Great shoe - The soft footbed worked great for me. The sizing was right...you need the narrow for women usually wearing a medium width. I have a little problem with my feet but nothing to do with the shoes...I'm satisfied.

Wonderful - I loved these shoes from the moment I tried them on. Most comfortable shoes around. No break-in period. Would advise anyone to purchase.

Fourteen year-old granddaughter loves them! She asked me for some Birks for Christmas - apparently they are the thing to wear in the group she hangs out with at high school. She loves them, wears them without socks, even when it's snowing. She says they are too comfortable to wear anything else, if she has the choice.

Comfort for Plantar Fasciitis - I've had plantar fasciitis for the last 3 years+ and I have tried all sorts of regular inserts, custom made inserts, special running shoes, taping the feet, icing, rolling foot over the ball, cortisone shots etc. Nothing seems to keep my foot pain under control as good as these sandals+ daily stretching. I highly recommend these. Don’t be disappointed because initially (~ a week) they feel very hard on the feet. Then they miraculously mold to your feet and feel so comfy.

Wearing these for years - A podiatrist suggested this sandal years ago and I've been wearing them ever since, as a slipper. They are wonderful and comfortable.

Jesuit - I have been wearing a similar pair of sandals for nearly five years. It was a pleasant surprise to find this new pair serve the same purpose but with comfort and support. I clearly need to pay more attention to my feet!

Not like the original - This shoe is much more comfortable than the original Birkenstock. The arch support is just enough.

Bought these Birkenstocks and thought I would try the soft footbed out. I absolutely love them. They fit great and are super comfortable. Had a pair of the old hard footbeds and they were great too but took a long time to wear in. These felt great from day one.

Comfort Rules - I bought this shoe for my husband who has never worn sandals before. He said he couldn't find any that were comfortable. He loves this shoe! That says it all!

I own two pairs of Birkenstocks, one of them the Arizona and I like them because they are so easy to slip on to walk around the house and the yard. When my dad, who is recovering from a stroke, could not wear other sandals, either because they were hard to put on or because they were too sloppy and may precipitate a fall, I bought him a pair of Arizonas. He loves them for their comfort and function, too. I have to comment on Zappos' service, which is extraordinary. I ordered the shoes at around 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday. The shoes arrived via UPS at 5:00 the next morning. My husband says it was like it was magic.

Great shoes!!! I am a teacher nearing retirement age. I will be on my feet 8 hours/day for the next 9 months and I will wear these shoes EVERY one of those school days. My feet will not hurt when my work day is over!

A fine sandal with maximum comfort. Sometimes they slip off, so I suppose I should tighten them. My last pair lasted 11 years but they were falling apart and my mom threw them out, unbeknownst to me.

Love this shoe - This is my second pair. I wore my other ones out in a year. I have trouble with foot pain, but these shoes help a lot. I even walk and jog in them sometimes! Thanks for carrying such a great shoe.

Arizona is a great Birkenstock classic. However, I prefer the regular footbed. The soft footbed feels a bit odd to me and added a bit of instability to my foot.

Birkenstock’s Arizona Soft Footbed - The fastest delivery I’ve ever experienced anywhere! The shoe is taking some time to get used to as it is not as pliable as I’m used to. Great arch support.

These fit in width, and I wear a double wide shoe. I find they have very good arch support and the soft footbed made them much more comfortable than Birkenstocks I had tried in the past. They look like Birkenstocks, which is not my favorite style; however, now that I have one foot that overpronates and one foot that requires arch support, I must sacrifice cute for sturdy and "good for me." I wear either an 8.5 or 9, depending on the shoe. I ordered both the 39 and 40, and the 40 was a bit better in hitting my arch and the "under the toe bump" than the 39. They are comfortable, but I do not wear them for anything other than around the town.

Fits like a Birkenstock - I like these sandals a lot, but I can't really tell the difference between this foot bed and the standard one. Still a fantastic sandal though.

Birkenstocks Arizona Soft Footbed - I absolutely love these shoes! They are super comfortable and they fit my feet perfectly! I tried three other pairs of shoes before I ordered the Birkenstock ASF's and ZAPPOS return policy was great! I'm so glad I discovered ZAPPOS!

A classic comfortable sandal that never goes out of style. Very true to size. Perfect for wider feet.

Comfy - Great improvement over the regular footbed. Birks are such a good investment, they last for years. The dye in the black suede colored my feet returned them at customer service recommendation but the replacement pair did the same. It stops after a couple weeks. Love the wideness of the regular. Zappos is the greatest!

New and Improved! I had retired my regular Arizona’s (owned for 11+ years) a few months back because they were just too hard to walk in. I found after getting rid of them that I really couldn't live without them, so I tried a pair with the soft footbed. Angels sang when I put them on my feet. I'm so glad that I gave these a try because I'm really a Birkenstock kinda gal.

Nothing finer... Have owned Birkenstocks in various styles, but Arizona Soft footbed is by far my favorite. I wore my last pair for 6 yrs and had to replace them because there's nowhere locally I could go to have new soles put on. However, with soft bed, you don't have to go through the break in period. These are the best!!!

Three little words...I LOVE THEM - I have worn Birkenstock for several years due to a chronic case of plantar fasciitis. Birkenstock appears to be the only shoe that actually supports my weight and my arches enough to make the pain bearable. The only problem with regular Birks is that sometimes just the hardness of the footbed leaves me with corns and calluses that bother me. When I saw the soft footbed of Arizonas and read some of the feedback, I decided to try it myself. I received them yesterday and in three words I LOVE THEM. The soft footbed is the crowning glory on a great shoe. It gives some padding to the foot as it supports them with the original construction. I don't think I will ever buy a regular Birkenstock again. I just hope this softness lasts for as long as the shoe does! My one CON would be that the shoe felt a smidge shorter than my original Arizonas do but I can live with that. I don't think I would want to jump up a size, they just feel a touch shorter.

I love Birks! I cannot believe how fabulous the new soft footbed feels! Zappos has fast, fast shipping and they are the ONLY ones on the net with the regular width! I am soooo happy with these shoes. I suffer from plantar fasciitis in both feet and in just a day, my feet feel better! Fabulous job Zappos!
