I love these! These are great shoes all around. This is my second pair--the first I have had for years and they are still great.

Great Sneaker - I have always worn New Balances, but not this kind. I once saw this similar style on a male friend of mine and he said that they were great. So a few months later I decided to get them on your website. I am so glad because they might have been the best shoe purchase yet. As a lifter, they also provide excellent stability and arch support! Thank you!

NB992 still great! I have owned three pairs of NB991 running shoes and thought I'd try the 992 when my last pair started showing signs of wear. I didn't think it was possible, but they were even better than the 991s. They are comfortable and supportive and very durable. I guess they are not the most exciting running shoe ever, but I think they actually look really good with most everything I wear them with. I am not a big runner, but I walk a lot and wear them just as a casual shoe. My husband and all of my kids have owned and loved NB991s and I imagine will continue getting this shoe as long as they can (or whatever model happens to be available. FYI, the main thing I noticed about the difference between the 992 and the 991 that I had before is that the heel sticks out further in the back - I guess for more support. I thought the shoe was bigger at first, but then realized it is just the heel piece.

New Balance W992 - I am very happy with the shoe. I have trouble fitting my feet and 992 was a good choice. The service was great and I will definitely order again.

Perfect Sneaker - I just wore them running for the first time and they felt so good I was almost willing to run extra :-). They are perfect sneakers for anyone. Not too narrow or wide, perfect support. My dad has super-wide feet and mine are normal, so i always assumed that since he wore this brand they were only for huge feet, but they fit me perfectly. Thanks!

Great Shoe! I love this shoe! It has great support, and is the perfect shoe for my power walks. It has taken a little time to break mine in, but I think I am borderline narrow - my foot is not as narrow as some, which probably explains the break in period. Next time I will order the regular width. I highly recommend this shoe for serious walkers. I did have to order a half size smaller than I have worn in other New Balance models. A+++

SO SO SO Comfy! My feet are flat and so finicky, but I have never in my life worn shoes this comfortable. Between the arch support and the cushioning of the shoe, I am one of the happiest girls ever. New Balance has never let me down.

A shoe your feet will love - Although more expensive than most New Balance models, this shoe keeps my feet more comfortable than any other I own.

I have hard to fit feet and it is always a challenge to find work out shoes that fit and feel comfortable. New Balance definitely delivers both! The shoes have solid support and cushioning. Zappos service is stellar as usual. You just can't get a better deal anywhere else.

Best shoes I've ever worn - I've been wearing New Balance shoes for about 20 years and this model, like all the others I've had, is wonderful. Fit is true with plenty of toe room. These shoes feel like they're walking for me and I could go on forever.

Good shoe - I ordered my New Balance shoes and love them! They are just what I needed for my heel pain problems when walking. I did put an extra arch support in the shoe under the foot bed, but that is only because I need the extra support. For the "normal support" person the shoe without the support is good.

EXCELLENT LONG RUN, AND MARATHON SHOE - Just ran 14 miles this morning. Looks like this will be my marathon shoe. Run 2-3 marathons per year. Have been running for 22 yrs, and first time I tried N/B shoes, Very surprised, on how good this shoe felt. I’M AN older runner, weight 168 lbs. Weight of shoe was no problem.

NB W992 - My doctor recommended this particular model of New Balance. I can wear them all day and not know I have shoes on! Very comfortable and my knees and hips do not hurt.

Good shoes. Excellent stability. Felt a little narrower at first but were good after break in period. Overall a good comfortable shoe worth the money.

NB shoes - I like the look, but I expected the sole of the shoe to be higher. I have a high instep usually shoes with a higher insole would be more comfortable. Maybe I should have ordered running shoes instead of walking. I think that's what I ordered.

Very comfortable and supportive shoe. I only wear New Balance shoes for workouts - hill program on treadmill. This shoe would be too heavy for runners. Before this shoe, I always wore a size 7 in NB; however I had to return for a 6 1/2. I like the shoe so much, I am thinking about ordering in another color.

A great fit! This is a very comfortable shoe. I was pleased with the narrow width although the heel seemed to slip just a little. I decided to give the shoe a chance and now that the shoe is broken in, the fit is perfect and I can walk all day without fatigue.

Great Shoe - Received my shoes fast- Wore them the first day and had to get a little used to them but the second day on they became better and better- no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend them - Great looking shoe also and worth the money! New Balance makes quality shoes - had a pair of running shoes many years ago (over 10) and they wore well too.

Best sneaker around - Most comfortable and reliable. I have bought myself a pair as well as my wife just so I can convince her of the comfort. No complaints yet.

New Balance - Feels like walking on air. I use these for my nursing career. Very roomy, very comfortable.

Best running shoe overall - I have been in the military for 7 years and have always experienced severe leg pain with all the training and running performed almost 4-5 days a week. I have owned the older model for almost 5 months and just bought this pair and ever since then, my running/ endurance has improved due to no more leg pain. I highly recommend these shoes if you need a stability/ comfort shoe. It lets you focus on your workouts and not on pain.

Women's New Balance 992 - Overall, I have been completely satisfied with this shoe for the last 25 years. The pair I received recently though does not seem to fit as snug as my previous tennis shoes. Also,as far as looks, I would like the women's shoe to offer some other colors such as a pretty blue or even pink. The white gets dirty too easily and gets dingy after washing them. I would recommend the shoe to anyone who wants a comfortable and long lasting tennis shoe.

These are almost like the 991, except a bit heavier with a slightly thicker sole. They still have great motion stability and are very comfortable for the avid runner.

Smart looking shoe! I'm a New Balance fan, but this was the first NB sneaker I had to return to Zappos. I never had so much heel slippage before in a NB sneaker, and unfortunately I had to return these. I was impressed by everything else including the stability around the ankle. This is an attractive looking sneaker and it doesn't make your feet look huge. If only there had been additional material in the heel like the NB 840 series and NB 926 sneakers, then I would have kept them. Thank you Zappos for making returns so easy.

One of the Better New Balance Shoes - This is one of the better shoes that New Balance has produced in a few years! Just about the only change that I would want to make is to the variety of color combinations available. The overall comfort of this model is to be compared to going barefoot, if only I could! The durability is fantastic, in that you don't realize that the shoe is worn down until you finally examine the shoes.
