So sad to return since I love this shoe, I tried both 7.5 and 8.0. Neither fit me, one too tight and one too large. My very favorite shoe so bit sad that neither works for me. Looks great in person tho and of course love Zappos as usual!

I really like the style and would have kept them except they are too short and wide. If I order a size up to get the length right they will be REALLY wide. Bummer.

These were pretty comfortable and my coworkers agreed that they were the cutest of the bunch. The only issue is that the top opening is too wide for my small heels so they were always threatening to pop out, so have to return them, though I’ll try the next size down to see if it helps.

Absolutely comfortable footbed - I can imagine walking for miles with no issues. The 6.5 was true to my 6.5W foot size (apparently Keens run wide), but the toe box kept rubbing against the top of my toes. The black olive is really a dark brown.

I ordered the 11 which is my average size in closed shoes and they were small on me. They are going back.

I purchased these shoes - I had the same Keen brand and bought about 6 years ago. I love these shoes - last a long time, but time for a new pair. I bought the same size @ 9.5 medium; however, when the shoes arrive, I find that the size is too small and will have to send them back and go up to a size 10. I am hoping that someone from Zappos can check into this, but I was disappointed with the size being "too small." I love Keen but the size seems to be running small. Recommend the buyer go up 1/2 size when ordering. Will not disappoint.

I am trying to replace Keen Newports that I have had for years. Although cuter than the Newport , the straps on the Venice unfortunately cut into my feet that would soon be a blister. I must return.

I ordered a few Keen sandals to try for an upcoming trip. Liked this one the best for a few reasons: considering I typically wear a 12 because 11s are just slightly snug, this shoe fit comfortable enough that I felt I'd be able to walk all day and be ok. Also more comfortable than the others because it wasn't as tight, I think because it doesn't have as many straps going across the foot/sides. Last, sole seemed a bit more cushioned compared to others (especially clearwater which felt ratehr flat).

These sandals run small. I had to order a half size up. Otherwise, I like everything about them! Zappos does a great job to ensure I am happy with my shoes! Love the Customer Service!

Bought these for my daughter who needs an orthodontic for comfortable walking. These have been working pretty well for her. She did get a blister on her big toe, but more from a poor choice on her part.

I read all the great reviews of this shoe and so wanted to love it and use it on my vacation. My left foot was pretty comfortable, but my right foot felt like it was being pushed by a support from the outer right side. I tried the H20 and had the same problem. I ordered up a half size like I do for athletic shoes. Disappointed it didn't work out.

Very comfortable but a bit nerdy looking.The strap liner prevents all chafing and the arch support is great. I cinched the laces on them and now on clicks which I walk, not a deal breaker. Rocks can get stuck in these but that's the pitfalls of this design.

I like these but they are a bit short. I am keeping them, but don't love them. I have three pairs of this style. The first pair from several years ago is noticeably different from the two from later years.

I got these to replace a pair of Keens that had one hike/river trip too many. They are very comfortable and easy to walk in, but they do not offer much support for the foot. And, they are not even a little bit attractive looking. Also I took peoples' advice about ordering up half a size, and I am glad that I did.

I thought these would be the ones, but the strap near the arch on my left foot was instantly rubbing. I wear a size 10, sometimes 10.5 and have flat feet. Normal width, but the way my foot falls came up too sharply against the edge of this strap and I knew it would cause problems.

As a longtime Keens fan, I am disappointed with the change in sizing, especially widths. When are shoe manufacturers going to realize that our feet come in all lengths and widths and offer at least two options. Wider width shoes can be very hard to find. But there is a market out there! These are too snug after wearing them for a while but trying to break them in. I like the shoes and still have the earlier version which fits sweetly.

I love Keen shoes, but hate their sizing. I am a 9, but in Keen's, anything from 9 to 10. I bought the Venice in 9.5 and it's borderline too short. I kept them and they've been pretty comfortable. The toebox isn't quite as wide as other styles, but overall, I'd recommend them.

I needed some shoes i could wear on our property in the Sierra foothills walking our dogs. Something rugged but 'cute' for summer (hiking boots in the fall; snow boots in the winter) but what to wear in the summer? Got these and they fit just right and at first. However... they seem to have stretched which is a mystery to me. Also, should have known: small rocks and dirt get into the shoe. So now I wear them into town and I still like them but not for wearing on rough terrain. Very comfy and easy to put on.

These are not the well made Keens I've been wearing for years, the quality is gone down. On one shoe the sole of the shoe was not aligned to the liner which caused discomfort, and the back strap leather was stretchier than that other shoe, making it seem bigger. Kudos to Zappos for letting me return my first pair, even though I'd worn them outside once. The second pair I'm keeping, even if they don't have the quality workmanship of my 5 year old pair, I know they're still great, comfortable and active shoes.

I bought this shoe one week before leaving for China for touring. Oddly, Zappos sent the wrong Keen shoe style in the first order, but they corrected it in the second one. I wore this on the plane, tromping around Beijing, and climbing the leg-liquifying Great Wall. I didn't get any new-shoe-blisters, which was was I was hoping for. They were great for all terrain, and I just decided they go with about anything other than a dress. I got an 8, and I usually wear 7.5, but it suited me just fine. I plan to keep wearing them now that I am home. Much more comfortable for serious walking than a backless sandal.

These are comfortable right away. Although I checked the Zappos fit guide and ordered 7, this was too snug and ordered my regular 7½. I am a little disappointed the adjustable elastic on the right shoe does not keep my foot snug. It loosens during the day as if the elastic is not strong enough. Also, I had never seen Keens up close before and find it strange that the front tab in front under the rubber toe is crooked. Someone told me that is just the way they are made. I do not know what Microbe Shield treated SBR lining is. What is metatomical low durometer EVA footbed? These should be explained in detail. Someone said they are indestructible... I look forward to it. I am very happy I got them at the price I did!

My toes rub the top of the shoe. This may not be a problem for others. Except for that, they're comfortable enough. I'm an 8.5 and 9 was fine.

The shoes are comfortable and did not shrink after getting them wet while canoing.They are not as comfortable as my sneakers but they come very close. I have recommended them to friends and family.
