Love these shoes!!! I love these shoes! They feel great. I've received tons of compliments on these shoes.

What did I do without these? I was a little concerned when I read the reviews that mentioned the heel rubbing, because it seemed to be rubbing for me when I wore them around the house. But I decided that it would probably go away, and it did seem to, within a day. I wear these every day right now, and I honestly don't know what I did without them! I tried on several other Keen styles (Presidio, Ventura) but these fit me the best and were the most comfortable. I'm normally a size 8, and am sometimes an 8.5 in some Keen styles, but the 8 Portola fits me fine. I get compliments on these every time I wear them!

Aaahhhh - Great shoe. This is my third pair of this style. I wanted a mary jane but the strap versions of Keens are not as comfortable for me. Perfect right out of the box and Zappos is the best company to deal with.

This is a very comfortable shoe for my feet! I don't even need my orthotics with these. I wear them all day long and my feet are comfortable at the end of the day. I have bunions and shoes are difficult to fit well...these are great!

I will never buy another walking shoe!!! I stumbled onto Keens in a little store in Idaho last year. I had injured both sides of my foot in a fall a couple of months prior and was still having difficulty hiking and walking distances. I have a narrow heel, high arch, very prominent "boney" foot. Sneakers do not have enough support or rub my top bones of the foot. These shoes are amazing. Great room in the toe box but hugs the heel and the arch support is wonderful. They run on the small side. I wear a 7.5 dress shoe but wear an 8 in these with medium weight socks. Great for walking on the streets and clear paths. After a week I threw away my other sneakers. These are great in the summer when I need something lightweight. When I needed something a little sturdier I found the Briggs. Same design in leather. This design is more comfortable on my boney foot than your other styles. They are like walking in a glove. I have walked miles of city streets in them. Occasionally I try sneakers on in stores and put them down immediately. Nothing compares to my keens. I have the Targee hikers, and the Briggs for winter. I love my Keens!!!!

DIABETIC STAR TRIKKER - I desperately needed a Keen style for the slip-ons that I wore down to the bone. Decided to try these lace-ups because they had the same sturdy sole, they look like a cross between a Converse & the Keds w-the thicker white rubber toe covering that was the rage in the 50s, and the sienna/aquamarine catches the eyes of everyone. I'm a true size 5B, and being an ex-dancer/athlete, automatically buy shoes that fit right up to the toes (like ballet & tumbling slippers) but, although these fit exactly to the toe, I would suggest getting a 1/2 size larger, as the tip of my toe fits right where the toe of the shoe starts CURVING UPWARD into the molded part of the toe guard, so my big toe does not rest flat-it will take some time to work the toes in. Being diagnosed w-diabetes, I have to get alot of exercise and yesterday, I brisk-walked 70 blocks on the NYC pavements and felt light, airy & maybe 20 years younger w-these Badgirls on! A moderate arch support, but having the EVA cushioning inside (they use this cushioning material for gymnastic mats in gyms!), along w-a sturdy, non-rolling base on the sole, makes this shoe great for walking. Gonna feel safe & secure wearing these when I ride my Trikke T8. Thanks to Zappos for the free shipping/return policy-where else could I ever find my size?

Wonderful, cute and comfy!! I somehow just 'happened' to come across these shoes and am I ever glad I did! I read the reviews on them because I am always looking for a comfortable pair of shoes with arch support. I didn't take part of the reviews to heart and bought my usual size. To my dismay, when they arrived the reviews were right and I had to send them back to get ½ size larger. I couldn't wait until the correct size came!! I was so excited when they did because they fit 'perfectly' and felt 'wonderful'!! As other people had stated in their reviews, I wore mine to run around town and other places all day long and they never hurt my feet once! There was no need for a break in period, they were comfortable from the first time I put them on. I will be buying more Keen shoes. I hope they are all as comfortable as these!

Keens are the best - These shoes have lots of room in the toe box and I get compliments on their looks at work. I have bony ankles and the body of the shoe hits me right below my ankle bone. It rubbed a bit the first couple days. A thick pair of socks seemed to heal that issue. I have leather Keens that have padding in this area and I prefer that to this canvas pair. That said, I still like the shoe.

