Keep Feet Dry and Warm - I have had these for about 4 years and they are as good as new. Great for changing into ski boots-- easy on and off. They have a good sole for snowy walks. I have narrow-ish feet and went down from a 7-7 1/2 to a 6 1/2. I don't wear very heavy socks. Comfortable enough to wear all day.

Comfort AND Fashion - I originally bought the Salomon Snowclog to wear on a trip to New York City where I would be walking for many hours. As others had advised I ordered a half size smaller than my usual size, and with a thick sock they fit great. I generally do not buy shoes for comfort and thought I would probably wear them only when comfort was a must. However, I find myself slipping them on for shopping trips, to run errands, etc. They look great with jeans and are surprisingly quite fashionable looking. My friends loved the look too. I did wear them to NYC in December and walked for 9 hours straight in FULL comfort. No blisters, no sore feet, no cold toes. They were great! The heel does slip a bit with a thinner sock, but nothing that would cause a blister or discomfort. If you need comfort but don't want to sacrifice fashion, the snowclog is the shoe for you.

Salomon Snowclog - I ordered these clogs because I need a stylish slip-on snow shoe to get out the door quick with the kids. I live in upstate NY and do get lots of snow and ice. I am hoping these will come in handy. I did follow the advice of most reviews and ordered a 1/2 size smaller then my normal and I had to return them because they were too small. So I feel these are true to size. I am a new customer to Zappos and I am VERY happy so far. Keep up the good work.

I can't wait for it to snow to see if the tread does its job. VERY comfortable shoe- the thick tread gives a lot of cushioning. I feel like I'm walking on pillows. Toe box and mid-foot area are roomy, so will be able to wear with a thick wool sock. If you like chunky looking shoes, you'll love the look.

Salomon Snow Clog - I’m a men’s 10.5 normally and 10.5 US fits me great. This has been the best, most comfortable, most long lasting shoe I have ever owned. I bought a pair of these when I think they were first out 5-6 years ago. Wore them probably 6-8 months out of the year for about 4 of those years. Some of the felt is worn off but still look very new and the grip on the bottom is about half worn off under the heel. I will be buying another pair when these wore out probably in 2 more years or so at this rate. My only complaint was years ago in college my feet got a bit warm in class. Hardly a complaint since that’s what they are supposed to do. Easy slip in and out, great traction, looks just plain rugged, and the chicks dig it. You will be impressed if that’s what you’re looking for.

Awesome Shoe - They are so comfortable. I have terrible feet and these are the most comfortable shoes. No seam around the toes ensures no rubs. It is really great.

Perfect for the winter! I read a lot of the reviews and didn't find the sizing accurate. I am usually a 7.5in shoes and a 7 in sneakers, so I ordered a full size down as recommended. NOPE - they were too short...my bare feet hit the toe in the shoe. That being said - I'm just waiting for my size to come in so that I can get them home in a size 7. They were super comfortable, easy to get on and, oddly, kinda cool looking.

Salomon Snowclog - This shoe is warm and if your feet get cold easily-this is your cure. I found it runs a half size larger than actual so order a half size down and it should fit with a regular sock since you won't ever need a thick sock with this shoe. It is also easy to put on and off and serves as an excellent after ski shoe.

Love Them - These shoes are great. Comfortable and cute. They are big so get a full size lower then your shoe size.

Nice shoe - These are great shoes! I bought the light blue color and they are very pretty. Not sure how it will hold up to winter dirt and grime as I am purchasing them at the beginning of spring. They are very comfortable and cushy. The only CAVEAT is that I consistently wear a 6.5. I originally purchased a 6 and they were HUGE! I returned them and bought a 5. The 5 fits perfectly. So for me, these shoes were 1.5 sizes to big.

BEST POST-KNEE SURGERY FOOTWEAR EVER!! I just had ACL replacement two weeks ago and the second I was able to be out and about, I was wearing these shoes. In fact, I bought them specifically because I'm not taking any chances with a barely-there-yet knee in the middle of January! I bought this shoe specifically because of the reviews I read about it, and I have not been disappointed. January in Michigan is nothing to laugh at but I feel totally safe walking around with these snow clogs on; they're also very warm and very comfy. I would highly recommend to anyone and am thinking about buying them in the slate color as well (I bought black).

