Apology - I wrote a review earlier about how quickly the shoes wore out, well I purchased another brand and after 2 weeks the sole is showing a lot of wear. The Teva Dozers lasted as long or longer than the replacements I bought. Back to Teva.

First experience with Teva - I have never been a sandal guy but at my wife's coaxing I decided to get a pair for our Disney vacation. With all the rave reviews for Teva I found the Dozer style which I liked. The ordering process trough Zappos was great. When I received the shoes I wore them around the house for a few days and immediately loved them. I took them and my far more expensive New Balance sneakers to the parks. The two days I wore my NB my feet and back hurt by lunchtime and my legs were exhausted at the end of the day. The 5 days I wore these sandals I had no pain whatsoever and was not at all tired at the end of the day. They are incredibly comfortable, light, walk as well on the concrete jungle as they do grass/trails/rocks, and dry almost instantly (which is great when you love water rides). I am officially a convert and will be looking to replace my NB shoes with something else from the Teva line very soon.

Teva Dozer = Great! I actually had to buy this off Amazon.com since Zappos didn't have the size/color combination I wanted. I wear a size 8 in men’s but had to go down to a 7 for these sandals. Right out of the box they felt a bit tight but after a while wearing them they seem to be fitting great. I chose the Orion Blue color, and it looks great. I recommend this sandal for people who like to break the rules and wear socks/sandals and for those who don't like to show off their feet.

Vacation shoes... Luv them! for my husband. He enjoyed them tremendously on our vacation and they still look new after several trips to the beach and walking all over Hawaii!

Where were these shoes all my life? If you want a lightweight, supportive, and airy shoe this is the one. And they look good too! I could use a little more cush. Also, if you very high arches or swollen ankles the strap may be a little short.

Really getting use out of these shoes - I'm really enjoying these shoes, I work in a pet store (but it's VERY hot during the summer) but would be uncomfortable with regular sandals for work - these looked like the perfect alternative. They're great - I stay a little cooler - if my feel get wet they dry quick and the shoes are very comfortable. I got the Bracken color - they look basically like leather and the mustard yellow trim really looks more like a lighter leather so they match just about anything without looking odd. The only thing that would make them better is if they offered half sizes!

Super comfortable all around shoe - I got these just in time for a great vacation with lots of outdoor activities. Even though they were brand new, I had no trouble wearing them for up to 16 hours straight! I even got them wet and they dried out very fast. Super arch support and the most comfortable show I own. They aren't the most attractive shoe, but who cares when comfort is the goal.

Extremely comfortable, great fit. Easy to travel with, not as bulky as a full sneaker yet good support. Would order again.

One comfortable sandal - This is a very comfortable sandal. It is comfortable when walking over rocks and sand. It is like not wearing shoes at all.

Da Dozer - Well, I purchased da dozer in a 12 too small. Stepped up to a 13 good fit, a little wide at the toe box, but workable...Colors need to be changed...Blue is the safest one; then moon rock. Zappos service is excellent as usual...Black would be but for the yellow trim, yuk!

Dozer - Excellent shoe; good support, easy to clean, durable and works well as a river shoe.

Great for the trail or just hanging around. The Dozers are exactly what I was looking for, a rugged trail sandal that was comfortable enough to wear all day, whether dry or wet. Excellent traction for hiking and light climbing, and doesn't become too uncomfortable even when soaked. The shock pad in the heel really works! Highly recommended although the color schemes could use a little work.

My husband loves them (and he's picky) Wish these came in half sizes but fit very well right out of the box. Great color that will work well with many different things. A nice alternative to the Keen's (also a great product).

Best SNANDALS Ever!! This review is coming from an educated buyer. I ordered 6 different pairs of "sneaker sandals" (I call them sandals) in all different brands to try which ones were best. The comfort, fit and look of this shoe cannot compare with any other brand. The shoe hugs your foot, and when you step it feels like it's giving you even more support. The Keens (which have a lot of styles for this type of shoe) just didn’t compare whatsoever. Plus, the Tevas are totally sharp looking, so cool. I've gotten many compliments on them. I ordered a pair for my husband too, and he just loves them! Teva is definitely the best shoe for this purpose.

Just Great - I have never had a bad product from Teva yet and these hybrid sandal/shoe didn't disappoint me. It is like having a sneaker with A/C for the feet

Teva Dozer: Best Hybrid Sandal Yet! The Teva Dozer is the best hybrid sandal I've tried so far. Its better than the Keens in several ways: Its lighter, its cooler temp-wise (it has a front velcro strap that allows the shoe to be worn snug, yet not have the laces too tight so it allows for more ventilation), and the toe area is large enough to allow for ventilation without looking like a clown shoe like the Keens. It’s better than the Merrell Chameleon Web in that it’s much lighter, has the front strap as mentioned before, and has a fixed back strap so your foot's heel is always in the heel of the shoe rather than sliding forward. The synthetic leather uppers look great, feel great, and didn't require any break-in, no hot spots. I've had many compliments on its looks too! It’s got great shock absorption so I can walk on concrete floors all day at MLK hospital and not have tired feet. My greatest problem of "hot feet" has finally been solved!

Great shoes!!!! These are to date the best shoe that I have tried, and I have tried a lot. They are so light weight and cool feeling to your feet as well. Comfort is great.

TEVA is tops - I've worn these Dozer's for 2 weeks now and have received compliment and compliment. The shoe is true to size, very easy on the eyes and great support. I've had problems with my feet and my foot doctor endorsed the TEVA brand for my foot problems. No problem since I've always been a fan of the TEVA brand. I bought 4 pairs of TEVA'S from ZAPPOS and the Dozer is tops for comfort and style!

Shoes Worth Buying!! I have hard to fit feet and Teva Dozer's fit perfect the first time wearing them. They are very comfortable, and hug your feet with good support. So far I've bought two pairs and plan on buying at least one more!! You really need to check these out.

Best of both worlds - The Dozer is the tops for summer. It is a rugged ventilated all terrain adventure shoe. I believe it makes my sandals obsolete.

Good looking and comfortable - The Teva Dozer is both good looking, comfortable and versatile. I have not taken them "off-road" yet but they have been great on the street. Zappos service was again superior and the first place you should look for shoes.

Great sandals - These are very comfortable sandals to wear. Good grip t the ground and lots of stability. They could use more arch support. I sweat some but these keep my feet dry and well ventilated.

Teva Dozer - I bought 2 of these sandals they are the most comfortable shoe. I liked mine so much I bought for my husband and father-in-law. We are going to be walking a lot on vacation the heel is so soft I walk my dog in them and they are water proof. I would recommend to anyone that wants a soft walking sandal.

My wife was right! I don't usually wear sandals and didn't really want them, but my wife kept at me; she reminded me they could be returned with no charge so I gave in. I love them. I am a teacher and on my feet all day. They are great. I have even exercise walked in them. We will be traveling in Europe this summer and I intend to take them as my only shoes.
