It's plain black pump. It fits well and is comfortable. I have a very narrow heel. The shoe hugs nicely without irritating. A good shoe for the price.

I bought these in a wide width, and they are so comfortable I can stand in them all day. They look nice - professional and upscale. Love these shoes.

Didn't work, although they were very soft and flexible and I really wanted them to work, but my foot kept slipping out when I walked--not very elegant. Zappos Customer service is excellent, especially the Live Chat.

I like these shoes. I can wear them with several different colors. The fit it seems to be a little larger because it started slipping off my heel.

Great classic shoe that will never go out of style. Heel is the perfect height for the office, yet dressy enough for an evening out. I have high arches, so there is a bit of pressure on the top where the shoe seems to "cut into" my foot, but I always have that issue with this style of shoe. I've worn them a few times and it is already breaking in enough to be comfortable. The shoe was also a bit tight around my toes, but again, they are already breaking in. I plan to buy these in other colors because they're great quality for the price. I do love that this has the look of leather and is business professional, but it is faux leather. I always avoid wearing animal hide, so this was a very important factor for me.

These shoes are far more comfortable than I was hoping they would be. I have high insteps, wide feet, and a bunion on my left foot. I don't usually get to wear cute pumps, but I do now! I wouldn't think of walking the half hour it takes to get home in these, but they are perfect for office wear. I now have three pairs of these. I wish they'd make them in a silver or pewter color!

Exactly what I was looking for, at a terrific price! In fact, when I discarded the shoes that this new pair was replacing, I found that they were exactly the same, so it's nice to see that some basic styles remain available.
