I can't say enough about how much I love the timeless classic pumps ! They are perfect in every way! I have 3 colors black, bone and red and the red is a fun fabulous shade! Unfortunately soft style is discontinuing my size 13w. I'm very upset about this because I would be wearing the Angel II for rest of my life. That's how much I adore the pumps!

I am a choral singer and these are the perfect concert shoes. Good cushioning, tiny heel gives a little lift so you're not flat on your feet. A great choice for those of us who need to stand in one place for more than an hour.

These shoes are so comfortable for work that I bought as many colors as possible in my size. Please do not discontinue this line, as it is terrific as far as I can judge at this point; I am still breaking them in!

Absolutely perfect! Not only did the shoes fit great and were so much better than I anticipated, but what really topped the cake was the fastest delivery I have ever seen! I ordered these shoes 10:00PM at night and they were delivered 5PM the next day! I didn't even ask for next day delivery. Zappos is the best place I have found when it comes to service. These people know how to please you and keep you very satisfied, which in my book deserves a write-up like this. I will always shop at Zappos. I am a convinced consumer! Zappos is number one!

These shoes are true to size and very comfortable. I haven't had on a pair of heels in four years and could wear these right out of the box without pain.

Love the shoe. I actually wear a size 13.5, which isn\'t available. Size 14 comes off, so I ordered the 13, and with a good shoe stretcher I\'ve been able to make this my favorite pair of shoes. Comfortable, attractive and professional looking.

I purchased these shoes for my mother, who has a triple A heel and has always had a difficult time finding a shoe that fits. She loves these shoes! She feels they fit true to size; the triple A is perfect for her heels, the heel height is perfect and they are very comfortable (and have been from the first time she wore them). Great item!

Angel II - the perfect shoe - I love these shoes. They are the only ones I can wear for all day comfort. I am on my feet all day and the soft inner lining does the trick. Be careful though. These shoes tend to run wide so I have to get the next narrow size for true fit.
