I like the style of the shoe, but this shoe seemed smaller and narrower. My toes were crunched. Back they go.

I wear size 11W with a narrow heel, and these just slipped right off my heel with every step. I'm returning them in the hopes of finding a similar shoe where I won't have to mess with heel inserts.

I already owned these in a 7 Extra Wide, in the Black Floral Printed Velvet. They felt about 1/2 size too long, but otherwise very comfortable. So when I wanted some Navy pumps, I ordered these in a 6.5 Extra Wide, a 7 Wide, and a 7.5 Extra Wide. Both size 7s were too long, and they were ALL too tight. They were exactly the style I was looking for, so the fact that nothing fit was disappointing. As others have mentioned, there’s just no quality control on the sizing of these. And the cheap vinyl hurts. Too bad. I would love this style in a true-to-size true leather. I had to return all three pairs.

I ordered these in a wide width. They were too long compared to the same size shoes in a medium width, and they also were way too wide. They gaped, which was not attractive. Returned.

Fit was tight in the toe box even though I ordered Wide.

Sad to say the Soft Style Angel II shoes were at least a full size too short. I wear 10AA and have ordered every Soft Style offered and loved them all.....but this one was off-kilter in size for me. Sent them back, but will reorder next size visualizing a perfect fit.

I tried these in three decreasing sizes and widths until the next size down was out of stock. The "Putty" color is a great neutral and I like the low heel. I think the wide width is an extra-wide; an 11 is a 12 or 12.5. Sorry to return these -- hope they will be back in stock soon.

I'm 6.5 and ordered 6.5, and the shoe was labeled 6.5. It was a good inch too long. Very charming, perfect for Easter, so I was going to exchange them for a smaller size, but I didn't want to have to guess and ship.

Didn’t like these - toe a little too round and style too plain.

Beautiful shoe but was too narrow for my size 7 EE.

I ordered these as they were on sale and they looked cute, but when I put them on I didn't like how high they came on the sides, and the toe bed seemed kind of long. I don't know, they just didn't flatter my feet. I usually wear an 8.5 WW, which is what I ordered, and these felt a little too narrow and long - my heel kept slipping out.

Surprisingly it was too large. Disappointing!

Runs narrow near the ball of the foot - too tight with my bunions, unfortunately.

Slightly wider and longer than expected. Heel slipped out when trying on. Returned.

I have a very narrow foot and when I can find a AA shoe, especially in a dress shoe, I jump on it. This was an amazing price and I guess I know why - I always wear either an 8.5 or a 9 AA. I ordered a 9 here and the shoe was so narrow and short I could barely squeeze my foot in it. Every other pump I ordered in a 9 fit or was too large. There is definitely something wrong here, hence the clearance price. But if you are a size 8 AAA, this might work for you. The color is like a grey-green color.

Even though I ordered the widest width available, they for like a regular-width shoe, causing the ball of my foot to be very uncomfortably scrunched. Sides of shoe upper bend out and away from foot when worn. Disappointed.

Ordered the wrong size

I needed these for work, so if I wasn't desperate to find some shoes last minute, I probably wouldn't keep these. I ordered a Wide, and they aren't that wide in the toes. There's minimal to no arch support. And the real issue is they are equivalent to walking on ice! I had to go buy grips for the soles because you basically can't take a step without slipping if you are on any surface other than concrete! These shoes aren't really worth their price. I would pay $20 for them since they remind me of payless shoes (as far as comfort goes).

Toe box was crammed...felt like 1/2 size too small. Like the design and heel height though..and liked the colors available. Too bad I had to send it back. I have super narrow feet. Wear a 7 AA (narrow)...(usually).

Love the shoes but they don't fit my very wide bunions. Too bad!

The shoes are very classy however, if you have a wide foot as I do and a narrow heel they will not work for you. This is a common problem for people with wide foot - the makers assume all people will have a wide heel too. Not true.
