My Birkenstock purchase - This shoe seems wider than I expected and next time I order, I will order a narrower one. I like the Granada style which was not available in the color I wanted when I placed my order.

Shoes arrived in a plastic bag without Birkenstock or any type of shoe box. Shoes are two different colors. Will be returning. Disappointed in Zappos with this order.

The shoes do not fit and neither myself, nor Zappos, is able to print a return label. I have to use a QR code and travel over 45 minutes to the nearest UPS store. Prior to purchasing, be sure to measure your feet so that you do not have to deal with the nonsense of trying to make a return!

Birkenstock has a hump on the footbed that causes me a lot of pain.

not sure why the quality changed, i had a pair before but lasted more than 5years but this one didn't even make it o the 2nd one and leather torn down!

Zappos sent us used shoes. They had marks on them.

I was sent a used pair of shoes. Complete with someone else's foot prints.

I love these comfy Birkenstocks. Huge problem the side of the sandals are coming apart after 3 months. Terrible, I spent way too much for the shoes to fall apart.

So uncomfortable and was never able to break them in. Would not recommend.

Sole is too hard and uncomfortable.

the berks arrived un replacement packing and when i opened, the glue on the left heel, to attach the upper, was all rotted and completely gone. i cant believe no one noticed this. not even angry, just sad that this was considered acceptable to send out…smh

Fit was too big

Very uncomfortable and hurt. I’m told it takes time . Hope . Don’t buy if your plans are to use right away

I was so disappointed at the sizing of these birks. I bought a pair in mocha from DSW. I had some Zappos cash so I figured I would use it. I ordered the same exact sandal, same size.. just different color yet they were too big. When I tried them on, it made a farting noise. So I used my Zappos money for nothing. I don’t get how the same shoe came so much bigger from Zappos. I went back to dsw and tried on other ones and they fit the same and perfect.. NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED HERE?!?!

gift for granddaughter and she is very happy with shoes. they fit perfectly

I ordered this Arizona style of sandal and when it arrived, the box label was correct and said 'Arizona,' but inside was the Mayari sandal. Huge disappointment. I returned them and ordered the Arizona sandals from another website. Please double check and deliver the correct shoes in the future.

Really need half sizes

I was so excited to get Birkenstocks. I had spent months saving up and looking for a good deal, and when I finally received them I was really excited. However, within the first week I was hobbling from place to place, and now over a month later I still have scabs and blisters on the inner side of my feet. I have done a lot of research to find out how to care for my birks. I allow them to air out in a dark, dry area of my room for days, and I do not get them wet. However, they smell horrible. Within 1 hour of wearing them each time, they stink like musty feet, and people around me have said "wow it smells like feet in this room". I get really self-conscious when i wear these shoes, and I get so stressed out about the odor of my feet. I'm really sad because I spent so much money on these, and I even bled for these shoes, and I'm at a loss for what to do. I also noticed that the side of the black part of the shoe are un-glueing from the cork. I honestly feel like i got a fake or defective shoe. I will add pics when i get home.

I specifically requested the Birkenstock Arizona in brown. Instead the shoe was sent to me in blue. Disappointed because I ordered the shore for a certain occasio but since it was sent it blue, I am not able to wear them.

This is terrible product...it feels cheap. Like a knockoff you can find at Payless. It's stiff and very uncomfortable to wear.

My Birks in the 80s and 90s lasted 2-5 years, easily, sometimes as many as 10. I got these as my first pair in 20 years last June and they were amazingly comfortable. But in only 8 months the arch completely collapsed, so much so that my toes that had been well inside the wrong went over it. Zappos does not replace defective shoes; they told me this is "normal wear and tear". I am appalled, and I cannot recommend either anymore.

Don't waste your money. They will start falling apart after about 3 weeks. Great concept and comfortable but made very poorly.
