Fun and functional - Great, cute snow shoe! Got many compliments. The blue one beautiful. Definitely heed the warnings that this shoe runs large. I normally wear a 5.5, so I ordered a 5 and it is still a tad roomy. As always, great customer service! I ordered it at 3pm, and got it the next day eventhough I selected standard shipping!

Best shoe - These shoes are very comfortable and are great everyday shoes.

Great all-round on the snow or around town. Tried and tested in various terrains - just remember to get them at least half-size smaller (I had to exchange mine for one-size smaller thought Zappos is extremely efficient)! Bought two pairs already. My mother loves hers - said they're incredibly warm and the most comfortable winter shoes ever, more practical than any shearling boot or snowboots. I put mine to the ultimate test when snow was pouring down the ski-town of Cortina over X'mas and all the roads were blocked. I had to walk down a steep road from the hotel on slippery one-foot fresh powder snow, while all the local villagers were holding tightly onto the handrail but still slipped. With the snowclog, I was able to walk down slowly but securely, thanks to its superb traction. Bravo Salomon!

snow clog - I am very satisfied with my purchase. Very comforatable. No snow yet, but I am ready!

These boots are great on ice and snow. I ordered my second pair of these boots because I have had the first pair for five years. These are great boots and everyone in my family has a pair. The only problem was the sizing. the 91/2 woman's was at least a whole size too large.

Great versatile shoe. The seriously deep treads make it great for navigating snow. The rubber sole has good traction but is not ideal for navigating icy ground. I think it runs big so you can wear thick or doubled socks and your heel can slip up and down a little as it does in a Dansko covered-heel clog. Yes the blue ones show dirt pretty quickly, but it really only enhances thier look.

Awesome - I read all the reviews before I ordered myself a pair of these awesome shoes. The reviews were very helpful and accurate. I usually have a hard time getting used to new shoes, they're not worn in or comfortable... so I don't often buy shoes. These shoes are amazingly comfortable and need no getting used to. They're so comfy that I sometimes forget to take them off when I come home and I always take my shoes off when I get home. Definitely waterproof, though just to look at them you wouldn't think so... but they are! They are also much nicer looking in person than they are in the pictures you see here. I also must say that Zappos is amazing. I got the first confirmation within minutes of my order, and the second one a few minutes later.This was not our first order with them... but I placed this order at 9:30 p.m. and by 4:00 the next afternoon my shoes had arrived. Less than 24 hours later!! 5 star rating for Zappos!! a pleasure to do business with every time!

Better than expected! A great overall shoe! if you're thinking about buying this shoe, you should! You'll be very happy with your choice! I wore them out west in the snow, and now back home in the rain.

Snow clogs for all climates - I live in the South, but weat snow clogs in the OR. The floors are often wet from cleaning after every case and I feel sure footed. It took 3 years for my first pair of snow clogs to start looking dirty. I have the pewter which I wear to and from work and the black at work. They're great. Only shoe I wear. Pewter shoes were true to width, black nubuck were looser.

My Tired Dogs are SMILING! I purchased this shoe because I live in New York City and winter is approching. Last winter I had a pair of "all weather shoes" and lets just say they didn't last the snowy and icy winter we had. They were very warm but I slipped all the time and they hurt my feet. So far the Salomans are SOO comfy, warm and though it hasn't snowed yet (can't wait!) I am sure they will have great traction. I get tons of compliments at work too.

Great shoe but order a size smaller than you usually would! This is my second pair of snow clogs. I wore my first pair into the ground, but it was hard to do because they wear incredibly well. A great shoe for people who live in cold regions.

arctic shows dirt - The arctic/pewter color looked dirty almost immediately, but is still good-looking. Definitely order at least a 1/2 size smaller than you normally wear.

crazy about them - I live in Wisconsin and travel to Sweden in the winter. I can't go without my snow clogs. I have searched for a new pair in blue for several year. There they were on Zappos. I'm a happy camper. They are the best for comfort and traction.

Again, they are perfect - I had no doubt that I would once again enjoy the Salomon Snow Clog. My other pair I had for about 5 years and they were still very good, just thought it was time for a new pair.

Like walking on a snow tire - My previous pair of these had a thinsulate lining, so they were warmer. I was a little disappointed when I saw these. Also, the loop that you use to pull on the shoe is strangely short. However, they are awesome to wear on the slippery snow. I do not fall when walking the dogs!

Snow tires for your feet - I bought a pair of these for my husband about five years ago, and he wears them every winter. I was looking for a pair for myself that I could throw on to go out on the ice and snow with more security than I get w/ my Uggs. I tried the Snowclog 2 and found the tongue hurt the front part of my ankle. These are great, comfy and do what they're supposed to do, easy on/off and the soles are nice and sticky.

The shoe handling heavy winter conditions. This shoe has made me feel confident walking in the 12+ inches of snow we recently received. It is very warm, well insulated and serves my purpose of confidence in extreme conditions.

I ordered these snow clogs to replace a pair of Merrills that have been demoted to garden use. I slip into these after a day of skiing and the tread is terrific for gripping the snow while carrying my gear back to the car. They are pretty wide, but after being in ski boots it doesn't bother me. Also I am wearing thick ski socks. Those who want to wear these as everyday shoes should consider going down a half size.

Solomon snow clog - Nice shoe with great traction. Not too bulky a look. I found that the shoe runs wide and a little bigger than my normal 7.5 shoes. Not much arch support if you are looking for that...but overall, comfy.

Runs Large but has GREAT grip - These shoes run VERY large, you'd need awfully thick socks to make up the difference, especially around the ankle area. They have great grip though and the price is good.

Salomon Snowclog - I really love these shoes; however, I should have ordered them in a size 7 instead of a 7 1/2. If I wear heavy wool socks, they are comfortable. They are really great for walking on ice and snow.

I love them! I originally bought these as my casual winter shoe/boot. Now they go to work with me. I do landscaping and we work in the early spring (snow and cold in Ohio) and on into mid-December. My feet stay warm, dry and most importantly comfortable. I even wear them into the summer, because they feel so good! I want a summer weight version.

Salomon's snow clog - This shoe appeared to be exactly what I was looking for: full coverage of the foot and a very deep, cushioned tread. Unfortunately, like other reviewers, I just cannot get them to fit correctly. The length was true to size for me, and the toe box was perfect, as far as width goes. However, the heel area was soooo wide (and I do not have narrow heels), that I couldn't keep them on. I'm so disappointed. Fortunately for us, with Zappos great service, I'll return them easily and look for something else!
