Show looks great and felt OK. Just kept slipping in the heel so unable to wear.

Nice looking. Just not wide enough.

I have narrow feet and usually narrow shoes fit me well but these were WAY too narrow for even my foot. I can’t imagine this fitting anyone’s foot. Yes I purchased a narrow. Cute shoes but had to return.

Beautiful color but they are not made of leather so that means the shoe will never stretch to fit like a glove. The toe box was much more narrower than most shoes I've ever tried and my toes felt like they were in a vice. I generally wear an 8 Medium, but in this case I traded up a half size and put leather heel grips to keep them from slipping out. Overall these shoes are okay to wear for a couple of hours at a time, but NOT for all day wear.

I feel too young to have to need a shoe like this, but after back surgery and foot surgery, plantar fasciitis and nerve damage in my foot and leg, here we are. Admittedly, I wasn't in love with the style. These remind me of "training heels," my first set of heels when I was young. I wanted a neutral, more of a nude color, and the closest I could come to that in this shoe was the bone color. In trying it on, I can 100% assure you that it's comfortable. However, it was way too large in every way. I normally wear 8.5W (C). I have what I call Fred Flintstone feet. These shoes shouldn't have been so big in my regular size. Because I didn't care for the style or color, I utilized Zappos excellent return policy and didn't bother ordering down a size. They're just not exactly what I was looking for in the way of a dressy neutral heel. I'll keep looking and trying because I deserve a nice shoe I can feel confident and pretty while wearing, and so do you!

I like these shoes a lot! However, they slip badly on my heels. My order came a little bit late and as a result I had to wear these new shoes to a meeting without having a chance to try them around the house. Sigh. Now I have to keep them even though they slip so badly (even with inserts) that I'm not sure how much I will ever get to wear them. All that being said, I still love Zappos.

Sweet style-- and who doesn't love a pair of bright red shoes? These looked cute and seemed to fit my narrow size 9 feet perfectly... when I was standing still. I was hoping to find a style without instep straps that I could actually walk around in. Sorry to say these aren't it.

Loved the look of the shoe and heel height. I had to send them back because they hit all the 'problem spots' on my "Flintstone" feet. So, if you have relatively normal feet, they should work for you. And they come in a nice range of colors, too.

I often have trouble with this type of shoe. Felt stiff and crowding my toes. Old fashioned style. Returned.

I returned them because they were too tight in the toe box and I needed for them to be super comfortable because they’re for work and I’m on my feet all day.

The shoes look really nice but they definitely run narrow. I have a very wide foot so ordered the EW EE for added width. Normally, I just get a W. I've tried 3 sizes (length) just in case, but 2 were definitely to long but felt good in the width. And the one that fit the length was way to tight!

For the price, I think these would have been a great pump, however, they run a little long. They would not stay on my heel when I walked. Needed to return.

Somehow these shoes managed to be too big and too small at the same time. The toe box is constrictive, but there's a huge gap at the back of my heel. Ah well, back they go.

This shoe was not comfortable at all. Not enough cushioning on the bottom. I wear a 9.5 or 10N, and I ordered the 10N and although it fit in length, int gaped in other areas and my heel was easily slipping out of it. Another size would not have made a difference for me. They were not comfortable enough to try a narrower one. Too bad too, because I really like the style, heel height of this shoe.

Unlike the red color I bought, these in Navy were loose. Disappointing.

I have just received these shoes, and have not had a chance to wear them for more than a few minutes, but Zappos is bothering me about submitting a review, so here goes: I need a dress shoe for an evening function, but can no longer wear traditional pumps. This shoe will fit the bill nicely, if I can tweak the fit. The toebox is not overly pointy, and the heel height is excellent. I usually wear a size 9.5 dress shoe, and size 10 athletic shoe. Size 9.5 in this shoe is too big, particularly around the heel, but size 9 is just a tidge too small. The upper of both sizes "cuts" up under the inside ankle bone, which is quite uncomfortable. There is minimal padding in the heel, zero arch support, zero padding under the ball of the foot. If I am able to find a commercial arch + ball of foot support insole which will fit into the size 9.5 pair, I will glue in a pair of heel cushions to try to keep from popping out of them at each step, and keep the shoe. If not: back they go, and I go back to trying to identify an appropriate dress shoe.

This shoe is truly beautiful, but they slipped off my feet with every step I took. Also, the toe box was too snug -- and, therefore, my feet weren't happy. On the other hand, Zappo's did an amazing job of getting the shoes to me within 2 days!! Thank you Zappo's!!

Shoe was shorter than my size and felt as if there were no padding under the big toe and minimal padding at the heel. The arch support also seemed minimal but I do have a higher arch. Finally, I was slipping around on my hardwood floors so I can't imagine what would happen on wet surfaces. The width was fine (I wear a narrow shoe and that matters). It looked very nice as well.

Nice conservative work shoe. Not as comfortable as I would like. They feel narrow through the toe box and since they are synthetic there is little chance of stretching. But for the price a reasonable purchase for work.

I tried the 7.5 first which is what I normally wear - it felt at least a 1/2 size too big. So i ordered the 7 which felt 1/2 size too small....so one of them wasn't correct. The 7 was marked as a 7 inside the shoe. I didn't think to check the 7.5. The heel wasn't narrow enough for my narrow foot on the 7.5 also.
