Found these shoes a few years ago to be used for work and couldn't be happier. The soles are durable on the concrete floors that I walk on all day long. They are comfortable and they last a long time. Many co-workers have purchased the Mariners after talking about them and they are all true converts now. These shoes last a long time and never get uncomfortable.I will continue to purchase these shoes either through my local store or through your website.

The shoes look two-toned in the picture, but they are not which is a plus. They are very comfortable and look better in person than they do on the website. I wear them every day and do lots of walking on my job. Very pleased with this shoe and would not hesitate buying them again.

I have bought the Sketchers MARINER shoes for years because they are so comfortable, supportive and practical. As soon as I arrive home from my law office, I take off my suit and usually put on my khaki trousers and my Mariner shoes. I do not wear them at work because I am an attorney and must wear a conservative suit and formal dress shoes, but at most other times (unless I'm wearing shorts, of course!) you will see me wearing the Mariners. In addition, they are quite durable, and I wear them virtually every day. In sum, the Mariner shoes are great.

these are awesome shoes... they never give up to tear... I use them every day (second pair) since I was 18... now I'm 34... very durable shoes... I would recommend them without a doubt...

This is the second pair of these shoes my husband has had. The first pair was always his favorite comfortable shoe, but gradually was relegated to the grass cutting, painting, work shoe. He has not been able to find another pair he liked in stores...very picky with large feet. Thanks for still having the shoe on your website! Style and comfort he likes.

I wear them to work and anywhere I have to dress in more than shorts. I have worn this style for almost 20 years. I still have a pair that is probably 5 years old-and I wear them almost daily. They really are worth their weight in gold (well, almost). I haven't found another pair of shoes that even come close to the Mariners.

I like that idea that this is a stylish work boot that is not high, over the ankle like most boots but rather fits like a shoe. Perfect for my job. Good for not only fall and winter but throughout the year too.

These are good shoe. They are just what I wanted for sloppy Michigan weather. The size runs just a bit large, not quite a half size. That is good because I can wear heavier, warmer socks. They are comfortable and broke in quickly. The sole is very grippy on snow and icy surfaces, plus it is very welled sealed. No problems with puddles. I do have one minor issue, for which I do not blame Zappos. When I recieved them one of the laces was partially cut through, probably pinched somewhere and obviously came that way from the manufacturer. It is holding, but I expect that I will have to replace it soon. One other comment. When my grandson saw I had a pair of Skechers he said, "Cool!"

I have owned this style of Skechers for 13 years (Mariner), and I paid nearly the same price. Received them in 3 days. And will probably never drive to buy shoes again. Zappos is the best place for a non shopper to buy shoes.
