These are great and so comfortable. I am truly a size 9, so I ordered the 39 and 40, and kept the 40. I probably need a 39.5, but the 40 will work. They are a little loose in the width (I have very narrow feet), but because of the narrow opening, they stay on my feet enough! I don't think they will stretch in the length so that is why I kept the 40s.

The best shoes on the face of the earth! I purchased these shoes years ago and did not take care of them. I just received a brand new pair for my part time job and these are the best. Their extremely versatile and comfortable beyond belief. I have the Cabrio leather and plan to get the patent very soon. I have true wide feet therefore I had to get the wide width. There was no compromise with that. I don't work in a hospital but I am on my feet at any given moment and these shoes really come in handy.

These shoes are the best for nurses. They are so cute and stylish but not to mention they are so comfortable for us. We usually are on our feet 12 hrs and this shoe does the job. I have three pairs and I love them. Even my patients comment on how cute my shoes are. I have a black pair and the tiger eye one and now these ones.

These shoes are great! They do feel different from other shoes that I own since they are a clog and do not hug the heal, however they are comfortable to wear for long days on my feet.

They are beautiful, sturdy and comfortable. I am very happy with the shoe and Zappos.

Awesome shoes! This is my 3rd pair of Danskos. I also have brown ones, and dark charcoal grey prism Danskos. Now I have a pair to wear with just about anything. The black patent ones look really dressy. Love them! I do think my brown leather ones are cut a little bit bigger than my two patent leather pair.

I am a huge fan of Dansko clogs and find them very comfortable but I will say that the patent leather ones are a little more stiff than the wool ones. I bought these for a trip to Europe and wish I had had longer to break them in. I wear a 6.5 and ordered a 36. Sizing is the same as the wool clogs, its just the material that gives a different feel.

If ever there were a shoe that was designed to be worn 24\/7, this is it.

I have had these shoes for 4 years, and they are my "go to" shoes when all others fail. I am an RN, and work 12+ hour shifts. I have bought running shoes, and other "hot hospital shoes", but in the end, these are the ones that don't make my plantar fasciitis flare up. They are not cushioned, so if you prefer a cushy shoe, don't order these. I have bony feet and they work for me. I just ordered more. I wear a 10 in Born and Salomon shoes and these fit perfectly. I hope that info helps you decide on a size.

These shoes are awesome. No breaking in period was required. Excellent arch support. I usually take a size 6 and a size 37 in all other Dansko styles except the Professional. I took a size 36. The fit was perfect even with thicker socks. Zappos service can't be beat. I ordered on Saturday and received them on Monday afternoon. I highly recommend these shoes and Zappos.

None better for standing comfort, arch support, stability, and durability. Classic good looks.

I have always wanted a pair and I finally got them. I always wore tennis shoes but my heels would burn by the end of the day. I was skeptical about people saying they feel great, but honestly they are amazing. No more burning after a 12 hour shift on my feet. I\'m still tired, but expected. At least my feet feel good.

I love these shoes. I am on my feet 10 hours a day and have bad knees. I have noticed when I wear Dansko Professional shoes my knees are not sore. I have just ordered two more pairs which will make 5 pairs of various colors.

Dansko shoes are the best. They are unbelievably comfortable. I absolutely forget I have shoes on. I had plantar fasciitis in the past and this was one of 2 brands that I could wear - I will never switch. And Zappos is the greatest - always good quality and the best service ever! No matter what I am looking for I check out Zappos first to see if they have it. Thank you Zappos.

I love the black tooled closed back clogs and have received many compliments on them. I wear them to work on casual Friday's and all weekend long. They are definitely my "go to" shoe right now. I've also purchased the patent leather leopard print style which looks great with jeans. The only issue I had with the clogs is that the sizing is so inconsistent from one pair to the next. I generally wear a 6 in sandals and a 6.5 in shoes. I've found that the 36 in the clogs works best. It takes several tries before you find the right fit. But once you do, the shoes feel great all day long. I dread wearing heels after I've worn the clogs for a few days.

I purchased these shoes for my mom who has very bad knees. So far they have helped her walk better and re-adjust her back. Very pleased with the service from Zappos. Best customer service I have had. We had to go through 2 pairs till we got the right size for her. And the return service was exceptional.

These shoes are great. I have other styles of Danskos, but I think these are the best. They took about a day or two to really be awesome, but they were comfy right out of the box. I stood up for three hours straight chaperoning a high school dance the other night, and my feet didn't hurt one bit. I highly recommend these shoes!

Seemed to run very small. I do have wide feet, but these were extremely tight. I would need the 40 to make these work for me. I normally wear a size 8 or 8 1\/2. They hurt my feet too.

I wear nothing by Dansko clogs for work, or virtually any other occasion. They never fail in looks, but more importantly in comfort and foot support. They far exceed any other clog on the market.

I was happy to find that I was able to slip 'em right on and wear them several days in a row, right out of the box. I've had issues with plantar fasciitis and these shoes make my occasionally angry arch comfortable.

LOVE everything about these shoes...excellent arch support, so comfortable. Feel better than any other shoe I own.

My 2nd pair of Dansko professional shoes. They are great support, stylish, and the patent leather seems very durable. I wear these all winter in Western NY. They work as boots, look great, and have room enough for my wool socks. Expensive, but you get your "money's worth."

Love these shoes! Not only are they really cute, especially with jeans, they make my feet feel good. I have a heel spur and can wear these shoes all day without pain. Would love to have another pair that isn't so high!

These are my first Dansko's and I had to return the first ones due to size...it was so easy. I literally ordered a size up last night and the new ones arrived by this afternoon, which is less than 24 hours later. Loose and comfy and my feet don't look huge!

Great shoe that has a little height. Busy mom of 2 wanted to have comfortable shoe, but needed more than a flat. Very comfy!
