I have the EXACT same shoes in another color. They fit, these are too wide. And these are big and bulky, whereas the gray is NOT. Returned.

Bought these thinking, "well, they are ugly but they will be comfortable" but I was wrong. I work 12+ hour days standing on my feet and these shoes are not comfortable all. Disappointing waste of $67.

7.5 N. My heel slipped out with every step. The toe box was a good width, but ran a little short and my toe hit the end of the shoe. Very cute shoe and I liked the look, just a poor fit for me.

I ordered a narrow size, which always works with Zappo footwear. This one was marked narrow, but it is NOT a narrow by any means. If you wear a narrow size, stay away from this one. It was disappointing and I had been counting on this one!

I have worn this shoe for years with my custom orthodics. I have recently ordered several different pairs in the same size and now I have trouble fitting the orthodics in the shoes and I experienced knee pain. I ordered a half of size up but still experienced knee pain. I couldn't figure out what was wrong until I looked at the country that made them. They were made in China and now are made in Vietnam. I am sad that my favorite hoe no longer works for me.

I have worn a size 5 for nearly 50 years...this was no size 5 in length or width, even though the box says size 5!

These are nice looking shoes, however they totally did not fit. The length was fine, but there is zero arch support. Not only that, from the top of my foot by the toe area, there is a gap of over an inch to the the inside of the shoe causing the shoe to collapse in the front. I looks terrible from the outside. There is nothing you can do to fix it, the leather is already bending and cracking. I am totally disappointed. This was quite a bit of money down the drain.
