Happy with selection - Very attractive shoe and just the right heel height for me. I purchased this in a 7.5 W.

Classic and comfortable - My Hush Puppies live up to their reputation for classy style and comfort. I wear business attire daily and these shoes make walking effortless. They are also durable and have maintained their luster despite much heavy use.

Nice dress shoes - I wanted another style but couldn't find my size. Now I am glad because these are perfect. The soles were slick so I put tape on the bottom. They are what I wanted and look dressy yet aren't too high to be uncomfortable.

Zappos ---- My Guardian Angel - I was in a "mission" to find stylish, wide shoes for my mother-in-law to wear to my daughter’s wedding. At 87 years old she had specified that she needed a low heel and wanted patent leather! This was not an easy task until I went to Zappos! I found Hush Puppies Angel II which met all the specifications. I was able to order it in two different sizes to assure proper fit. The shoes came the next day and one pair fit perfectly. The return process was simple and Grandma was ecstatic! Thank you Zappos.

Hush Puppies Angel II - I love my Hush Puppies. I had the same pair for 11 years. I just hope these wear as well. I was really amazed when I received them the next day. This is not the first time I have ordered and I am really pleased with each order.

The perfect shoe for office and evening. I think the Hush Puppies's Angel II shoe in black patent leather is the perfect shoe for office and evening wear. I have large feet and want a simple shoe that looks good, but doesn't overly attract attention to my feet. Also important is the fact that this shoe is comfortable to wear all day. The black patent leather is difficult to find, so I was thrilled when Zappos emailed me to tell me they had my size in-stock when it became available. I also own this shoe currently in white, navy, and flat black.

Review of Hush Puppies Angel II - I like the style and fit of the shoes, but would have preferred a brown or tan color. Since I have had trouble finding my size in the style of shoes that I like, I ordered them with the idea of having them professionally dyed.

Hush Puppies Angel IIs - Bought them for residency interviews, wore them right away (no breaking in needed), and had no problems. Comfortable, professional look. Only minor issue is as they break in/loosen, they can be hard to keep on going up stairs due to the short toe portion… although that may also be the sizing I picked. Definitely would recommend them and can well understand other reviewers who say they've bought many pairs in different colors - it's a perfect work shoe.

Narrow Shoes!!! I wear an AAA narrow shoe, which is very hard to find these days, especially at a reasonable price. I'm also tall & need a low heel. I am delighted to have found everything I need in this shoe, including a good fit!

Please, bring back the other colors. I have these in Navy, Black, Brown, Burgundy and Putty (and a combination Navy textured that I bought at a store). I have worn out the Navy and even had the heels replaced on the Black. The dog chewed the Burgundy and I still wear them. I want--need-- more colors! Please bring them back for those of us that will ONLY wear this shoe (don't forget the Red). I work 12-16 hour days and they take me all the way through- even in the heat of summer.

Nice shoe - Bought this shoe for my 12-yr old daughter in sz 11-AA. Should have bought 10-1/2 AA. She loves them, but unfortunately they're too big. Dr. informs us that her foot may still grow, so we'll hold on to them for a couple of months to see if she'll grow in to them. Has a lot of feet problems so high heels are out of the question. This is as high as I'll let her wear. Hasn't had a dress shoe in years because there are not many out there in narrow. Like the shoe, but disappointed it doesn't fit (yet).

A great shoe - I wish I had a pair in every color! A great shoe for casual or dressy occasions. Very, very comfortable after standing several hours. I needed something low heel to go with a pantsuit because I am almost 6 feet tall and these gave the appearance of a nice heel without adding the height that I don't need!

Moderate dress shoe - I was so pleased with this shoe. I had been wearing a black pair of these to church for the last 5 to 6 years. They are so comfortable and look so nice with dresses and slacks. Thanks for your wonderful service and easy shopping!

Classic, but not a "plain jane" - This shoe won't get any wows! It's very plain and simple. If, however, you want a shoe that contributes to a look without attracting a lot of attention to itself, consider this one. It's a classic style, which means it doesn't go out of fashion quickly. The lines of the shoe are flattering - the toe is round without shortening the leg line and elongated without being pointy - and the low heel is very easy to wear. I find that this shoe goes with jeans, dress pants, skirts, and dresses, so it's very versatile. I'm finding that mine need some breaking in before I can wear them all day long, but once that's done, I'll have a pair I'll be able to enjoy for the next three years. If you think this style is just too plain-jane for you, give it a try and see how good a supporting cast member it is to your everyday five-star outfits. Mine are basic black; I hope there will be a cranberry-red pair offered some time.

Just what I was looking for - I have a had time buying shoes and these are the only comfortable shoes that I have been able to find. I highly recommend them!!

I love these shoes! They are very comfortable, have a nice arch support and the tailored look goes with everything - pants or dressy. I should have gotten two pairs!

Classic Comfort and Elegance - Got these pumps in black, they’re very comfortable, flattering appearance (not clunky or super pointy, like sooo many shoes today) and well worth the moderate price. Woulda' gotten them in bone (they were out) or light taupe (the regular taupe is, I agree, "a funky color") and white, but guess they're sold out of lighter colors. A problem for those of us who live in warmer climates where summer colors are always appropriate. Also, yes - the sole is very slick - but not anything a walk around the block won't cure, or a pair of stick on, sandpaper type grippers. I wish more classic styles were manufactured like these - Hush Puppies must have closed the market for women who are tired of walking around in shoes that make their legs look like tree stumps.

Comfortable cute work shoe - I am totally satisfied by these shoes, they met all my requirements; reasonably priced, attractive, some heel, and comfort. I live and work in NYC and walk 10 blocks or more several times a day and these are really comfy, the only time they rubbed a little is when I didn't have any nylons on and walked a ridiculous distance. Also I was worried whether I would find these cute, since a lot of shoes good for the office look matronly to me as a 22 year old, but they are really cute I would even consider wearing them out!

Nice dress shoe - I bought this in black and putty. I kept the black as it is a good looking shoe while being comfortable. The wide width was good for my very wide feet. I sent the putty back as it was a funky color and did not "go" with anything.

This is a good shoe. I have very wide feet across the ball of my foot, and it feels a little tight (I have only worn them once). Overall, though they are great shoes and I think once I get used to wearing dress shoes again they will be perfect.

Unbelievable Comfort - Having the shoes arrive the next day was a shocker in itself...but to have them fit and feel like I had already owned them for a whole year was awesome. Megathanks for your service and quality.

A perfect fit!! My hard to fit narrow feet have found a comfortable home through the excellent service Zappos provided to get my Hush Puppies Angel II to my doorstep. Zappos solved my dilemma in finding shoes nowhere available for a size 7N, career dress shoe. I am grateful to a colleague who introduced me to Zappos - hopefully I can be of help to need not look anywhere else to seek and find.

Comfortable and perfect for working in a skirt - I am in the military and the patent leather look is wonderful! This shoe is very comfortable. I don't wear skirts all the time, but when I do, I really appreciate these shoes. I only wish I could find a dress shoe that I could put my orthotics in. Not likely, though.

Too Wide - I am returning this shoe as it was too wide for me and it is a little stiff. Not sure if it will loosen up if I get a narrower size.
