Like all Franco Sarto shoes I've tried, these fit well and look very nice. I wear with them dress slacks as well as jeans. Comfortable for a higher heel. Very satisfied.

I love these shoes. I've had my pair for almost 10 years and it is only now that they are starting to look worn. The leather still looks good, however the heel is starting to peel slightly. I think I will be purchasing the shoes again in both black and brown. I use them for job interviews when I have on a pants suit as well as with jeans when I want to dress them up a little. They are comfortable and when I didn't have a car I would even walk to the subway and stand in them for longer periods of time. The heel may be slightly higher than some people are used to, but the shoe is sturdy and well worth the price!

This is a great looking shoe and is perfect for everyday office wear, which is what I bought them for. I did find they ran a bit small and narrow, but after a couple weeks of wear the leather relaxed a little and they fit almost perfectly now. I've always been a fan of Franco Sarto, they are stylish, comfortable, well made and affordable.

These are a great basic work shoe. I've probably owned 3-4 pairs of these over the years & keep coming back to it after others wear out. It's a nice height and works well with slacks or pant suits. I would recommend!

I really like these - they're comfortable and a good height for work. I'm returning them to exchange for a W. I typically wear an 8M - including another pair of FS loafers I own - but these are really narrow for a medium width. The leather is soft and would probably stretch, but that would distort the line of the shoe and not look very good. Overall though, a really good shoe.

This is a very nice basic shoe that can be worn with either slacks or a dress. I have to admit that as of this writing I have not worn them for a full day. I hope they are as comfortable as they look.

Overall I like these shoes. They were just scuffed by winter and my kids and I'm ordering another pair because I like the way they look. They got comfy after a break-in period of about 2 weeks. If they didn't scuff so easily I'd be happier but I guess that is how it goes with shoes.

Good overall loafer for work or with jeans. My rating is short of 5 stars because, well it's a loafer. Comfortable, sturdy, cute, but boring. :)

These shoes are extremely comfortable and true to size. I work 9 hours a day, mostly walking, and my feet were not tired or sore at the end of the day as they are with other shoes. True, they are not the prettiest shoes, but they look professional and comfort is key. Will definitely buy in brown also.

I just got these shoes. They are narrow, and I had to squeeze my feet in (and I have narrower feet), but once worn, they are very comfortable, particularly considering the height of the heels. I have a high arch, and I cannot wear heels without good arch support. In that aspect, these shoes are great. I am a teacher and I am on my feet all day, and they have been quite comfortable so far. The shoes look beautiful, and can be paired either with a skirt or pants.

This was way too wide for me, so I will need ot send it back. I never have this problem, so I don't know if it is the shoe design? Also, I thought this shoe was just OK for the money/ brand, kind of plain and not very stylish.

I got these to replace a similar pair of Franco Sarto shoes that had worn out. I wear them to work for 10 hour days, mostly sitting but at times standing for a few hours or walking up to a mile. They fit well, and they look nice. They aren't the most comfortable shoes I own, but they do the job for a work day.

Classy shoes that can work for many different occasions. I use it as an everyday work shoe because of the comfort.

I had to use a shoe stretcher after trying it on. It was a bit snug from the top pressing down onto the length of the toes. I had room on the tip of the shoe. The cute style: that is why I kept it. I ordered another in brown (same size), and that was loose (used an insert). Wish Franco Sarto Nolan would keep the sizes and width measurements the same. I liked the style so will endure, for this year, the oddity of both pairs of shoes.

Based on other reviews I bought a half size larger in both black and brown. For some reason the brown Shoe was narrower than the black. I am very pleased with the comfort of black and it has a nice heel.

Great everyday shoe. Professional, classic style. Pairs nicely with pants for work and jeans for weekends. I have a narrow heel and wide foot so take that into consideration when reading this. It feels tight around my foot, but comfortable on my heel. With a bit of wearing, they are becoming more comfy. I'm happy with this purchase.

I bought these to replace a pair of Nolan's that were several years old. I usually wear an 8, but I wear a 7.5 in these. They are a little slim, which is good for me because I have narrow heels. They are a good basic work shoe, not too high. They are comfortable to walk and stand in, even run for a plane if you have to. They don't have padding or anything in them, but the soles are kind of rubbery which helps give them some cushioning.

The style, the comfort if not walking, and really everything I loved about the shoe. I had to return them since they were 2.75 high and not 2.5 high and just waking 12 feet in my home hurt the ball of my foot. For just sitting and looking stylish they were perfect. I wish the heal height would have been 1.75 and then they would have been perfect. I usually wear a size 6.5M but on the advice of other reviewers I ordered a 7 Wide and it was a perfect fit.

Very well made shoe. They stretched to my side after wearing them twice. The soles are quiet and long wearing. I am very pleased with this shoe.

The shoe felt okay initially, but the feet started to feel narrow after a while, especially in the front.

They feel a little tight at first and take a few minutes to get into, but loosen up over a few days use and then are super comfortable. These are great everyday work shoes and the heel height is just enough to be stylish without feeling like you've been on your tip-toes all day! Overall a great quality shoe for the style and price.

Very nice looking shoe, but I have a wide foot and can usually fit into a 7W, but these were pretty narrow for a wide shoe.

Fairly comfortable. The shoe is a little high for my standard office wear, and the arch is a little low, but otherwise a good shoe as my arches may be a little higher than others.

These are great basic black shoes. I guess my feet aren't the same width -- the L one fits perfectly and is very comfortable, the R one squeezes my toes extensively. I probably can't wear them anymore, but judging only on my L foot, the shoes are great. (I've never noticed this with other shoes, which is why I even bring it up. Normally pairs fit the same for me L - R.)
