I had my doubts when I ordered these supports that they would fit in the intended shoes, but they did! They fit in my flat, flat ballet slipper style shoes and in everything else, too -- even heels. Great arch support!

I have tried various brands/types of arch supports with disappointment. Even though pricey for my fixed income, I ordered and so glad I did. Wow, what a difference; I can now wear my flat shoes with comfort. I am 72 with failing health; Osteoarthritis consuming my legs & feet. I felt despair as my arches began to fail me. My normal size in all shoes is 7 M however I have a narrow, thin foot so I ordered Size S in this and it is perfect. Thanks Zappos for the best service ever. (I have never worn Birkenstock shoes).

They work well in his work boots, work shoes, and Church shoes. They would probably work in tennis shoes.

Yes! These are so wonderful and so worth the money. I can now wear my flats with superior arch support and they even disappear when wearing ballet flats; amazing! I have falling arches & am recovering from 5 months + of tendinitis in both ankles and knees and these are truly a God-send. I will buy more pairs.

I have fallen arches and severe overpronation. Having tried many different orthotics over the years, including the very expensive custom ones, these Birkenstock footbeds are the ones that are in every pair of shoes I own.

These are fabulous and worth every penny. After months of suffering with plantar fasciitis, I can now walk without pain in any pair of shoes!

Best thing ever to happen to insoles. Our family has used them for several years (3rd pr. in use ) and would reorder when necessary. Zappos is the best place to satisy our needs.

These are better than my more expensive prescrip orthotics! I have a neuroma in each foot and these footbed arches let me walk and hike for hours without pain during and after! The silk lining/covering makes it easy to slide into my shoes and absorbs moisture really well and stays cool (for the most part). Get these! Birkenstock knows feet!

The Birk blue footbed have been the only thing that helped with my plantar fasciitis. My physical therapist suggested them.

I wear these arch supports every day. I have two pair and use them in almost all my shoes, except they will slide out of a flip flop. The only thing I do not like about them, is that the blue color should really be more of a tan color to blend in with your skin and most shoes. They do support my high arch and bring relief to my foot.I suffer with plantar fasciitis, and these do help. They are better than the ones that I bought from the pharmacy.

I read reviews that said instead of orthotics, these were used and were worth the investment, especially compared with custom-made ones. I have plantar fasciitis and these inside white Ked-like sneakers meant I get to wear cute kicks rather than clunky clogs in the warmer months. They don't last me a 15 hour day like Haflingers do but they do serve me with comfort most of the day. I am glad for this purchase. I also bought the Birk slimmer soles for heeled shoes but haven't tried them yet.

These are great insoles! They turn the ordinary shoe into the comfort of a Birkenstock. You may need to begin with a shoe which is a bit wide though...

I have a very bad left foot that has a collapsed arch and 2 hammer toes. I am on my feet for as much as 12 hours a day and the pain was getting unbearable. I have been afraid that I would have to resort to surgery. With the arch supports I can wear regular shoes and the pain is gone. The toes don't bend under the ball of my foot and the arch is back. I can now walk easily.

My husband and I both have plantar fasciitis and each of us has a pair of these supports. Although expensive, they do help a lot by giving excellent arch support. They take a little getting used to, but they really help alleviate heel pain.

Bought these for my Mephisto Storm. Product is amazing and much better than other brands. However, while the support for the right foot feels just right, same cannot be said for the left foot. Maybe my contours for my left and right foot are different (slight difference in foot size, who knows?). Anyhow I wholeheartedly recommend this item. Comfort for right foot: 5 stars. Comfort for left foot: 3 stars.

These are great! I have been suffering from heel pain for about a year. Every morning, after sitting for long lengths of time, I would stand up and not be able to put pressure on my heel. After 3 weeks using these inserts, my pain is almost all gone. I should have bought them sooner!

Birkenstocks have given me back my life! Suffering from plantar fasciitis I have been wearing their shoes or "these insoles" in other shoe brands for the past 11 years. A big thanks to Birkenstock and Zappos!

I was hoping that this arch support insert would make my all-too-flat boots feel like Birkenstocks. They didn't. What they do is add a moderate amount of arch support, making my uncomfortably unsupportive boots quite wearable. The inserts are easy to remove, so using them with different pairs of shoes is easy. I think they're worth the price, but I rated them a 4 because my expectations, fueled by the Birkenstock brand name, were a bit too high.

I have developed major foot problems with getting older and over the summer lived in Birkenstock soled shoes. So, when I went into walking shoes I was in agony. I heard a remark that Birkenstock made an insert and I was on the internet in a flash. So glad that Zappos had the Blue Foot bed Arch Support Casual in stock. I've moved it from pair to pair ever since! My feet have been much happier, as have I. Thank you, Birkenstock and Zappos!

Wonderful insoles! They aren't quite as supportive/comfortable for walking as a full Birk shoe is, but they are the next best thing! I have very bad, very flat feet (aggravated by years of wearing shoes with no support), and over the last year, when possible, all I wear is Birks. I have some little "flats" that are very comfortable except for having no support. These insoles fit in the flats just perfectly, so now I can walk in comfort at work, too. Worth every penny!

I fell in love with Birkenstocks, but can not wear them all of the time, so I decided to try the arch supports for my boots and shoes that don't have support in them. They are made like Birkenstocks, the same shape etc. They don't seem to work for me, but I think it may be my foot! One foot feels great, but the other is uncomfortable. It seems as though the support is in the wrong place under my foot. I think if they fit both of my feet they would be wonderful in my boots. It is definitely worth trying if you like Birks!

These innersoles are the best! I have a fairly high arch, and they stabilize and support my foot perfectly. The cork is firm but flexible and very comfortable, and they're durable, too. I've been buying these for many years.

I have osteoarthritis severely in the metatarsal bones in one foot. My expensive shoes such as Stuart Weitzman and Donald Pliner were getting unbearable to wear with not enough arch support. Danskos were great, but I sometimes want something with a little more pizazz. These inserts were the answer. I am not completely pain free, but at least I can walk now after wearing my non-arch shoes for the day with these inserts. These inserts fit very nicely into almost any shoe, versus other inserts that make the shoe tight. These work with every pair of shoes I have. I have bought another set so I am not pulling out of shoes as often.

These insoles are great. They're not as perfect as my regular Birks, but they fit into my dressy boots and make walking all over NYC comfortable! I love these.

This is an excellent product. However if you wear a half size order the next larger size. I wear a 6½ woman's and ordered a 37 which was too small. A 38 was perfect.
