I've had these socks for almost four years, and they have held up remarkably well! I decided to buy the 3-pack for my fiance, in "sage". Normally most men aren't wildly excited about socks for Christmas, but my man LOVES these socks. They keep his size 11 feet (I bought the size large; they fit well) warm and dry. Such nice cushion on these socks without being too bulky, too!

Excellent socks. Both my husband and I wear only Smartwool in the colder weather and also for any kind of hiking/walking. They keep feet warm without sweating since the wool is a good insulator and wicks away moisture. I would recommend these to anyone.

These socks are amazing. They keep your feet incredibly warm but don't retain a bit of moisture. They are super soft and not at all itchy. I shy away from wool sweaters but these socks are my go-to socks for winter!

I've been wearing Smartwool Hiking Crew socks for years and love them--they are my go-to winter socks, and here in Alaska I am out in 30-50 below weather. They hold up better than any other brand of wool socks I have ever used in the past 30 years living here. I wash them in the washing machine, but hang dry them as I don't want any shrinkage/tightness because I sometimes use liner socks underneath when it is extremely cold out. I highly recommend these--and other Smartwool socks--they make some cute patterns and have lots of colors.

I loved the medium weight pack! I bought a pair of hiking boots two days before a 10 mile hike (not smart!) and the Smartwools saved my feet from potential blisters. They also kept my feet feeling relatively dry during the downpour I encountered in the second half of my hike. Though there is a price tag on this pack, it was well worth it!
