Love Birkenstock sandals. Zappos.com has them for the same price as stores but they bring them to you with free shipping and returns.

Yes, these shoes are a little expensive but quality always comes at a price and baby these shoes rock. The fit is great and Zappos gets them to you fast and we'll packaged. I would definitely buy this shoe again and I recommend them highly.

Beautiful sandals! a word of caution, they run 1 size too big. make sure you heel is fitting snug into the heel cup or you'll walk right out of them. I wear them a little at a time, you need to break them in!

If you have ever had or wanted a pair of Birkenstocks, I believe the Arizona with soft footbed is the best option. I also recommend the oiled leather (or just leather) as it seems to mold and conform to your feet super fast. I hate wearing anything else now. I will say - go to the Birkenstock website -look at the pictures of how they should fit and then go try on at any store that sells them to find the right size. Most people buy them too big. In Brooks running shoes which run pretty true to size on the metal tool I wear a 10 - in Birkenstocks I wear an 8 - that's a big difference, but getting the right size is super important for birks. I also have to give a big shout out to Bob in CS at Zappos - you were awesome helping me with my gift card! Thank you.

After years of waffling back and forth on whether I wanted to jump onto the Birkenstock bandwagon, and with my husband trying to convince me as well, I finally went for it and am glad I did. I first purchased a pair of non soft footbed sandals, but the narrow fit was too narrow. Through Zappos' excellent customer service, I was able to exchange the pair for a regular width. But then the pair I received had different color finishes on each sandal, making one look much darker than the other. So I called Customer Service again to exchange, but then went ahead and paid the difference to get the sandals with the soft footbed. Oooh soo nice -- one can tell the difference on the softness of this footbed, which is helpful for my flexible feet. The breaking-in period has not been so bad with the soft footbed. Really appreciated Zappos Customer Service, bearing with my neurosis through this purchase!

I've had several pair of Birkenstocks, and traditionally wear a size 39. But, with this style a regular 39 was too wide. A size 40 narrow provided the best fit. (I tried a 39 narrow and it was too short). I'm a consistent size 9 in most shoes. This is my first pair with a soft footbed. (I thought it was only something my mom needed!) It is awesome. I live in my Birks during the summer and the extra comfort is going to be great for chasing a toddler around. Just an FYI--I have never considered myself to have a narrow foot. So this style might run wide.

These are my new summer go to shows! Super comfortable and supportive. The leather has a slightly distressed look. These go great with a lot of outfits. Would buy again!

In the past, I've owned 2 pair of these, size 43, I wear a size 10.5 in everything else. 43 is too big for me, length and width. This time around I bought a 42 narrow, the narrow was too narrow for me, but the length was just right. So I sent them back; Zappos is awesome at returns... And ordered a 42 Reg width. Finally have a pair of Birkenstocks that fit me perfectly. So, for me they run big. Also, spend the extra $10 or so for the soft foot bed, we'll worth it. My "felt a full size larger and wider than marked" is based that I'm a 10.5 foot, but had to go with the size 42.

I absolutely love them. It took a day or so to break them in but it was so worth it. The narrow fit made all the difference for me. Having owned birks before, the two strap like these ones, the width was was too big and they never fit right. So I was hesitant about getting another pair. These ones fit like a glove and I'm so happy I gave them another try.

This is my fourth pair of Birkenstocks and my fourth online purchase from Zappo's. The sandals are terrific as always and my experience with Zappo's was equally terrific! I have purchased other shoes from Zappo's and have had great experiences each time. Highly recommend Zappo's as an online source for your shoes!

Excellent and comfortable. A relief for problem feet like mine. Birkenstock Arizona sandals are my around-the-house footwear. The fit is reliable, construction reliable, look is classic. Soft footbeds make Birkenstocks even more comfy.

These are perfect! I bought them for an upcoming vacation. I bought a 39 regular, I wear a size 9. My feet are a little on the narrow side, but these are not too wide for me.

This is my favorite Birkenstock style. I have been wearing it for several years. I certainly appreciate the excellent service provided by Zappos. Went back and forth trying to find the right fit and color. I finally got my blue Boston style too. Thanks so much to the Zappos team!!

These do take breaking in (a bit stiff, the edges seem hard) but then they do fit like a glove. Also, I feel in love with the tea rose color but after a long summer, with a few rainstorms, it fades quite a bit. But they feel so good, for an old lady with multiple back problems!

Classic Burk. The patent leather is softer than this leather. Takes just a little breaking in. Soft footbed always awesome. Big upgrade from the classic footbed.

This took some time to figure out with the size. I never take a narrow in any shoe but this one. Once I got a narrow, 39 (which is a half size smaller than my measured size of 9) they were perfect! I tend to go down a half size in sandals anyway. Thank you for UPS and Zappos for making my returns/exchanges so easy!

First off Zappos is always number one! We have worn Birkenstocks for years. If you have back, heel, leg, circulation problems, then these shoes are for you! Zappos just makes it easier and more fun to order!

Really the most comfortable sandals I have every worn. I don't want to wear other shoes, these are so comfy. I love the look with jeans/shorts as well. Seem to be a little pricey, but the quality, and comfort as well as style and durability is well worth the money. Highly recommend. You won't have to buy any other sandals.

These are great for short term walks and wearing around the house. I was disappointed that even with the extra cushioning that they did not provide much relief for my plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. I would have liked them to be a little more supportive, but overall a nice sandal and the patent leather makes them look less granola than the suede ones.

These were for my 15 year old daughter who wanted them for her summer in France. They held up great and went with dresses, shorts, jeans, etc. The sizing was a little funny because she normally wears between 6½ and 7½ but in these Birks she is a 5½ (36). We ordered a 36 and 37 but the 37 was too big. She has wide feet but the 36 still fit better. She is still wearing them well into fall. Oh, and getting them in black patent made her feel like they conformed to her sense of style (better than the brown suede ones that everyone else is wearing). These will last her a long time.

This review is for men with narrow feet. I am a AAA across the balls of my feet and AAAA at the heel. I ordered these sandals in the narrow size and they fit very well--to my great surprise. For those of us who find it nearly impossible to find casual footwear in a narrow size, these are great!

Zappos usual magical delivery. I ordered one afternoon and they showed up the next morning. Impressive. The shoes are great for tender feet. More cushion is more better for me. Just the thing for sore pigs.

I'm a total newbie to Birkenstocks and had to purchase and return a few pairs to get the fit just right. And boy, was it worth the effort! I practically lived in these all summer long and am bummed that there isn't a pair I can rock for the fall and winter. Virtually zero break in time. And the adjustable straps were a life saver as my feet can occasionally swell, and by simply adjusting the strap, I can continue on with my day with no discomfort.
