The look of these are great, just like all my other birks. But the feel of the straps against the skin (like felt) does not feel as good to me as slipping into the cool leather straps.

Could not adjust the left shoe to fit properly without it making a popping sound when I walked.

Although I purchased a Narrow, these were still too wide.

first...I originally thought it referred to their footbed..you know birko-flor vs soft footbed... birko-flor are not leather at all. they dont even use leather to top the footbed. they are a thin, kind of cheap vinyl with a felt like backing. ,avoid, unless you are avoiding leather. second, I dont know wha the deal is with birkenstock recently, but the straps seem shorter than ever. these only barely fit on the largest hole. I don't know who they are kidding with the smallest holes, i buckled through just to look at it, and a person would have to have flippers for feet, not human feet to use them. birkenstock, please think about using a longer strap and hole combninatioon for your larger sizes. this was somewhat comical.

That little hump in the front where toes meet foot is very painful. Could not adjust to that. Tried several sizes.

The most uncomfortable sandal I have ever worn.

Ordered Birkenstock’s for the first time. When they arrived, they were about one size too large. Sent them back for a refund.

They fit okay. I decided to return them for regular width so I can wear socks with them. Also the upper straps aren’t completely leather. They are a thing layer of leather on the top and then have felt on the inside. I’m not a fan of this. So I’m going to spend the extra $25 and get a pair that have a solid leather strap.

With the straps tightened all the way they were still too loose and they felt uncomfortable. I returned them

I love Birkenstocks, however I think the craftsmanship has gone down over the years. I bought these for my husband one year ago, and there is already a hole in the cork. For one hundred dollars, I would except them to last longer than one year! I love Birkenstocks but I don't want to be paying $100 dollars every year for a new pair.

These shoes are expensive and they are not real leather. For faux leather, the price should be half of what it is selling for. Only two stars because while they are Birkenstock insoles and style, the fake leather is a huge disappointment. There is so little leather, why would it be faux.

I can't decide if I want to keep these, send back and either get the real leather ones or the Madrid. These hardly seem worth the money. If the leather ones are nicer, one might as well spring for those instead. I really don't know what everyone is talking about regarding comfort. The sole is as hard as a rock. The faux leather seems like it will really hurt to break in, hurts trying it on and the shoe just doesn't seem very sturdy overall. Given the price they hardly seem worth it. The style is iffy but I'm a trendy girl and I'm trying to jump on the Birki bandwagon once again but I just don't know. I can't seem to find the all leather in my size and I'm thinking the Madrids are cuter. These are probably going back. Was really hoping these would work. I wear a 7.5 and I bought the 37 size N (I have very narrow feet - petite) and the fit is right. The shoe is just hard and uncomfortable. I will say Zappos is awesome. Super fast shipping and I couldn't be more pleased with the ease of transaction. We will see how the return / exchange goes.

My Birkenstock purchase - This shoe seems wider than I expected and next time I order, I will order a narrower one. I like the Granada style which was not available in the color I wanted when I placed my order.

Shoes arrived in a plastic bag without Birkenstock or any type of shoe box. Shoes are two different colors. Will be returning. Disappointed in Zappos with this order.

The shoes do not fit and neither myself, nor Zappos, is able to print a return label. I have to use a QR code and travel over 45 minutes to the nearest UPS store. Prior to purchasing, be sure to measure your feet so that you do not have to deal with the nonsense of trying to make a return!

Birkenstock has a hump on the footbed that causes me a lot of pain.

not sure why the quality changed, i had a pair before but lasted more than 5years but this one didn't even make it o the 2nd one and leather torn down!

Zappos sent us used shoes. They had marks on them.

I was sent a used pair of shoes. Complete with someone else's foot prints.

I love these comfy Birkenstocks. Huge problem the side of the sandals are coming apart after 3 months. Terrible, I spent way too much for the shoes to fall apart.
