I have terrible tendinitis in my feet, so had to have something secure and roomy enough for my orthotic inserts. I went up a size, and they are actually ever so slightly too large, but since they have velcro fasteners, I've been able to make them snug enough to work. And boy, are they comfy! Not beautiful, but with my feet, I really don't care.

I bought these for my 88-year old Mom. They are not quite as comfortable to her as her old SAS shoes, but then there is quite a price differential between the two, so she is not unhappy! She wears these for summer outings, and is pleased with the support & overall look. It's hard to find diabetic shoes with high style.

These shoes were a great fit, good look n feel. The one problem was the interior of the shoe was not attached n had rolled up. So I would like to return them for an exchange of the same, only with the interior properly attached. The other problem I have is my husband n I couldn't find any packing label or shipping slip. So I also need a return shipping label, please? The strap over my instep could of been longer, it is to short as I have a high instep.

Like many women, I need a wide toe box and a narrow heel. The 7.5EE is wide enough to protect my bunions and has a heel that is narrow enough to keep from stepping out of the shoe. The shoe accommodates my orthotics. The two straps are helpful. I keep the toe strap very loose and the ankle strap very tight. I have two minor complaints. I wish that the ankle strap were a little shorter; I wear it so tight that it sticks out a bit from the shoe. Also, there was some visible glue where the straps attach.

Shoe is comfortable, but the sides and back come up very high and rub on the ankle area of the foot. Very generous in the wide size.

Bought this shoe to replace a Hush Puppy. Shoe is very comfortable, but one problem. The tip of the shoe separates. Had to bring it into my shoemaker who glued it. He does not know how long it will hold. Shame to spend money and something like this can ruin the shoe, and will have to be replaced in a short time.

Shoes are comfortable (I have had several surgeries on knees and hips) and they look great. They do run large and I suggest going down a half size. I like them so much that I am not going to take a chance on returning for a smaller size. I will use inserts to tighten them up on my feet.

Broke my arm and couldn't tie shoes, so I needed to get a Velcro pair so I could take walks. These are very comfortable shoes and easy to adjust. I normally wear a 10W and that's what I ordered. But as I am wearing them, I realize they do seem to run wide and if I get another pair of Propet shoes I would try a medium. Great quality.

It is not quite as comfortable as the Easy Spirit to walk on but it does have the velcro closing which is very handy at the airport. It is definitely wide enough and deep enough.

Shipping was speedy as always and I rec'd all 3 pairs ordered. The fit was good and these shoes are very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the insoles have a suede-sort of finish to them and it makes my feet sweat. I will have to change out the insole for something else. I have one pair of these shoes though in white and really like them.

Great Walking Shoes - This is my 2nd pair of Prophet Tour Walkers. I originally ordered a different Propet, but they didn't feel as well nor look as well. (As always, Zappos was fantastic about the exchange.) I have a narrow, fairly short foot, so it isn't easy to find a shoe with velcro (which I like for my exercise class since shoes have to go on and off). They are really not good lookers, but who cares? I do care that they changed the tongue from fabric to leather. It is stiff and when I walk too far on the treadmill, it bruises the top of my ankle. I am hoping the tongue will soften up. I should mention that I have flat feet, so cannot comment on the arch support. Otherwise, I love them and have no doubt these will last as long as my last pair. I hope that Propet still makes them when I need them again!

I loved these shoes - The Propet's Tour Walker is very comfortable. I like the fact that I am able to slide them on my feet and close the velcro tabs and I'm off. The only thing I don't like about them is I can't wear thick socks.

Pull Strap - I looked for a shoe with the velcro pull straps for a long time without success in local shoe stores until a friend told me about your online store. I found what I needed in about 30 seconds after getting on your web site. From now on I will no longer waste time and gas by traveling from store to store. Thanks for providing a good shoe at a very affordable price.

Propets - I am quite pleased with my Propets. However, as I have a narrow foot, it leaves a gap around my ankle. I fasten as tight as I can, but there is still a gap.

Best Fit I Ever Found - These shoes are awesome! I just bought a 2nd pair. I have a hard to fit foot due to a motorcycle accident many years ago. I have never found a shoe that truly fit before. I work 12 hour shifts and it is wonderful to not have pain and severe swelling at the end of the day.

I bought these shoes for my husband after buying me a similar women’s pair. We both really like them. They have great support and feel like you have springs on your heels.

Tour Walker - I am satisfied with the shoes although I still have a problem getting the left one tight enough, as my left foot is smaller that the other. I guess heavier socks on that foot would help. They are nice looking and it is very convenient to have the velcro straps to adjust, in case your feet swell etc. Overall I am very satisfied although I had to go to a 8-1/2 instead of my usual 8.

Great shoe - I have been getting this shoe for my daughter for several years; she has it in a few colors. [She does not have a lot of choices as she needs a 4E with] It’s EZ for her to get on and off, and is comfortable, Thanks we love ordering from Zappos!

Propet Tour Walker - Nice looking walking shoe. I have been wearing this brand / shoe style for several years now. I work in a hospital lab and find them very comfortable for me and easy on and off as well.

This shoe is very comfortable and runs very wide and large.

Better than I had hoped... I bought this shoe in a size larger and a size wider because I have arthritis and need inside space. I chose the velcro for the same reason...arthritis. The black color does not make the straps so obvious. I found the shoe to be very easy to wear and it did not require a "breaking in" period. The arch support is moderate but adequate for me at this time. I immediately began walking better in this shoe and I would order this shoe again.

Four Shoes for Carole - I wear a brace on my right leg and foot. Consequently, I must always purchase two pair of shoes. This can be expensive. But not when you shop through Zappos. I need an 8-1/2EE for the right foot and a 7-1/2B for the left foot. I purchase two pair of shoes for the price on one, literally. This Propet Tour Walker style is my second pair of 2 shoes in each size from Zappos.. This particular style unfortunately really shows the difference in the sizes. The size 7-1/2B looks very slim and trim, and the 8-1/2EE looks like a boot. Nonetheless I am thrilled to own them and I appreciated the cost, free shipping and excellent customer service. I do have to comment that I had to call a week after the order and I learned that I hadn't received the shoes because they were "mis mailed". As a result Customer Service overnighted the shoes free of charge. Customer Service is beyond excellent with Zappos.

I have foot problems, so this was a great find at the time. My only complaint is that the upper part of the shoe comes up too high on my ankle and causes discomfort.

Tour Propet - This is a great walking shoe, very well constructed. I would like the inner othotic to have a bit more padding. I have an upscale dress code and since the shoe varies in widths such padding would allow the change of thick to thin socks or stockings.

Propet Tour Walker Velcro - I've been wearing this shoe for three years. It fits my odd sized feet and is completely comfortable. My only suggestion would be to make the velcro straps longer. I hope Zappos continues to carry this shoe as I can't find it anywhere else. I buy a new pair every year whether I need it or not. They don't wear out fast. Propet Tour Walker is the best walking shoe I've found yet; and I've been a walker for 45 years.
