Super comfy and love the look unfortunately, they are too wide ( I got the narrow and I’m a 37 in my other Birkenstock’s). I’ve had to have these on the tightest hole, I wore these on a camping trip and the straps are already starting to show wear, not dirt wear but strain. I’m afraid they’ll break soon so now I only wear around the house . My partner purchased crocs and I’m thinking I should have done the same :(

This was my first time trying Birks. These are clearly designed for men, not women. After I buckled them on the tightest notch, they were still just too wide. Meanwhile, too much strap end was hanging off the shoes! Didn't hold my foot in place, very sloshy. Had to immediately return.

Fit, size and comfort were great. The problem is that the last two pairs of Birks that I bought wore out within one year of easy to moderate wear on easy surfaces. The tread material was nearly flat and the heel was starting to grind into the base material to the point of needing replacement. I have running shoes that get 300+ miles and aren't nearly as worn out and tired as these. In the past, I used to get years out of these sandals - I can't afford to keep throwing $100 at a pair of sandals that last <1 year so I'm on the hunt for a new go-to sandal.

Extremely large. Had to go down 2 sizes! Otherwise, great and stylish!

I've worn Birkenstocks for over 20 years and they are great for my feet.

I wear size 7 US, and have always bought 37 EU. Size charts say 6-6.5 = 37 and 7-7.5 = 38, but I have found that my size 7 feet fit size 37.. The Birkenstock box has a good measurement chart for actual foot length.

Bought this pair to replace a Gizeh that cracked, they were a well worn out pair. Ordered my same size, no problems. I'm a solid 8.5, preferring the roominess of 39s in Birkenstocks. This Arizona pair is a first for me, both straps I used the tightest size hole, which works fine for me. I love how these sandals are so great for walking and I tend to wear this style a lot as I feel they have a bit of arch support. I can keep sandals like these on my feet for longer periods when I choose.

These are by the backdoor all summer long so I can slip into them easily. They feel great once you adjust to them.

I’m really enjoying these sandals. They are extremely comfortable. They mold to your feet pretty quickly. I normally wear a size 39 but had to return for a size 38. Fit is much better now.

I have been wearing these shoes for a few days now. Still trying to get used to them. I have been wearing CROC flip flops around the house but needed something more supportive and comfortable since my knee replacement surgery. These are definitely better than the flip flops. I did have to tighten the buckles as far as I could for the best fit. Considered sending them back for the next size down, but don't think the foot bed would be long enough in a smaller size. Hopefully I will truly love these shoes once I get them broke in good.

Returned the first order size 8 down size to 7-7.5 and it was perfect fit!

I wear size 6-6.5 and 36 fits me perfect. Upper material is comfortable and my older birds in this material is holding up wonderfully.

New to Birkenstock shoes - so far so good. With hardwood floors and working from home now the norm, I found that my slippers just weren't cutting it for foot support. The shoes took some time to break-in, but I can see a difference with the new shoes with some calf and foot pain no longer present.

These shoes broke in very quickly. They feel a little loose, but that’s the style. The footbed fits but I have the straps on the last hole, so maybe I need fatter feet!

In order to achieve a fit that molds to your feet, Birkenstock provides suggestions to gradually build up your wearing time. I purchased my first pair of Birkenstock Arizona sandals in August of 2019. I wore them approximately one month before I felt each footbed was molded to the shape of my foot. On average, I wear these sandals two to three times a week. I wear my Birkenstocks with casual attire or most commonly at the beach. A few advantages to owning the Birkenstock Arizona sandal include comfort, quality, and a simple, yet notable appearance. This sandal is very trendy and widely sold to all generations. In order to keep this sandal looking its best, it will require some extra care. This drawback may not appeal to all buyers. The manufacturer sells a kit which includes a brush, cork sealer, cleaner and repellent which helps prolong the life of the sandal. The kit is approximately $20 in addition to the sandal being $99.95 plus tax and shipping. The first pair was difficult to keep clean because I didn’t have the recommended products necessary to keep them looking their best. I purchased the kit for my second pair; applying the products greatly improved the appearance. The custom fit only comes after the cork footbed has conformed to the shape of your foot which takes time. Blisters may appear on your feet while you are in the process of breaking in the sandal. The manufacturer provides a conversion chart (EU to US) to determine what size you should consider. In my shopping experience for Birkenstock styles, I found the fit to be true to size. I would recommend the Birkenstock Arizona sandal because the custom fit is well worth the purchase price. This sandal will last many years instead of one or two seasons. I think it is one of the best sandals because of the long-lasting quality and comfort associated with the Birkenstock name.

Love the comfort and how they form to your feet after wear. I freak out a little every time there’s a chance I get them wet because of the cork footbed. Sizing is a bit tricky if you’re looking for a pair. I do have tiny wide feet and the adjustable traps make all the difference. Love my Birkies! This is my second pair. I’ve been using them for about a year. There’s no going back, they’re my go to shoe.

I'm a regular Birkenstock wearer so there was no surprise to the quality of these sandals. Breaking in my new pair and happy with the product. Hope you will be too!

I wasn't fond of the leather with a black buckle. I decided that I wanted something with snappy style. I love Birkenstocks!

I have very high arches and these work. The material is flexible but not floppy. I would buy again.

Bought these on the recommendation of a friend to help alleviate severe heel pain. These shoes helped within a few days. Initially they feel tight and a bit uncomfortable but within a few days they adjust to fit your foot and feel great. I hardly take them of now.

This is my first time purchasing Birkenstock’s and in my previous post I mentioned that I purchased a size 38 (7-7 1/2), which is true but, I forgot to mention I purchased narrow width. My left middle toe fit weird in the shoe (I’ve never had this happen before) and I decided to exchange for a size 39 (8-8 1/2) in narrow width. The size 39 fit great on my size 8 (true size 8) skinny, narrow feet. In the future, if I purchase another pair of Birkenstock’s, I will purchase a 39 in regular width.
