My first pair of Birkenstocks. Love them - I am wearing them for a good, supportive sandal that I can wear with warm socks. This will not be my last pair.

Arizona Soft Footbed - This is my first pair of Birkenstocks and I love the soft footbed. Much easier on the more sensitive foot. I exchanged the suede pair for the nubuck leather and like it much better. Same soft feel but stiffer. The customer service was terrific. I got the regular width and it fits like a wide width pair of shoes. The size is true also. You won't go wrong with this pair.

Birks are best for those with leg problems - The shoes run true to size, are extremely comfy and best of all are well balanced and help me walk with my bum leg.

Flashback to the 70's - I wore these shoes for over 15 years and I don't remember why I stopped because these shoes are wonderful to my feet. I slipped them on the minute they arrived and haven't worn another shoe since. It didn't seem I needed much break in time and I can walk all day with them without feeling any foot fatigue. These are especially wonderful because I work on cement floors and the footbed gives even support from toe to heal and the soft footbed makes me feel as if I'm wearing slippers!

Very comfy - I have problems with my feet, and have hard wood floors in my house. These shoes give me support and comfort. My only regret is that I waited so long to get a pair! I have medium width feet, but got a narrow, and they fit perfectly.

Always pleased w/ Birkenstock - I needed another pair of Arizonas as my first pair is becoming very tattered (after about 15 yrs). I absolutely love the fit and comfort of a Birkenstock. The quality and workmanship is consistent, the second pair of Arizonas is as well put together and comfortable as the first with little or no breaking in for me.

Awesome sandals - My first pair of Birks and I have no complaints. They form to your foot and feel awesome. They feel to your feet as if they are shoes, but are sandals. The dark color looks great with jeans.

True comfort - This soft footbed is much better than the regular footbed in that there is no break-in time. I slipped these sandals on my feet and they felt so comfortable. I got the narrow width and glad that I did because they fit just like a medium width. This Arizona cashmere is a very neutral color, am going to try the soft footbed in a suede color next. As always the customer service at zappos is outstanding!

Love them - finally got the right size - I've been buying Birks for years. I finally realized that I needed the narrow width and this is the first pair that truly fits the best!

Birkenstock Arizona Soft Footbed - My job requires that I am on my feet all day...and in order to not have aching knees and hips, I need a good arch support...these shoes do the trick....I have been wearing Birkenstocks now for 27 years....and the soft footbed is an added bonus. In the beginning I felt I had to change my wardrobe to wear things that looked ok with the Birks, but now I'm happy with those choices as well. I am 60 years old, and my feet look like those of a much younger person....I think it's because I stopped wearing high heels, and shoes for fashion a long time ago...and started wearing shoes for comfort and well-being...Birks... I can take the grandkids to Disney and walk all day with them, including standing in long lines, and still have no problems with my feet...I am a fan!

I love my Birkenstocks! Birkenstocks are the best sandals in the world! I wear a size 6 1/2 and a 37 fit me perfectly. They're super comfortable. I wear mine with and without socks.

Zappos experience - Shoes arrived the day after I ordered; they are what I wanted. They are comfortable and provide good support. Zappos recommendation that I order a narrow for a medium width was good advice.

Both my boyfriend and I wear Birks-we love them. This is the 2nd pair he's purchased. They are extremely comfortable and have a lot of support. They do take a bit to get used to - a little stiff at first, but they do soften up.

Very Comfortable Birkenstock - I purchased these sandals as a recommendation from my foot doctor. These sandals have been great and my feet feel wonderful in them. It took several pairs before the sizing worked out (Thank you Zappos!) but I eventually got it right. The narrows were to narrow and the regular was too wide. I settled with the regular and I punched an extra hole for tightness. It took about 1 week to break them in and then they were perfect. I would definitely buy from Zappos again! Planning to purchase another pair from Zappos for the winter. Great sandal!!! Not crazy about the look but they truly are the most comfortable sandals/shoes I have ever worn. Thanks Zappos!

The best you will have - After searching shoe after shoe I have found gold! I have had ankle fusion and several operations before that also metatarsal nerve op. well now I have suffered with plantar fasciitis bout gave up, but my surgeon said he wears Birkis so thought I would give them a try. Could not believe the difference. That is what I have been wearing since they arrived. Plan on getting several pair and throwing away about a zillion foot pads! Thanks Zappos, you are great best place to shop fast and easy service. Also got some Maryjanes by Earth, also very good!!!

Comfortable - The straps were too loose and needed to be tightened beyond the holes provided.

Great for Plantar’s Fasciitis - This is an amazingly comfortable and supportive shoe. The position of the footbed, combined with the way it supports the sole of my foot, almost completely relieve the pain of my plantar fasciitis. With the cushioned insole, I can walk in it all day without pain.

Comfort! These sandals were so worth the wait. My size wasn't available right away but Zappos notified me when they were available and of course with their overnight shipping they were here in no time! They were comfortable from the moment I put them on. Wore them for an extended period of time for the first time and no blisters. I would recommend the soft footbed over the regular ones. I tried those first and ended up sending them back. These are great!

This is the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn! I loved my old Birkenstock Arizona sandals, but these Soft Footbed ones just rock. They're comfortable, supportive and springy fresh out of the box. I wear them all the time for just hanging out and short walks. I don't know about really long athletic walks though, because I prefer my high top sneakers for that.

Love this shoe! I am 60 years old and have worn this shoe for years and years. My puppy recently chewed on them, so I have just replaced two pairs of the Birkenstock Arizona soft footbed. They are comfortable and wide enough in the toebox. I have had several foot operations over the years and always come back to this sandal for comfort. I only wish the soft footbed came in other colors!

Great for Plantar Fasciitis! If you have plantar fasciitis, or just tired feet, please consider these shoes. They are not the most trendy-looking shoes but your feet will thank you! Birkis especially work well if your arch is on the normal to higher side. The soft footbed is EVEN better than regular Birkenstocks- I have been wearing them almost daily for a year and the foot beds are still soft. (Wore regular Birkenstocks for 20 years before that.) I only wish Birkenstocks made steel toed boots so I could wear them at work too!

Birkenstock's Arizona Soft Footbed delivers - I find this sandal to be very comfortable - as much as the custom orthotics in my walking shoes. The footbed is easy on the feet and the support is where I want it to be. I, like others, eventually needed to punch extra holes in the straps because they stretched. I thought the width was just a tad narrow to be called a wide version of the sandal. I would buy Birkenstock Soft Footbed sandals again.

Birkenstock soft foot beds - Bought for my daughter with Down Syndrome--very pronated (not flat) feet (rolls in). They support better than other sandals I have gotten for her, but if you really need custom arch supports (which she does), these are no substitute...We like them for hot days and short walks--she sears walking shoes with her arch supports most of the time.

Well satisfied - I just received my first pair of Birkies in the mail today. I think I've found a new favorite pair of footwear!! They feel comfortable, right out of the box, and the foot bed feels very natural. Zappos should be commended too, on their speedy delivery. I'll be bookmarking Zappos for my future footwear needs, that's for sure!

Love this shoe! From the moment I took them out of the box and placed them on my feet it was love. They are so comfortable and cute. These shoes are the reason why I will be a devoted Birkie for life.
