I have worn Danskos before and love the fit. However, I am extremely disapointed in the pair I purchased from Zappos. After wearing them for only 2 months at work the outer material started falling off the toes of the shoes. Now there are great big grey holes where the patent leather used to be. Very disapointed. Won't buy Danskos again.

I purchased these shoes to wear to work where I am on my feet all day long. The arch support was excellent and my back felt so much better than it had with other shoes. However, I ordered regular width, as I have never had very wide feet and I found these shoes to be extremely uncomfortable on the outside of my feet right below the pinky toe, so much so that I have stopped wearing them for the time being. I'm hoping that after my foot heals and I wear them again for awhile, the leather will soften up and stretch a bit more. It's too bad. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn for my entire body except my feet.

This is my third pair of Danskos. They are the first pair I have had to "break in". The only difference besides color is that this pair is make in China. If they continue to be made in China I will not be buying any in the future. I don't care to pay premium prices for shoes made for pennies. Hopefully they will be broken in soon. I teach in a large Middle School so am on my feet most of the day. I need comfortable shoes.

Comfortable shoe. Going up stairs, I feel like I might accidentally leave them on the step behind me. Very supportive, which is needed as a nurse working 12 hours on my feet. High quality construction. Con - they make my feet stink! I am a runner and I would rather smell my running shoes after a half marathon than my feet after working 12 in these.

I wear Dansko shoes every day to work. I own 6 pair. I am a nurse and spend many hours on my feet. No complaints on the shoe itself; however, I am disappointed in this tooled style. The outer-sides and toe of shoes have worn completely off. No tool design is visible. These shoes are less than 1 year old.

Dansko has changed the way they make their shoes! I have a wide foot and Danskos always fit me great. Now the instep and shoe itself are too narrow. The wide is too wide - falls off my foot. I am now wearing Sanitas. Very upset, Dansko!

I really like Dansko clogs, but they fit well and my feet do not hurt. This is important since I have arthritis and plantar fasciitis. However, I am really disappointed in the long term wear on this. After about 10 months, the toes are scuffed looking and they no longer look nice enough to wear to work. I bought these with a friend who bought the same pair and she has the same problem. I do not have problems with any of the other Danskos I own. I think it may be related to the tooling.

The shoe itself was great. I have three other pairs of Dansko clogs. The tooled leather version does not stay looking nice very long. The toe wears to a lighter color once gets scuffed up and cannot be polished. Returned that color and purchased another color.

Love the looks of the shoe, but I have a high instep and I cannot get my foot into this shoe.

I don't see what all the fuss is about. Danskos are nice quality, but they're really not that comfortable. There's absolutely no cushion in the shoe, but the thick, flat soles and high arch makes them slightly more comfortable than the average ladies' shoe. If you have high arches like me, the tops can be a little restrictive.

I am on my feet a lot and wear a WW or E. This shoe was too narrow, and not made for people with high insteps. Cute, but it's going back.

Bought Sanita, returned this. My B width foot is not beefy enough for this shoe. Further, I wear 6.5 and the 37 was too big but the 36 was too small. Loved the style and the Hickory oiled color but in addition to poor fit, the shoe bed was very hard. Need cushioning. Tried Sanita and got the perfect fit and comfort I was seeking.

The shoes squeak incessantly. They have done so despite 3 months of wear. Very annoying

I read the reviews about the brown tooled color and I didn't listen! The color rubs off and looks terrible. I had wiped my shoe just of dirt on it and the color completely rubbed off. And just like the other reviews said you can't shoe polish or paint or anything the color back on. Now I'm mad because they were so expensive.

For years I've always purchased and worn size 44. Then I decided to try this new style (side and heel "panels") they're too big. I think the added pieces tend to bulge out the side of the clog making them floppy on the foot. I wish I had been more careful in the beginning so I could still return them. All else excellent!

I work for an airline and I've been a huge fan of Dansko for a long, long time. They are the only shoes in which I can walk about four miles a day (true!) and stand for hours at a time and not feel it. However, this latest pair started squeaking really, really bad after about one week of wear. I've now worn them daily for four months and they are so loud they are actually distracting. I've talked to flight attendants who say that Dansko had some manufacturing issues at the beginning of 2010 that caused most of their Professionals to squeak. A lot of customers just went to Nordstrom to have them replace (no matter where they bought them) because Nordies is just that way. I suffer from morbid honesty and can't do that and sleep at night, so I'm just going to write them off as a loss. I would suggest not purchasing them until 2011 to make sure the bad run of these shoes are off the shelves. Unless you want to sound like you have frogs in heat on your feet.

I have the emerald pair and they feel small compared to my two other pairs of the same shoe, but different color design. These squeeze my foot and I don't know if it is something with the design.

Love the clogs, didn\'t love the color. Turned out to be a more orangey brown than I thought it would be. The clogs were extremely supportive and comfortable though. I returned them simply because of the color. Zappos as usual had the best customer service.

These shoes were quite uncomfortable for me. They had little to no flex in the sole and were very heavy. They have rather high heels as well. They also have a high arch, which I do not like. I can't see these being good all day work shoes, dress shoes perhaps.

I think this is shoe is only good for certain feet. My friends who have his shoe love it and say it's the most comfortable thing ever; however, for me this shoe was the most painful thing ever. I have a high instep so the top of the shoe was way too tight and to the point where I couldn't walk anymore. I wore them for two days and my toes started to get numb. In the end I gave these to my mom and bought the Sanita Pita which fits my foot perfectly sole and shoe. If you have a high instep I recommend getting the Sanita Pita, otherwise the Dansko may be comfortable for you.

Heavy. Insole deteriorated quickly.Cute shape. Not much comfort as far as softness inside shoe.

I wear a 10.5 sometimes medium, sometimes narrow. I ordered a 41 and 42 narrow and unfortunately had to return both pair. The 41 was too small, the 42 was too big, and both were too wide. As much as I appreciate and want a good arch support, the arch was too high and didn’t feel right for my feet. If I tried a hundred different pairs of these sizes and this style, perhaps one would fit.

I really love Danskos - great quality, nice look, but they just don't fit my foot. I have a very high instep and there is not enough room for me across the top of this shoe. So, they are going back. I found that Sanita clogs have the same styles and great support but more room in the instep, making them a much better choice for me.

Not a good shoe for those with wide feet. Love the look, wanted a good, sturdy, solid shoe for being on my feet for hours and hours. I have wide feet, so its been a trial to find something. Couldn't even get my foot into the shoe. Try Klogs USA if you have wide feet. Same style/look, but with wide sizes.
