Quick and Easy - I hate shoe shopping. This is great!

My dad says Birkenstocks rock! I sent my Dad these shoes for his birthday. He has thanked me three times, and told me how much he loves them. They last for years and are well worth the price!

My husband really likes his birthday present. I bought him this sandal in Mocha Suede. He typically wears 10.5 wide, and size 44 (11-11.5) regular in this sandal fit him perfectly. The adjustable straps are a plus. Zappos customer service is great!

These shoes were for my son. He says they are the most comfortable shoes he's ever worn. And, they came in ONE day.

As comfortable as ever - I bought my first pair or these about 13 years ago and I have worn them every summer since. I figured after 13 years it was time to replace them. They are just as great, but love the new soft footbed.

So Comfortable! I have always loved Birkenstocks, but traded them in for fancier footwear after college. Recently, I started having some ankle swelling from sitting at a desk all day and decided that my fancy shoes weren't helping. I needed a comfortable shoe to wear and immediately thought of Birkenstocks. I have been wearing them at my desk and around the house and they feel great. I've also had so many complements on them and lots of my friends now want to get a pair as well. You can't go wrong with Birkenstocks if comfort is what you are after! I usually wear a 9.5 and the 40 fits me perfectly, although they are a little wider than I remember. Maybe I bought the narrow size before.

Stopped my heel pain - I was suffering with heel pain for at least a year and a half. I tried everything, including those stupid expensive Good Feet inserts, and nothing worked until I started wearing these Birkenstocks exclusively. People make fun of me all the time for wearing sandals and socks, but I don't care because my feet don't hurt anymore!!!

Softer support - I love the support of Birkenstocks but found that my feet felt a bit beat up by the soles. I discovered the soft footbeds first with the Boston’s and now with the Arizona’s; they are perfect. I get all the support I need and the bottom of my foot feels better. There are more and more sandals with the soft footbed and everyone should try one, they're great!

As always, perfect! Both the Birkenstock's and Zappos were perfect. These revamped soft footbed Arizona's replaced the old version. I wear mine out every two years (I have no idea how so many people keep them forever). I don't mind replacing them or the cost because they've been a staple for me for so long. There is no break in time (for me, anyhow) though I was concerned that the new footbed would be a problem. It wasn't. Same size as always and a perfect fit. Now I just need the same in Nubuck. By the way, Zappos is the only place offering a choice of regular or narrow (I need regular), as well as choice of color. You cannot beat free ship both ways, either, and, to top it off, they overnighted them to me. If you've never tried Birkenstock's, these should be where you start, and if you've never tried Zappos, once you do, you'll never shop anywhere else!

So comfortable I love my pair. I’ve had them for years and they haven't fallen apart.

Great Birk! I have a long narrow foot so ordered these in narrow and they fit perfectly. Absolutely love these!

Best sandals ever - I've been wearing Birks for decades. The "soft footbed" option makes an already comfy shoe even more so. If your feet are normal width, order the "narrow" width.

Comfort - My first pair of birkenstocks. I tried twice before and didn't like them, but I finally found the soft foot Birkie. It's comfortable enough to stand on my feet for a long time. Since my feet get cold, I will now focus on a closed pair. (I live in the northeast.)

Completely satisfied - My order arrived very quickly. I gave the look of the shoe a "3" only because I never liked the look of these shoes; hence, this is my first pair. I was desperate for comfort, though, and when my manicurist told me that she has the same foot problems as I do, and the Birkenstock soft footbed shoe resolved all of her issues, then I ignored my bias about the look of the shoe, and took a chance. I'm very happy with my decision.

Waited too long - I've worn Birkenstocks for awhile and finally got my husband to try a pair. I recommended the soft footbed because there is no break-in period. He loves them and says emphatically he wishes he had tried them sooner.

Perfect - They are my second pair. And leave it to Zappos to get me a great price. Happy as always.

My first pair of Birkenstocks. Love them - I am wearing them for a good, supportive sandal that I can wear with warm socks. This will not be my last pair.

Arizona Soft Footbed - This is my first pair of Birkenstocks and I love the soft footbed. Much easier on the more sensitive foot. I exchanged the suede pair for the nubuck leather and like it much better. Same soft feel but stiffer. The customer service was terrific. I got the regular width and it fits like a wide width pair of shoes. The size is true also. You won't go wrong with this pair.

Birks are best for those with leg problems - The shoes run true to size, are extremely comfy and best of all are well balanced and help me walk with my bum leg.

Flashback to the 70's - I wore these shoes for over 15 years and I don't remember why I stopped because these shoes are wonderful to my feet. I slipped them on the minute they arrived and haven't worn another shoe since. It didn't seem I needed much break in time and I can walk all day with them without feeling any foot fatigue. These are especially wonderful because I work on cement floors and the footbed gives even support from toe to heal and the soft footbed makes me feel as if I'm wearing slippers!

Very comfy - I have problems with my feet, and have hard wood floors in my house. These shoes give me support and comfort. My only regret is that I waited so long to get a pair! I have medium width feet, but got a narrow, and they fit perfectly.

Always pleased w/ Birkenstock - I needed another pair of Arizonas as my first pair is becoming very tattered (after about 15 yrs). I absolutely love the fit and comfort of a Birkenstock. The quality and workmanship is consistent, the second pair of Arizonas is as well put together and comfortable as the first with little or no breaking in for me.

Awesome sandals - My first pair of Birks and I have no complaints. They form to your foot and feel awesome. They feel to your feet as if they are shoes, but are sandals. The dark color looks great with jeans.

True comfort - This soft footbed is much better than the regular footbed in that there is no break-in time. I slipped these sandals on my feet and they felt so comfortable. I got the narrow width and glad that I did because they fit just like a medium width. This Arizona cashmere is a very neutral color, am going to try the soft footbed in a suede color next. As always the customer service at zappos is outstanding!

Love them - finally got the right size - I've been buying Birks for years. I finally realized that I needed the narrow width and this is the first pair that truly fits the best!
