I was concerned about the shoe at first; it is not as flexible as it seemed in the video. I wore it around the house and while it's not overpowering with it's comfort, but it is super classy. I would recommend for wearing it half-day at work, then slip into something more comfortable. But I'm almost 55 and well beyond the grin and bear it stage.

I wore them around the house and while they are not "Wow these are comfortable" kind of shoes, they are super classy. They are recommended for wearing them for half a day at work, then slip into something more comfortable. But I am almost 55 and well beyond the "grin and bear it" stage of my life!

Wore to wedding fit well, should not have ordered a wide. I will still wear and enjoy the comfort.

I needed plain black pumps for work and these work perfectly. I always wear a 9W. But these were too long and a bit too tight so I ordered an 8½WW. Those were perfect!

I'm very happy with these shoes. For my work, I'm constantly on my feet. These can carry me through the day. My only warning is the toe area is small. I did order a half size up.

It's nearly impossible to go to a department store and find a decent looking dress pump that doesn't have stiletto heels. Other low heeled shoes that I've looked at are just plain ugly. This one is really nice and it totally fits the bill. I love it!

I am happy with the shoe however I do find that the width size is not a true size. Most of the shoes are wider than the width specified.

Very comfortable shoe but they run large. I normally wear an 8.5 but they gapped all around and flapped off my heel when I took a step. I plan to return them and try an 8 W to see if that will work.

It's very hard to find work appropriate shoes that don't cause me a lot of pain, and I had high hopes for these shoes, especially given all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, the toe box was too small for me and overall seemed small. Maybe I just have big toes. I'm not sure.

This is a lovely shoe style - simple and versatile. However with the very first step, my heel slipped out of the shoe. I had to really concentrate to keep the show from slipping. Also, the angle of the toe is a little too pointed for my feet. To be fair, when I buy tennis shoes, I have to get brands where the heel is more narrow, so it is me and not the shoe.

Forget about the products! Buying from Zappos will lead to your information being stolen and then all sorts of phishers and identity thieves will target you. Sure, they'll protect you after your card has been raped. You've been warned...

These shoes are super and bought 4 pair. My only complaint is after wearing this one particular pair since the holidays, the sole is starting to breakdown...quite disappointing. The price is low but perhaps it shows in the construction. You get what you pay for.

Not a comfortable shoe for me. Pretty, but tight fitting, and the sole is very slick, which is not good in an area like mine where we have icy conditions into the spring.

This is a cute shoe, but the bottom of these shoes are very slick. They also run a little narrow.

Finally breaking in after a few weeks with a shoe stretcher and thick socks. I still can't wait to kick them off. They are loose in the heel.

These are very nice shoes. Well made. Other reviewers mentioned that their heels slide and I did find this to be true. I think that the next time that I wear them I will try a bit of moleskin on the back of the shoe. Otherwise, I have no complaints about these shoes. I ordered the shoes in navy and they are a true, deep navy blue.

I actually have 4 different pairs of this shoe in various colors. They are super comfortable and are great for days when I know I'll be on my feet or running around all day. They go fine with my court suits, and while not as dressy as a classic pump, they are still stylish and professional. I am a little disappointed that the first pair I bought are pretty worn after only a year, but I suppose they've been worn at least weekly during that year, so at the price, still a good deal. I'll probably buy a few more pairs in other colors in the next year.

Lovely shoe - but at EW, it was not as wide as other Wides. The 6.5 was very long - enough so that I would have needed a 6 and I usually take a 6.5WW or 7W, so 6 is really small for my feet. Had it fit it would have been a really comfortable shoe.

These shoes are just what I need for dressy occasions when my Danskos will not do! My feet absolutely suffer in high heels - more than 1" is high to me. However these are very comfortable for me despite being a bit higher than that. I would say the only drawback is that the back of the shoe is shaped in such a way that my heel came flying out of it walking at any pace, and I do not have narrow heels at all. I tried the gel heel guards, ones that stick to the inside contour of the heel, but they were very slippery with stockings and did not work. However, the heel guards that are more fabricy worked fine and keep the shoes on my feet. I think these shoes will last a long time, considering how infrequently I will wear them. But they are classic patent leather and will never go out of style. As always, Zappos delivery was fast and flawless.

As I have narrow feet, shoe shopping has always been a chore for me. Not many retail stores carry narrow sizes. The particular shoe I ordered was one that I had purchased years ago and had completely worn out. I was glad you had them in stock, after searching for them locally. This was the first time ordering anything on line and I was a bit nervous about the procedure. Everything about the experience was fine. I especially like the free shipping policy. I intend to use Zappos in the future.
