the fit and size was great

I purchased these shoes after reading other positive reviews about the quality of the material despite bein man-made. I found them to be very plastic looking. Had they fit properly I may have overlooked the lack of leather-looking material. I ordered a 6 1/2 wide. I think they would have been fine width-wise for my problem feet, but they were 1/2 inch too long. I could fit two fingers into the back at the heel and I walked right out of them. Sadly they are being returned and my hunt continues.

This shoe is nice looking but if you have a high arch it fits very shallow it is a true narrow and it runs very short

For the price, I thought it was a decent shoe. Not luxurious or exceptionally well made, but functional. I found it tight for me.

Toe area very narrow.

This shoe was exactly what I wanted but the toe area is VERY narrow. Way too tight for comfort. Sadly, had to return.

Nice shoe overall, but size was longer than expected and narrower than the 8.5 EW I ordered. NO cushioning under ball of foot - that was the final deal breaker. Quality for the price appeared good, however.

I had ordered three pairs of these in a size 5.5M, 6W, and 6EW. None of them fitted. Shopping for Soft Style shoe is complicated since these are so many options in one size. Sorry Zappos for having to bring them back. I think the next closest fit size would be 5.5W and 6M but I'm not going to waste my time with these. I really need professional shoes so I'll be back.

The price was right for these and they are cute, but the heel was too wide for me. I ordered a 6.5W which is my normal size, the front of the shoe is good but the heel is too wide for me. The sole was comfortable and the low heel is nice. I ordered the "Black Peau De Soire" and was surprised to see they are some kind of fabric look rather than leather or mock leather. Not as dressy as I would have hoped and I would be concerned about how well the fabric material would hold up.

Very slippery when walking in them, but very cute and fit well. Had to return as felt like was going to slip too much.

This was not the item I ordered. Mine was the black velvet. Because of my increasing foot problems I search for comfortable, reasonably priced, at least somewhat attractive shoes with excellent arch support, which I often have to return, no matter how carefully I select them. So my returning them is not necessarily a negative about the shoes. The black velvet style is attractive, and I'd like to be able to wear them, but there is no arch support at all, which is a deal breaker for me, but may not matter to many people.

Bought this in Navy blue and I liked the style of the shoe, but I normally wear a 9.5 narrow and my foot felt painfully crammed in this shoe. I did not want to take a chance that a half size larger would do the trick and then find out that I needed to go a whole size larger. Too much running back and forth to UPS for returns, so decided just to pass and try another brand/style.

Very nice shoe. I had originally ordered them in a 7 1/2 medium. Too big. So, I ordered them in a 7 W and they arrived bigger than the first pair. They are mis-marked. I ordered a pair in red in 7 W and they are perfect. These should have been the same. I'm disappointed.

This shoe is a perfect classic but runs pretty small compared to the same size in my favorite Clarks brand.

This is the second order I made of this shoe, and it still feels too big and not quite wide enough.

For those that are using Zappos as an ACS agent. I do not recommend this shoe. It alarms at the TSA checkpoint. Because we are on our feets all day, these shoes aren't the most comfortable. On a positive side this shoe has the professional look for our new uniform. Just wish I didn't have to start looking at another pair of work shoes after 2 months.

I got the shoe in 10 N in white. Overall, it was very nice-looking and a good fit for my foot, wide enough in the forefoot and narrow enough in the backfor my thin heels. The problem was the ventilation holes in the insole as I have mild neuropathy especially in my forefoot from long ago chemo.

For the price, I like the shoes enough to keep them. I really like the low heel height. Unfortunately, the width does feel much smaller than I expected. Fine for a desk job, but not great if you have much walking to do.

This is a Hush Puppies brand. I bought the floral shoe with white background, White Caribbean Grosgrain. REALLY cute shoe with that fabric and nice low heal. But the size was ridiculous! It was a normal width shoe advertised as extra wide, EW/EE. Had to return.

its is comfortable to wear. However, it seems loose quickly. I tried for a week. it is definitely bigger than before.

These looked so cute online, but I was disappointed in person. The fit itself was decent (I have wide feet), but I had 3 problems with these shoes: 1) They are a bright, baby pink. I like that as a summer toenail polish, but not for a shoe I would wear to work in a professional office space. 2) They look really cheap/plastic-like. Very shiny, but not in a good way. 3)Just in walking up/down my hallway to try them on for less than a minute, the shoes showed a small wrinkle at the side by the end of my big toe. I'm on my feet a lot, and feared they would looked wrecked within a week. Lots of good reviews here, and I don't understand the disconnect. Maybe it the other colors they look a lot better? Or maybe a just got a dud pair of shoes. But I would caution against this pink color.
