Have been looking online for Arizona style Birks and finally chose Zappos based on their policies and customer reviews. The shoes fit correctly right out of the box. Really wanted the brushed leather in tobacco color but it appears those are not made anymore with the soft foot bed and in my size and narrow width. The size chart helped me make the right choice for fit.

These are perfect and true to size. I usually wear 7.5 to 8 but usually in sandals go with 8...which I did with these and they fit perfect! I love the color, so versatile! Love them!!!

Great sandals. I ordered the wrong size the first time, called Zappo's, and they shipped a new size immediately - before I'd even returned the first pair. Love the sandals.

Glad I paid a visit to the Birkenstock retail store before making this purchase. Typically wear 9/9.5 and assumed that would be a 42 based on their sizing charts. The salesperson put me into a 41 which fits nicely. Have very wide feet and the 'regular' width accommodates. Some initial stiffness in the leather straps which are softening with use. The 'iron' color is great. A muted brown that blends well with the darkness of the sole and the lightness of the footbed. Very happy with the color.

Purchased these for my husband to wear as house shoes during his recovery from surgery. They are his second pair of Birkenstocks, and he loves them. He wore his first pair for three years. Very pleased with this purchase and will definitely purchase from Zappos again.

Birkenstocks, as long as you buy the right size, are always comfortable and these gray Arizona's are no exception, especially with the extra padding! Zappos was super fast with delivery and arrived when the shipping company said it would!

I now own five pairs of Birks. If I could wear them all day every day I would. I have both the normal and soft foot bed. I prefer the soft more but I wear both. I even talked my wife into getting a pair after two years because I praise them so much. She doesn't "appreciate" the look. She now enjoys hers. I own Chacos, Oluki, and Naots. All are great. However, Birks hold a special place in my heart. They have best arch support for my feet. Zappos rules!

Great sandal and excellent Birkenstock quality. My right foot is about a fourth of an inch longer than the left, so the right sandal was a tad too short. So I need to return. Trying to decide if the next size up would be TOO big. I'm the person that almost needs to buy two pair of shoes to fit each foot perfectly. I often wished you could buy single shoes in the size you need for each foot, but then maybe not very many people have my problem. I love the black leather. Very comfortable too! I've never had Birkenstocks but I'm determined to get a pair yet this summer. I'm not a thong person, so the Arizona would be my choice.

I bought these in tobacco for my husband, and he loves them. Super comfy and they have a vintage look.

You have to commit to the break in period, but after that they're the most comfortable sandals ever. My last pair lasted over 6 years.

These Birks are great out of the box. My husband has wide feet and nothing fits like Arizonas.

I have the flattest misaligned feet possible. These are taking some time for my left foot to adjust. But I must say that my sciatica pain is completely gone when I wear these.

I would order from Zappos any day. This was my first order, and I ordered the wrong size. I called customer service the day that I received my Birkies. The very pleasant woman overnighted the correct size! I was not charged for shipping. Amazing!

This is my second pair of soft footbed Birkis. First pair was/is suede, and there was basically no breaking I needed. I got these, because the first pair is now 12 years old, and need to be reworked so I can keep wearing them. I decided to get the leather ones this time, and everything was great right out of the box, except for the edge of the leather where it hits my toes. It took a few wears and some hand manipulation to soften it up, but after 2 weeks, they are also perfect!

Great fit, great color. All around great experience. I ordered a 39 (I'm a women's 8.5) and they fit perfectly.

When I know what shoe I want and the size, I always go to Zappo first. Their prices are always competitive, they have a great selection and their service is incredibly fast. Also, they mean it when they say that returns are free. I cannot recommend them enough.

These shoes are my go-to. Since I got them, I've worn them every single day. I would highly recommend them! Normally I'm a size 9, but I got a 8-8.5 size (Euro-size 39) and they fit like a glove. Even if I didn't like them, I could return them for free and get another pair. For free! That's why Zappos will always be my #1.

I'm very particular about how my shoes fit. I normally go through many pairs before I'm happy and comfortable. 1st pair I bought were my regular size 9-9.5. Way too big. Ordered 8-8.5 fit perfectly. My toes fell right in place. Stays on effortlessly when I walk.

I am a Birkenstock addict. I slipped my feet into these beautiful Arizonas and it was a wonderful comfortable fit. I have foot issues, and so there are not a lot of brands that I can wear. They are so comfortable. I can wear them for hours with nary a pain. They are beautiful. The quality is excellent. I have these Arizosna in black, and they are showing wear, so I am going to have them repaired, so it is like getting a new pair. The cork and sole of the shoes can be easily repaired to make these shoes last for years. This is hands down, my favorite brand of shoes. I love them.

I've been wearing Birkenstocks for years but this is my first soft footbed pair. Compare to the usual footbed, the soft footbed is much more comfortable and feels like it offers more support. The upper leather is soft and smooth enough that I was able to wear the sandals all day from the beginning without getting any blisters. Style wise, my feet look narrower in Gizeh style which gives more feminine look.
