I have loved and worn this style for years. They are comfortable and provide ample support. With normal usage they last for years. I needed to purchase a new color and I was delighted with the bone colour to match an outfit. However, since I have always worn the same size and width, I was dismayed to discover the black pair I ordered was like wearing flip flops and came right off my feet. The customer service representative I spoke with explained that the sizing can vary by color. If you chose black, I would recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller.

Shoes were awesome! Wore them for the first time to an outdoor wedding in the rain and they were comfortable, kept my feet warm and somewhat dry considering the circumstances. Best of all was the fit: just wide enough and very comfortable for dancing in (okay, not as great as my sneakers, but pretty darn close!)!

I have been looking for a pair of red shoes that were a little dressy and most important comfortable. I have a few foot issues and after trying many other brands on and having to return them, I find the Soft Style Angel II the amazing fit for me. For the price, the style and material cannot be beat. Thank you Zappos for introducing me to this brand.

These are soooo comfortable. I wear a 7.5 Extra wide. After having surgery on both feet I now need low heels with room for an arch insert.
I can see myself ordering another pair in another color very soon. Thrilled!

I wear 8.5 N and ordered my regular size. They fit perfectly, just a little stiff. I found that I already had a pair of this same shoe in taupe that I’ve had for years and have worn them until the heel tap came off. Need to go to the shoe repair which I’ve been putting off so haven’t worn them lately. I am please with the way these shoes have held up and look forward to the same thing with the navy. 4 stars on comfort because of the stiffness, and 4 stars on style because the are sort of old ladyish but then I’m 68 so . . .
