I've used these for several years. They hold up well, but to be expected, start looking bad. I replace periodically, and these were the replacement. These are a good, inexpensive alternative to custom made inserts, and work well for me. I ordered from Zappos and received the next day. Incredible service.

What a great company to shop with. Great products even hard to find items like Birkenstock insoles, and free shipping. Excellent return policy and you can\'t get mugged in the parking lot. I will continue to get my Birky insoles from Zappos, and I love my Naot sandels too.

I've recently become plagued with plantar fasciitis. I had tried another brand of expensive gel type orthotics made in Germany.They were terrible.They balled up when trying to put my foot in my shoe and I couldn't slide my foot in and out of the shoe. I saw these Birkenstock supports, tried them, and I LOVE them. They're small, sturdy, slide right in my shoe (I use them in athletic shoes, currently), and are SUPER comfortable! They've made a huge difference for me. I can walk all over the place without my foot hurting. They're the closest thing I've found to doctor-prescribed orthotics, only much cheaper.

I purchased the unit with the intention to help alleviate arch pains I was having. However, I wore it for a day and found it to be very hard on my feet and might have contributed to other pains felt during the day. I have not worn it since then, due to purchasing another insert which works great. I also purchased a pair of top of the line New Balance which I have not worn and will wear it when I wear the new sneakers.

Great Arch Support - These babies are great to slip into a walking shoe or sneaker for additional support-especially when you are pounding the pavement! The wide width is very comfortable.

Buy these if you have plantar fasciitis - it's certainly worth the effort and expense, particularly if you have been battling the frustrating problem for months and already spent a ton of money. It's been close to a year for me, and I've visited podiatrists, orthopedists, and physical therapists. I ordered these out of desperation, and though it's early, with these insoles and a boot at night (bulky and uncomfortable, but helping the problem), I'm finally getting some relief. I give them 5 stars except for style. I don't know that you can have "style" with orthotics.

These have been the only insert I've found so far to give me relief from a painful ball of foot problem. I wear them in low heels and my flats. I was worried they wouldn't fit in my work/dress shoes but they seem to work in about 80% of them. These give excellent arch support and also alleviate the pressure on the ball of my foot. Highly recommended. I only wish they came in other colors so they weren't so obvious when I slip my shoes off.

GREAT inserts! These are the second pair of arch supports I've ordered like this. I have flat feet and these are very supportive and can be used in many of my shoes. The only reason I gave a 4 for looks was because of the blue color. I would have preferred a more neutral color. All in all, the best "Over the Counter" orthotics you can buy.

Very good product - Good quality, fit inside most flat shoes or boots, give good support, make Bikenstock shoes out of any shoe or boot.

Best Insoles! My wife and I both have the Birkenstock insoles and love them! They turn any shoe into a comfortable, supportive shoe. Same size as regular Birks (sandals clogs etc.)

LOVE MY BIRKENSTOCKS FOOTBEDS - I can't wear the Birkenstock clogs that I love to work due to uniform constraints. These inserts fit right into my loafers and I get the same comfort as when I wear my Birks. This is a great idea for those of us that can't live without our Birks but can't wear them to work.

I love MY Birkenstock Blue Footbed Arch Supports!!!!!!!!!!!! They really make a HUGE difference. I am a repeat customer. This is my second time purchasing them. (I bought the first pair about 8 years ago and they just now needed replacing.) Thank you, Zappos!

Don't expect them to feel like Birkenstocks - I ordered these given the glowing reviews. I have VERY flat feet and expected these to be similar to my Birks. Not at all, the arch is pretty low, the molding in general is good but don't expect good arch support. Even ordered a size bigger to see if that was the problem and finally gave up.

These soles are great especially for those of us who wear Birks and like the support. They have definitely allowed me to wear shoes that I have had difficulty wearing before. My only complaint is the color- which stands out against darker colored shoes. But, they are well worth the investment!

I have very bad plantar fasciitis in the left foot and a friend of mine told me about these inserts. WOW! Never paid that much for an orthotic, but decided it was worth it if it worked. I am extremely pleased with these shoe inserts. It has eased the pain tremendously. Now, I feel there is hope for this tendon to mend.

Birkenstock Blue Footbed Arch Support - I always thought that I had a problem with my arch, it turns out that having the correct heel support improves my ability to walk and work on my feet. I must have at least 35 different arch insoles in my closet; none work as good as Birkenstocks insoles (including two "made to measure" $400.00+ insoles). Wonderful arch support - I've worn custom-made orthotics and several over-the-counter inserts etc. and have always had foot problems/discomfort. Henceforth, the Birkenstock have been the very best. The narrow-width seems to be a huge plus for my foot type and they don't take up as much room in the shoe toe-box. Very impressive insert. I'm thrilled to find them at Zappos,

Blue footbed heeled - Zappos does not offer a full size range in this product, BUT it is the single most wonderful thing I have ever worn next to custom cowboy boots. This foot bed prevents your foot from sliding forward due to lack of arch support and I have four pairs of the style for heels since I only wear one heel height. It works in shoes that are worn, and in new shoes. I found it comfortable in pumps and in my wedges. Nice light blue color of anti-microbial silk does not always blend into skin or shoe interior color.

Birkenstock Arch Support - I purchased this arch support for my husband. He has several pairs of them for his shoes. He finds they make his shoes much more comfortable and gives him the support he requires. He has even gotten his mother using them in her shoes and she too is very pleased with the comfort and support they have given her, she has very wide feet. So, if you are looking for a little extra support and comfort, I wouldn't hesitate in purchasing these.

I can't be without them! A small price to pay for excellent support and comfort.

Footbed arch supports are helping! I have been wearing them quite a bit in my boots, and my plantar fasciitis does seem to be getting better. Definitely worth the money!

Excellent Support and Comfort - After reconstructive foot surgery on my left foot, Birkenstocks and running shoes are the only footwear I can wear. Birks are so comfortable for me that I decided to get their arch supports. I find the Blue Footbed more comfortable than and as supportive as my custom made orthotics. I have a narrow foot (AA). It was suggested by Birkenstocks that I get the medium width in this support. Narrow is for an extremely narrow foot. The length of the support perfectly matches my normal Birkenstock size. Thank you, Zappos for outstanding service.

Plantar Fasciitis - I bought these to see if they would help with my PF. They are similar to the inserts my podiatrist gave me. They aren't as thick as those so they feel better in my shoes. Not as good as regular Birks but only time will tell if they help. Excellent service from Zappos as usual!

Birkenstock inserts - I have heel pain and ordered these to see if they would work better than my orthotics from my doctor. I haven't found them to be without pain like I had hoped, but I am still going to try to make them work and wear them a little bit at a time.

Plantar Fasciitis - These arch supports seem to be healing my Plantar Fasciitis.
