Too wide, especially in the heel.

The heel was too wide so it slipped up & down on my foot. In general, it's hard to pinpoint the problem with these shoes. They needed a strap over my arch in order to stay on my foot but had I ordered a smaller size or regular width size, they would have been too short or too narrow.

The shoe arrived a size larger than originally ordered.

one foot slopped up and down and the other was much too tight across the toes. Very pretty shoes but no arch support or comfort. I returned them.

I fully expected to love these even though they aren't leather. I love the shape of the heel, and I thought they would be a great basic pump for the few occasions that I need them, but I am surprised by how narrow the shoe opening looks on my foot. It just looks really unattractive. I'm planning to return them because my heels slip out with every step; just not sure if I want to re-order in a half size smaller. I'm zilching on finding basic pumps with a normal heel.

Too tight in toe area. They are cute, but not for me. Heel area was perfect fit.

I ordered these shoes in my regular size, 8 1/2 AA and they were too tight in the toes. I have several other Easy Spirit shoes in 8 1/2 AA and they are all prefect. But I returned them and ordered a 9 AA. Those are too big. The length is doable but they are much too wide and loose. At that point I gave up and probably will never wear them.

Very pretty shoes but run narrow. Had to return even the wide.

Shoes were a half-size too big and fell off my feet. A medium width felt more like a wide. Not much style to them. Look like granny shoes.

The width around the heel end of the shoe is uncomfortably tight and pinching. But, width at the toes is fine. The upper material is a nice color but not very good quality as it tends to buckle when bent during walking. Toe box needs more padding for comfort.

This shoe ran short and narrow at the toe.

the shoes fit except the toe width is too narrow, I ordered the medium width in bone and since it's faux leather don't expect shoes to stretch out but wide width would be too wide as my heel is loose.

The fit is true to size. At first it was very narrow in the toes and it scraped my heels pretty well. After the first wear (12 hours on my feet), it seemed to stretch out but the left heel is still scraping my heel and that is after I placed inserts. Overall, after breaking them in, they are good but not a lot of cushion.

The fit was fine. However, there were use and wear marks along the inside toe edge of the left shoe.

This shoe really was a quality looking shoe for the price. I was so hoping they would be comfy. Unfortunately they both cramped my wide toes and slipped off my heels at the same time. They didn’t feel stable to walk in at all.

These would be good shoes if the edge didn't cut right across my bunions. I returned them.

Too small and fell off heels while walking. Toe area too tight.

The material was comfortable but the size was off when you wear stocking for a dress the shoes slid off heels.

The heel was too loose

This shoe runs small. I ordered my regular size of 9.5W and the shoe was very tight. I don’t think that going up half a size would make the shoe more comfortable either. The style is too mature for my taste and doesn’t fit with my wardrobe.

Nice shoe but felt one or two sizes to small.
