going back tomorrow.

This shoe was not near as wide as the New Balance EE shoe I bought at the same time. The toe was also much longer. Very poor fit.

Does not have much support for a walking shoe. I walk every day and was excited that they were guaranteed for 1000 miles. After 1/2 miles, my feet hurt.

Comfortable shoe, however, both shoes squeaked while walking. Glad they have finally worn out.

Too small - I had to return these. I ordered 12N, my normal size, but they were much too short.

Not as supportive as we thought. While the shoe looks good and is easy for a young man with disabilities to get on, we were surprised that the shoe doesn't provide very much support.

Not as comfortable as I would have liked - I bought a wide width for its comfort but after wearing these shoes for half a day, I couldn't wait to get them off! I will be returning them. It felt like the side of my foot was pressed over the seam where the shoe insole meets the side of the shoe. Very uncomfortable.

Dissatisfied - I was very disappointed in this shoe, as I had read so many good reviews for it. I did not find them comfortable at all; for me, they need more cushioning… soles too hard. Returned for New Balance, hoping for more comfort. However, I'm amazed at Zappos GREAT service! I will continue shopping with them until I find the right pair.