Fantastic shoes - I have had these shoes for about 5 years now, and they are STILL running strong. I absolutely love them. My mother bought them for me one year because I was always complaining about slipping and sliding across the ice in my never-shoveled college town. These really work! So comfortable, too... Now, 5 years later, I still wear them constantly in the winter even though I now live in Missouri where the snow has been rather scarce. They're still warm, and excellent for trekking about town. Buy them, you won't regret it.

The Best! I loved these shoes. They were the best! They are great for slippery surfaces and hold the traction very well. I use them to go to work and don't have to get my regular sneakers wet.

My Snow Tires! I live in Southern California and bought these a few years ago for when I go to the snow. I wanted something easier to pack than boots that would keep my feet warm and keep me from slip sliding around while walking in snow and ice covered areas - these totally rock for that and I love the way they look too. I wear them with my ski socks and haven't noticed any fit problems, but they are a bit heavy so I tend not to wear them all day.

Salomon Snow Clog - Very good shoe for the snow in place of a boot - I live in VT where it is snowy for several months every year. Keeps my feet warm.

Safety 1st, then looks and comfort -- all present! I'm 65...my young friends think I look cool with this shoe! I love it because it works well on snow and ice, a key decision for buying it. Surprisingly, it's also warm, a real plus. The space across the toes fits well, though the heel isn't tight enough...yet it doesn't slip with a heavier sock. So what? I love the security of it and the ease of putting it on! It's true to size 'cept for that heel.

Understand Sizing - I just purchased my second pair of these wonderful shoes, and the other reviewers are correct, the shoes are bigger. However, the length is the same, only the width is larger. So, I had to stay with one half size smaller than my usual shoe size. I think they have made the fit more generous to allow a backpacking sock to be worn. I suggest the fit will be much improved with 2 socks, or a heavy weight back pack sock. Also, I bought a pair of these for my daughter, who had been wearing Uggs. She was amazed by the comfort, waterproofing and most especially the grip of the sole of this shoe. We went hiking on the rocks of a cold beach, and the shoes were perfect. Also, they give the best grip on ice, save for metal cleats! I love this shoe, but be prepared to wear heavy socks with them (I also find the Keen hiking shoes to fit similarly.) One other note; after wearing all these shoes with a big toe box, I find it difficult to go back to pinching dress shoes. But my feet are happier now.

Don't think about it, just buy them, and get an extra pair. I'm buying my third pair. Nuf said.

Salomon Clogs - I bought my first pair 3 years ago and am just replacing what I already had. They are awesome! I wear them everyday from October to Aprilish (whenever we lose the snow). I just wanted a new pair that were less worn.

salomon snow clog - Both my husband and I have these. Easy to put on and take off. Buy a 1/2 size to full size smaller (because they also run wide).

Great Service - My wife and I have had a pair of these for a few years and hers are almost used up and I love mine also. When I ordered her new ones I went with the same size as her older shoes instead of following the advice of Zappos and getting a half size smaller. Needless to say they were a half size to big. Zappos made the return painless and FREE. Also on the initial order we received the shoes in 2 days. Excellent service. Will be buying here again.

Incredible! These are my second pair of salomon shoes - the other ones I had for three years and were just getting to worn out so I bought a new pair because I was so pleased with them. I wouldn't buy any other brand of shoe clog! Two thumbs up for this shoe!

This is THE ONE - This shoe is, without question, the best shoe I have ever owned. I bought it in the winter of 2002 when the Olympics came to Salt Lake City. I had tickets to attend the women's downhill and knew I would be walking and standing in snow for hours. I bought them at the recommendation of a sales clerk at a local sporting goods store. They fit like a glove right out of the box and kept my feet warm and toasty through the entire event, while everyone around me was complaining of frozen toes. I have worn them in the worst of weather, to the stable on totally sloggy days, up to the ski resorts, all around town, and I am wearing them now as I type this. You'll love them. I wear a 7.5 and had to buy an 8.
