The wide size was very narrow—I couldn’t even put it on. It was so improbably small I checked the inside of the shoe to make sure it was the size I ordered. Also, I miss when Zappos was Zappos and not Amazon. I ordered a few pairs to try and instead of showing up in one box within a day or two like they used to, they trickled in in several Amazon packages over more than a week. Some pairs, such as these, were obvious returns in substitute boxes with a huge wasteful stack of tissue paper but no effort to pack them properly. Disappointing.

Painful fit - my usual size but didn't fit

The look of the shoe is very lovely, however the sizing is completely off. The shoe was at least a size larger if not a size and a half. I originally bought these from Blair on line shopping and had to return them which was quite costly. The next size that came was still too big but instead of the costly return charges I gave them away. I ultimately chose Zappos for their wonderful service, and ordered the shoe once again.

I ordered a 7WW and the width was okay. However the back heel seemed too low and the shoes kept sliding off my feet. I ended up returning them.

The inside of the backs of the shoes is made of a rough, cardboard-like material. After repeated attempts to break these shoes in they still give me blisters the size of nickels. Although they look nice, these were not the comfortable, prctical low-heels I was hoping for.

Really disappointed in these. I ordered an 8EW (my normal size 8W was not available) -- they were definitely roomier and comfortable enough. But my main complaint is that they look very different than the photo -- much blockier toe, a wedge heel (not open as shown), and with a stretch fabric rim around the top edge. Not nearly as feminine as I was looking for.

These were supposed to be double wide and were so tight they felt like regular width. I could not even get my foot all the way into the shoe.

Despite the name, these are NOT soft. Nor are they comfortable, flexible or supportive for a high arch ed foot with metatarsal pain. They do run narrow, which I also need.

I don't know on what planet these shoes would be considered Wide or Extra Wide, but it is NOT on planet Earth. If you have wide feet, don't bother.

I was really disappointed by these shoes - there is absolutely no tread on the soles! There's a little bit on the heel, but the rest of the sole is 100% smooth, and I found myself slipping and sliding around trying to walk in these. Otherwise, the shoe was very comfortable for my wide feet; however it was maybe half a size too long (I'm a 9W, but it fit a little like a 9.5W in terms of length) as my heel was constantly slipping out. The height of the heel is perfect for me and I like the moderate arch support, but I can't wear these shoes out without the fear of slipping and falling.

Bought these in putty. They were comfortable enough, but they are terrible quality. One basic day in the office made them look like I'd taken them hiking - the color had chipped all over. I was super disappointed in these and didn't wear them again.

This shoe is awful. First, the bottom is slick (slippery) so don't put them on if you're standing on carpet. You will have to rough them up. Second, the shoes pinch. I wear a WW but the shoes feel tight. Third, they're noisy. Something is clicking inside the heel. I've never had so much trouble with shoes from Zappos before so I'm very disappointed. Since I had to rough them up to try them on I could not return them. Don't buy these SKU: #7219129!

I purchased this shoe after seeing the positive reviews. I did order 9W brown color and 9WW size black color. When I tried it on 9W they were comfortable, because I was skeptical because I have wide feet and 9 WW were loose. I returned the 9WW size. When I wore 9W to mall within one hour of wearing the house I had blisters on my toe fingers and I could not walk any longer. I have to take the shoes out. I have not worn the shoes since then. I have not returned them to Zappos because I have worn them once. I think they should have more width in the toe area. On the whole I am disappointed with the shoes. It's a waste of money.

These shoes are beautiful but very uncomfortable. They kept slipping on my heel.

'Very uncomfortable - Shoes are my down fall. I have had a closet full of high heel once. 'Had an accident lately and have had to go to low heel shoes, no flats. Since wearing dress shoes all my life, I like to stick with that style. No sandals, no straps, no toes or heels out, just a plan low cut pump. I thought when I order this low heel pump HUSH PUPPIES, I had found what I would be looking for. Never have worn this Brand. Most of the time I've bought Lifestyle or Naturalizer. They've always been very comfortable and the price is right. The Hush Puppy I just received, one pair of white, one pair of black ones, are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever put on my foot. I have to return them.

Great shoes! Comfortable and stylish

The shoes were great but, they were too small. So in the future I will order a half size large if available. Beautiful shoes.

I ordered two pairs of the exact same shoe in a 7 and a 7.5. The red 7 was longer than the bone and much more comfortable in the heel cup than the 7.5. I even measured the two shoes. The 7.5 bone was shorter than the red 7 The red 7 fit perfectly.

I love these shoes, they very good looking and well-made. Heel back was too low for my foot so kept slipping.

This is a shoe whose value for quality-price is phenomenal. I feel satisfied with the purchase.
