I always wear a 10 Narrow, and Zappos is where I buy my shoes. These are actually too narrow, a first for me. But, Zappos is where I will always shop for my hard to find size.

Fit nicely and had good arch support. Received them in a timely manner. I would purchase again.

I loved the shoe, but it was a little small in the toe area. I'm afraid if I wore them very long it would create a blister on my toes.

These shoes are so comfortable. I was surprised that shoes this comfortable aren't hideous but they actually look pretty good.

Great quality in this shoe. Comfortable fit; doesn't squeeze the toes or rub at the heel. Perfect for dancing! Danced in my new shoes for 3 to 4 hours...did not hurt or tire my feet! I feel these shoes would be great for sales persons or people who are on their feet all day.

The Soft Sytle Angel II is an awesome pump. It fits perfectly and is extremely comfortable. The low heel allows for many uses including work attire and casual dress. The shoe material cleans up very easily with saddle soap or any other off the shelf shoe cleaner.

Very good-looking shoe, classic style. Heel height is more elegant and comfortable than flats while being very "walkable." The color is very versatile and goes with a lot of my clothes. The shoes in this line are all a bit hard in the top material, but I added a heel cushion inside the back, which helps with chafing in back. The sizing of the line is all over the place - I ended up with a 7W in the putty but a 7.5 W in the brown croco and normally wear a 7 or 7.5 regular. I recommend ordering different sizes and widths to try it out.

Over a year ago, I went to a major department store to look for and replace the navy shoes I'd been wearing forever and a day. They didn't carry them anymore. Someone at work always shops at Zappos so I thought I'd give it a try. To my delight I found the navy shoes and ordered them -- in my size. They felt snug, but I thought I just needed to break them in. They didn't come around. So I recently ordered them in a half size larger and ordered a pair of Putty as well. I love them both. They are comfortable and are an excellent shoe for work, look nice with slacks and skirts alike.

These shoes look dowdy in the picture, but they look really cool! They are really comfortable and cushioned, and I can easily walk many miles. I plan to buy other colors!

I absolutely love these shoes! These are by far the most comfortable heels I've ever owned and I'm able to be on my feet for hours during conferences and presentations without sacrificing style. They didn't need much breaking in at all and there's a nice amount of support and padding in the sole considering that they're dress shoes. They work at so many levels - dressed down, business attire, and even with a cocktail dress. I have them in red and almost every time I wear them I get compliments on the color and style.

I had to send these back twice before I got a "fit" (1 full size smaller than my usual size). I also bought this in the brown Croc. The black are more comfortable than the BC. These are comfortable and good when you want a nice looking flat shoe.

Love the color, love the fit, love the comfort. These shoes have a nicely padded insole, and are great business-wear.

I bought these for my mom, who is 78. They were just what she was looking for. She especially liked the color Putty. Not too light or too dark, very neutral. The price was great. She needed a wide and they do come in W.

Wore these shoes to the Kentucky Derby (2013) where it rained water, bourbon and discarded tickets and whatnots. Shoes held up against all of that for 10 hours. Comfortable and they still look great.

Way too small and tight for my usual shoe size. I can't get my orthotics into shoe to even try wearing the shoes.

Finally, a fashionable shoe without a huge sacrifice in comfort, and at a very reasonable price. Goodbye leather, I am going to order several colors in this style, and not have to make the choice each day between something that looks reasonably good, and something I can walk in.

I really like this style of shoe and I have purchased it in several colors. These shoes are so comfortable because of the padded insole. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who is looking for comfort, great style, and flexibility to wear on many occasions.
