I bought 2 pairs, anticipating that the first would wear out in a year or two, and they would be discontinued by then. Wrong on both counts!!!!!!! Before these, I wore Cool Cat Pixels, and they lasted 3 years.

My feet do not hurt at the end of a day. When your feet hurt, your whole body can hurt. Not with this shoe.

These shoes are very comfortable as are the other Skechers I own. Can be worn to work and going out.

Great boots! They should remake the movie "Das Boot" about these Sketchers.

The best shoe you can buy FOR ANY PRICE. I have the pictures to prove it. These shoes have seen a year of 50 hour delivery weeks and all I did was wear the tread down. The only other wear is the inside heel where my foot rubs. This pair I wore no insoles and never wore out the stock insole. I finally found the insoles that [...]discontinued that I had in my last mariners-spenco! Together they truly make the perfect shoe. Check out the pics. Thank me later. Shoe salesmen-please forgive the abuse I have shown these shoes. If you look close enough you may even see a couple dog bites!

Most comfortable non steel toe work shoe I have found.

These shoes are confortable. It goes with jeans and with dress pants. They are great when is raining because they are well constructed.

these are great work shoes would be OK for casual too.

Very Comfortable boots

I listed "heavy" as a con. I only list that because I usually buy pretty cheap shoes that are light and flimsy. This is the first pair of shoes I've owned in many years that were well constructed. Being heavy will just take some time for me to get used to. If you typically buy quality shoes of this style the weight will likely be no problem for you.

This is my second pair. Shoes feel good and wear great.

Work in my yard and use with knock around clothes.

I got my first pair at a department store at a great sale price and used them during 3 big snow stores this past winter 2010. I fell in love with them because of their warmth and comfort. I was wearing fairly light weight shoes to work and my back and legs were just aching after 8 hours on my feet. I purchased a pair of black and another pair of brown and now I getting the support my feet need with a lot more comfort. A great shoe for the money.

The shoes are comfortable and good looking and I wear them for anything other than dressing up. Look great with jeans and casual wear.

Love the look, feel and versatility of these. Plus thankful they're available in my shoe size: 6 1/2!

Low cut, solid traction, and relatively light-weight... great footwear for field trials with my dogs.

These shoes were chosen for warehouse work and top the charts in comfort, durability, and construction and I am completely satisfied with them. I am planning on purchasing a second pair for casual wear.

Work great as a year-round boot. Warm enough for all but the coldest days (when I break out my winter boots), but still breathe well in the summer. Almost never out of place - I wouldn't wear them with a suit, but they're perfect for a casual office environment or visits to the field. Best all around foot wear I ever owned

Like i said i've owned two pairs very comfortable and unbeliveably durable.Great all around shoe going out casual to dress up.

I am a wildlife biologist that splits my time between meetings where I need to look professional and the field where I need a rugged shoe. These Mariners fit the bill to a tee. While I wouldn't pair them with a suit or go on an extended hike in them, they are stylish enough to wear with khakis (or dress up a pair of jeans) and sturdy enough to hold their own on any trail. My last pair lasted about a year of hard wear. I have shared this brand with others who have been caught in loafers on a visit to a refuge or trapped in hiking boots in an all-day meeting. Will definitely buy again.
