I ordered these for my mother who was looking for another shoe that had been discontinued and she absolutely loves them! Ordered the black and the bone! She wanted something not too high and very comfy and they are both! I got the standard FREE shipping and they were here in two days after I ordered! I LOVE ZAPPOS!

Finally found a flat white shoe. Mom is 90, and she looked ad finitum trying to find a shoe that was not made for yippies and the ME generation. When she asked the store personnel for sub shoe they simply stated not available. The people in the know have forgotten the Greatest Generation. They do not want high heels that keep Orthopedic surgeons busy. Thank you Zappos for not forgetting them. Shoes are great!

I love these shoes. After a lot of trial and error to get the right shoe for me. I had to go up to the next width. I usually wear 11W, but the heal was too tight. That could be just me, since I have a spur on a bone on the side of my foot. I have 5 different colors of this shoe now. I would have another black pair, but they are not available yet. Heels are not very good for me because I am a big girl. These make it bearable. Almost as good as flats. Not fault to the shoe, just me, plus I don't have an arch, and that makes a difference too.

They're perfect. I love the style and the overall look. I wear them for work where it's walking and standing for 7 hours and they've helped my feet be comfortable the whole time. My feet are regular. I'm not flat footed, no bunions or anything. Regular. But their normal size (width wise) is too tight. Had to get the wide. But besides that, I'm happy.

Nice shoe of man-made materials, which I prefer. Would benefit from a squared toe foe a bit more style. This shoe comes in narrow widths! I wear 11N which is hard to find.

I have extremely narrow feet, and it is always very difficult for me to find heels of any kind that are narrow enough. These shoes (in narrow) were great. They work well as professional shoes.

I really like this shoe. The quality is good, flexible and true to the size. I will order it again in the future and Zappos is great because not only is the quality of the shoe great, it's free shipping and free returns.

I wear 11 and these felt a bit tight in toes, so ordered 11.5, but those had a space behind my heel. Returned 2 pair of 11.5 (Hush Puppies)due to tiny white flecks of paint or missed black on shoes, so unacceptable. Tried the 11 (hadn't mailed back yet) and when flexed back sides wide they fit correctly, so kept these. Attractive, well made and pretty comfortable but could use a little more cushion. Customer service at Zappo was ultra helpful and I will do all future shoe shopping with Zappo.

Very comfortable shoe. I could tell from the moment I put it on. I have a bunion and require a wide, and this shoe accommodated it. Looks cute and stylish with dresses or pants, even skinny pants.

Exactly what it says, which is somewhat rare these days. I wear an E width and found these to be very comfortable. They are quality made.

I bought 3 pairs, black, brown & diamond blue, which was a lot lighter blue than I thought, but will also match comfortably with my grey pants suit. The shoes are comfortable and great looking. It is strange because they are all the same style, but each pair fit just a tiny bit differently from the other; it doesn't make a difference in the comfort though. I placed my order on Tuesday after 1:00 pm and received it Wednesday by 10:00 am. I was so excited when I went to sleep Tuesday night knowing I would receive it the next day, but I was delighted that it came much earlier than I expected. This is the first time I ever used Zappos, and it will not be the last.

I find it very hard to find cute shoes in my wide width that are comfortable. I have purchased 3 pairs of this style. Love them! I'm also very hard on shoes, but these don't show any wear!

I love the look of these shoes and receive many compliments when wearing them. It took two orders in different sizes to determine which was best. Zappos quick service and easy returns are really appreciated.

From now on Zappos are the only shoes I will wear. The customer service reps are very nice & professional. I've had no problems returning shoes when I was attempting to find my correct size.

This Hush Puppy shoe is both stylish and comfortable. The color is slightly darker than Bone. It fits true to size. This shoe holds up well and will last for a long time.

Feel true to size. I ordered Red, my new accessory for the season. I really like wearing them, comfy right off the bat. Danced at the wedding for hours in my new red shoes.

They actually look nicer in person! Unfortunately, either they run a tad small or my feet have grown a half size, cuz they're just too tight. Shame.

Very comfortable shoe but my heel kept slipping out. This was noted in one of the reviews so I hoped it wouldn't affect me but unfortunately I had to use two pairs of heel strips. Although I couldn't find another shoe that I liked, it was a small price to pay to keep them on while having a great looking and comfortable shoe.
