Been buying these shoes for years. Bought my last pair in 2022. Always wore an 8.5 women's. Bought a new pair (2024) and they are too small.

I bought the golden glow checkerboard slipon. The color is not the same as advertised. I've never been disappointed in a pair of Vans or given a single star. But I have to this time. Look at the color. It's not the same. As you can see from the video, I buy a lot of Vans and this is my biggest disappointment. The nearest store is 3 hours away, that's why I order online. I guess I'll just give them away. They were on sale, and it looks like I have to pay to return, so it's not worth the time or money.

I have had 3 pairs of this shoes and 2 pairs fell apart in the same spot after a few months of light wear. The third pair was a replacement which was defective out of the box. Vans offered to replace the defective pair they sent but I would have to package and ship them, then wait for the return to process before I would be able to get a replacement. The process is cumbersome and I am tired of the poor quality. I will cut my losses and move on to another brand. I don't want to risk getting defective pair #4! If you decide to buy this shoe, I wish you luck!

Returning these. Even though I wear a size 8 in ALL of my other slip ons.these are sadly too small.

When I tried both of the shoes on the one shoe was a 9 1/2, which is the correct size and the other was a 10 and it would fall off my foot every time I walked. I've never had this issue before, but I am very sad and disappointed because now I don't know what to do with the shoes because I can't wear them.

Shoes are extremely too narrow. I experienced an ingrown toenail within 48 hours of wearing them. The shoes are painful to wear and to walk in. The elastic will begin to tear within a month of wearing them. Cheap, painful shoes. I have no idea how anyone could skate in these. I can barely walk in them.

I have bought more vans than any of my other brand shoes combined in my lifetime. Now the colors for the check board slip one are dull and hardly any options to choose from. I use to Love vans for all the different colors you could choose from. Now all you get to choose from is a muted, dull, boring color. No matter which color you pick. PLEASE bring back more variety in colors! Or at least give us an option to customize and pick our own checkerboard colors

Got these exact shoes 2 years ago and they fit perfectly. New pair has significant changes so they don't fit my foot and won't take returns. Dissapointed

The package was open. And the size was not right

I loved the shoe but it ran big so I immediately returned the item. It's been a a week and half and my return package has been sitting at FedX in Chino not moving. My package is in limbo along with my refund. I paid for the shoes returned them immediately now it's a waiting game on my refund. Never will I buy online again!

They ripped within a week of walking around. Sucks, I like these.

I've been wearing Vans slip ons for nearly 20 years and there has been a considerable decrease in quality over the past 5 years. The top fabric splits from the rubber sides of the shoe at about the pinky toe in less than 2 months. I used to be able to go 6 months or even longer without this issue appearing.

I used these sneakers for work, I'm a receptionist. 2 pair that ripped at seams on the sides within a few months. These wouldn't survive heavy use

Super upset because vans on my favorite shoe, it's all I wear, and I bought these to replace my old pair. Now I still have to wear my old pair. I would love a replacement I asked for a refund, it said 3-5 business days, still no refund. Anyone else? Vans, I need a replacement

I bought a size 6, which is my size. They are so tight my feet turned purple. Not sure if they changed the design but I'm sad about it.

Painful to wear, not made properly

The Van's are great... like any other pair purchased. The issue is that I purchased them, and paid for overnight shipping, only to wait 4 days to receive them, and completely miss being able to wear them to the even I was purchasing them for. Not only that, but when I reached out to them about the problem, I received NO RESPONSE. Terrible service...

I was so excited to get these shoes. They are beyond uncomfortable. I don't know how people wear these. Vans needs to up their insole game.

I love getting a fresh pair every so often. I was so disappointed to receive my pair, but it come with yellow stains. Such a hassle having to go through the whole return process.

Bulky fit and had mud specks on them and hen I received them. Return process was like pulling teeth

About a month in the rubber on the side started to peel. And now it's happening on both shoes.

Added a leather to the back and now the shoe doesn't stay on and constantly squeaks. Shoes are no longer comfortable and I will not be buying another pair again.
