Nice shoe but not narrow enough for those of us with narrow feet.

For me, a great, useful shoe. I like the classic, plain, simple style and because of that, it's versatility. You can dress them up or down; they look good with about everything except evening clothes. I also like that the shoe is handmade, made with all natural materials and that it is not made in China. I wear the shoes at work where I do a moderate amount of walking. Were I to be on my feet all day, this is not the comfort level I would choose. I have some similar Stuart Weitzman suede flats that offer more support. I own the black and a dark blue Laius and they have gotten a lot of use. My two disappointments are that Zappos doesn't have more classic colors of this style in stock, and that the shoe isn't available in non-sueded leather. Taking all of the above into consideration. I'd buy several pair of this shoe if I could. I wear mine all the time.

Just received these shoes ordered in desperation because I couldn't find a comfortable pair of black ballet flats!!! These are SO comfortable! I took the advice of others and ordered a 1/2 size up and they fit perfectly! The top of the shoe comes up higher than most other ballet flats so it doesn't cut in to my bony feet. GREAT shoes!

Beautiful quality shoes. Alas, I am returning them because the shoes curve inward pressing on my big toe and it's painful to walk. Size is perfect. Hopefully I can find an Arche style that is square at the toe

Love the style of the Laius shoe. I wear 10.5/11 and ordered this shoe about one year ago in black patent leather in size 42/11 and the fit was snug. I decided to give the Arche Laius another try and ordered one size larger (43/12) and they were perfect! This shoe (at least in my opinion) are extremely narrow. In regards to the Bronze Cervo Nacre color of this shoe, the color in the photo is not what I received in the mail. The photo depicts a golden bronze color, which is what I wanted. What I received was a brown/bronze color, it almost looked like dark olive. However, I still kept the shoe (almost returned it) because it's pretty and it's a neutral shoe.

Wearing these shoes is like walking on pillows! So comfortable.

Beautiful, comfortable shoe, but overpriced. Also, unfortunately it runs small- their size 12 is at best 11.5 (43 Eur), not a 44 Eur.

These ballet shoes stay comfortably on the foot. They do not gap, and no "toe" look. They are very smart and worth the price.

I tried so many cute ballet flats that would not stay on my foot before breaking down and buying these. I love the simplicity of their design and the beautiful quality. The only problem is that my usual size 40 was too tight and size 41 is loose. I\'m keeping them anyway in hopes that they\'ll work. If I could just get a 40.5 I\'d be tempted to order them in every color.

Great shoe for my high arches. I did not have one problem and I wore them night and day on our vacation. They felt true to size. I wear an 8 1/2 in some shoes and a 9 in others. I am glad I went with the 9 in this shoe.

I bought these shoes to wear at work and on weekends with leggings or a shorter pant. I generally like comfortable shoes, because if my feet are not happy, I cannot be happy.\r\n\r\nI ordered one half size larger than my normal size due to the reviews that I had read. When I received the shoe, it was a little too long. I wonder now if I had ordered my regular size, it it would have fit better. \r\n\r\nThe shoe is nice in appearance, the leather soft and pliable. The only issue that I had about this shoe is the support. The sole is a rubber-y latex material. There is not a tremendous amount of support. I know from previous experience that I after a long day, my feet are happier when they are more supported. So I will be retuning these shoes. \r\n\r\nThey looked nice, and if it weren\'t for the lack of support, I would have worked to find the right size.

I bought these because I wanted shoes that offered the comfort of Fitflops but were aesthetically more appealing. These seemed to fit the bill. I usually wear a 6.5-7 but bought these in a size 6. The straps were tight on the tops of my feet for about 3 days and left cuts. However, the shoes have broken in and are super comfortable. I walked about 30 NYC blocks in them without any problems or aches and pains. I work out regularly so I didn't feel like I was toning or getting a workout.

I was desperate for a good pair of ballet shoes and stumbled on this Arche design. They are perfect! They look very elegant, but most importantly they are extremely, extremely comfortable. They fit very nicely on my 9.5 foot. I know I will be very happy with them and recommend them.

This shoe may seem expensive...until you own a pair! They are just fabulous, I now own 4 pairs. They are very comfortable, gorgeous, and clean up with a damp cloth.

I LOVE these ballet flats! I have been looking for a pair since last summer that would stay on my feet and not slip off my heels. After reading one of the reviews that said they didn't slip on the heel I thought I would give them a try. They are perfect! I wore them all day without a problem. They are the most comfortable ballet flat ever - they are as comfortable as slippers. I wore them with a black dress and they looked great. They will also be perfect to wear with jeans or dress pants. I will be ordering more. I usually wear a size 6 and ordered the 37 - perfect fit.

These shoes are awesome. I ordered this shoe in Paprika -- beautiful. The fit is lovely and they are very flattering to my leg. I balked at first about the $$, but they are totally worth every cent. I did not size up as suggested. I usually take a 9 and so I ordered a 40 - fit feels wonderful.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and fashionable. They fit like a glove from the very first time I slipped them on. They are expensive but worth a splurge! (I do have a narrow foot.)

Wonderful shoe/comfy... and everyone is correct to size this one up. Heading to market and am on my feet all day and this shoe is perfect, and my feet may swell a half a size by the end of the day. Perfect w/ legging, jeans, or short skirt... nothing fancy, just a terrific, comfy shoe! Well-done again, Zappos!

Very comfortable shoe! I was on the wait list for weeks and was so happy when Zappos let me know they had it in my size. It was at my door within 24 hours of my purchase and fits perfectly; this style runs true to size for me. Has the classy & simple look of a little ballet slipper, but is much more comfortable on my foot. Thank you once again, Zappos!

I should have heeded the warning about the narrow toe box. I bought a size up, but my left big toe is painfully squashed. Even my daughter, who wears a slightly smaller shoe, complained about a sore toe. Pity, since it looked good. It is going back.