The perfect shoe! These shoes not only look awesome, they are incredibly comfortable for me because I have flat and wide feet! They make my feet look smaller and actually cute!

Funky comfort! I ordered my regular size 10 with fingers crossed and they fit perfectly! Right out of the box, on my feet, wore them all day and no sore toes, heels or anywhere else. These will be my favorite winter shoes. My feet look so tiny! What a plus! Zappos you are the best. Overnight shipping for free-it doesn't get much better than that. Cheers!

Keen Portola - Excellent arch support and room for your toes! Keeps feet warm even through cold winter months! They did slip on my heel at first, however once I broke them in a little there perfect.

Hip urban sneaks - These sneakers are a great alternative to donning my comfy but ugly white running shoes. Not quite as much bounce to each step, but I could wear them right out of the box with no breaking in period. That's nothing to sneeze at considering my bunion-plagued tootsies. Hasn't as much arch support or cushion as, say, the Keen Sydney, but it's a very easy shoe to like. I wear mine all the time.

Cute shoes - I think these shoes are super cute for a casual look. They are a little hard though. The first time I wore them I was afraid they were going to rub a blister on my heel. They didn't, but I wouldn't say they are extremely comfortable on the back of your foot. I have worn them several times and they still haven't softened up but I do like the way they look and they don't leave blisters so I am ok!!

Best shoes I have ever owned! These are the only pair of shoes I have ever owned that felt like heaven right out of the box and never needed a break-in period. I have problem feet (wide, large toes, high arches) and these feel like they were made for me. I have had none of the problems others mentioned with any parts or stitching rubbing uncomfortably. These are as comfortable as a good quality sneaker, but way more stylish. I coveted a friend's pair for a little while after trying them on, and once I ordered them from Zappos, they were on my feet the next day. Great shoe, great service.

Portola - Once I put the Portola’s on in the morning, they are there to stay. Extremely comfy with great arch support. I liked them so much I had to purchase another pair of Keens in red. If you have a normal to wide foot, order a 1/2 size up. I usually wear a ten wide and found the 10.5 med is perfect. Lots of wigglocity for my toes. Much better looking and more comfy than any sneakers. Buy them!!

Makes Feet Worth Having - I love these shoes. They're absolutely the only shoes I can wear all day long. They have great arch support. There's plenty of room for my toes. Not only are my feet comfortable, but they align my body so everything feels good.

LOVE EM! This is my second pair of Keens. I think I love these more than my first pair! These shoes rock.

Awesome Shoes - I love my new Keens. I first saw them on a trip to Alaska but couldn't find the color I wanted. Finally found them on Zappos. I would recommend purchasing them a half size larger than your normal shoe size as previously stated. Thanks to Zappos for such prompt service.

Great shoe!! Love this shoe. Very comfortable right out of the box. Sore feet are the norm every day for me, and I have a feeling these will fix that right away. Until now, my Crocs were the only shoes I could wear all day. I'm a stay at home mom and am on my feet almost non stop all day. Thank you Keen!!!

These are TERRIFIC everyday shoes! I tried these on and instantly fell in love. The toe is wide, almost like being barefoot! The tread is something I wish I could find more often living in Alaska and they seemed waterproof when I was trodding through the rain. My new faves.

Love these shoes - These are really great shoes- they even make my legs look shapelier somehow, and I put in some serious arch supports (for my serious arches) right over the insole and had plenty of room- no metatarsal compression on top. I bought the red because my first choice color was out of stock, now I may get them anyway when they're back in because I like them so much I rarely buy multiples, but in this case I plan to.

Wow. I thought these shoes were adorable, but I have always been wary of ordering something online that I haven't tried on. They were so unique, though, that I had no choice. Zappos' free shipping and customer-friendly layout put me at ease, though, and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchase. I placed the order on a Tuesday late at night, and received it by 3:00 P.M. on Thursday. These shoes are exactly as pictured (I LOVE the "bumper" style!), and the sizing is PERFECT. Very true to size. Snug, but not binding. The only thing I think I should mention is that these shoes are very low-cut, so if you don't want your socks to show, standard no-show socks will probably still show! Like others have said, if you are considering getting them, get them! Worth every penny.
